Comfortable stay and good staff. It wasn't a fancy room but great for the price and Staff was very helpful. The location is a bit far from all the tourist attractions, so if you are booking here, please plan your commute in advance. Uber and online cab booking platforms have poor service and waiting times are very high. Average 15 to 20 minutes of wait for each journey, and around 25 to 35 Euros one way.

The rooms and the condition of the hotel, no water in the gym, the food was also not so good fro breakfast

good location away from the city center, but close to transit. Room was large for us and the 2 kids a little bit of chaos it the lobby, but that was because of all the kids running around. seemed like a bunch of football teams were in the building.

Clean, good staff Didn't have AC on, keys kept getting wiped, and should have used RFID. Gen mostly non-functional, not a terribly ideal location, long distance to everywhere.

IT was so awesome to stay in the hotel . First was receptioniste woman who work from 12 clock to 12 clock she was so nice to check in for us she listen and understanding what we pass till reach the hotel she give us drink on Hotel to let us feel happy again she was old school like what I know about hospitality in hotel that most of hotel miss it and manager of hotel forget it but if you think on it is very small thing you do for the visitor's but so big for them . at all we pay alot of money for stay two day to enjoy . we are not poor people who come to stay in hotel we come from Nederland so we expect in any hotel good and nice hospitality that what need from owners and mangers in hotel need to inform there staff or people who work . the housekeeping was nice but always give two only capsule for coffee so I always need to ask for coffee to bring to our room because we like to drink coffee . coffee is not big issue here but think on it as guest pay alot of money give for two person in room 2 only capsule for coffee is not enough no tea bags in room why are you like that guys . I understand that everything is expensive but you also take alot of money to rental room stop doing this guys I didn't like the way that people was treat us with not so strong hospitality just doing there jobs and that is all I didn't like the ways . also in restaurant the waiter or manger I only see one person doing everything we pay for food so much money and a little food bring it and unpolite that he didn't ask or feel table with the right menus so all the time we need to ask that he bring what is going on people ? we pay so much money for stay on hotel so give us what we deserve for that no so much money little service I didn't like it at all .

Parking lot can be full if you arrive later - need find place on the street nearby.

The staff was extremely friendly, approachable, and helpful! There was no separate light switch to turn on the bathroom lights only and it was on the wall outside the bathroom. That meant that the lights near the bathroom came on in the sleeping chamber, and could not be turned off so as to not disturb anyone that might be sleeping.

Bed was comfortable and big and an awesome breakfast Distance to center of town it took an hour to get there
