Excellent guest service! The place was super clean, and the location was excellent, close to both the train and the metro. It was well organized, with spacious and immaculate rooms. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and lovely. I can't wait to return next year and stay there again. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality! I have no complaints, everything was excellent!

The location was great and near the R4 / L5 metro line which was convenient for where we needed to get around to. We were in town for El Clásico and it took us straight to Camp Nou. The room was clean, the bathroom was also clean and more on the modern side, and the staff was very nice, too. It is tough for me to write negative stuff about a hotel, but I feel like I have to here. This was by far the cheapest hotel we could find for our dates in all of Barcelona, but for the price we paid, I could not believe the state of the hotel. It was quite run down. The walls were stained, marked up, the wall paper was peeling back, the lampshade was broken, the drapes were stained, etc. The walls were SO THIN. My god. We are from NY, so we are use to thin walls, but this was next level. The A/C was also very weird. It was running the whole time but it just barely cooled the room. It was comfortable enough, but I couldn’t imagine staying in the boiling summer. All and all I wouldn’t say that would never stay here again. It was decent enough for exactly what we needed. However for the price we paid, if I had to pay that again, I’m not sure I’d go for it.

Clean room The air conditioning does not work at night, and the heat makes it impossible to rest; furthermore, there is no control over guests who cause disturbances by shouting and running through the hotel hallways—especially when they are children.I was looking for peace and tranquility on my vacation.

Great value for the money. 30 to 40 mins away from the city center but the train station was 5 mins away and the bus was right in front of the hotel. If I go back to Barcelona I would use this hotel again AC was not on but opening the windows helped a lot.

Quite far from the main city life in Madrid, so you end up spending a lot of time and money commuting. The area also lacks good restaurants or coffee places nearby, which makes the stay less convenient. The neighborhood also has very limited good restaurants or coffee spots, which makes it a bit inconvenient.

As a tourist sometimes staff at places can be a bit.. blunt but everyone there was very nice and help by ful, and spoke

The coffee in the breakfast was cold & there were no fresh vegetables

Breakfast was good and the location was a bit far from the more touristic area but it was easy to get to the main locations by metro. Nothing

We stayed in a superior room at the hotel for 3 nights. We liked the following: -Clean -Room service every morning -Quite -friendly staff, they were very helpful and provided us with what we asked. -Airconditioning -Good breakfast (13 euros/person) -Swimming pool -Bidet and clean bathroom -Checkout @ 12h00 Nothing major. Hotel could be a little cheaper. We paid around 500 euros in total (3 night). Breakfast was 13 euros/person and parking was 14 euros/day. Keep in mind that this hotel is located in quite some distance from the center. It took at least 30 minutes with car to get to the center.

All good, very nice and clean. Close to metro. Recomended

+ close to metro/train/tram station + good breakfast + basic gym + comfortable - our room was right next to the reception, so it was noisy at times - not very central (but with good public transport connections)

Front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. The room felt very dated, with dirty wallpaper and noticeable humidity stains throughout. It was also extremely noisy on Friday night due to a party that sounded like a rave, making it nearly impossible to sleep.

For purposes of my trip, this worked well. It was comfortable and not too far from the airport. Everything was provided for. I was surprised that I had to pay extra to park in their underground parking. Otherwise, I would have to find parking on the street which was very scarce!

Decent sized room. Comfortable pillows. Two pillows per person. Good shower. The bathroom bathtub had a few moldy spots.

Breakfast was excellent...Staff were very helpful... didn't use it but the outside area looked good. Location of the room over the smoking area...noisy on Saturday night - okay on Sunday night (Room 122).

The AC was not working properly

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The room was a bit small and unfortunately smelled like cigarette smoke. It would be great if they could make sure all rooms are completely smoke-free.
