Everything was perfect. I wish I had stayed in Barcelona longer just because of how much we loved this stay. The staff were great, the transportation were very close, the neighborhood was very nice, there is a laundry mat directly next door, and it was very clean. I cannot recommend this enough to people. I personally did not mind but keep in mind this is outside the main part of the city so it can be a 20-40 minute transportation depending on where you’re going.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Value for price paid was good. Easy to reach from Barcelona via either the metro or Rodalies followed by the tram to Pont d'Esplugues, then 4 min on foot. Other than some minor missed spots in the bathroom, cleanliness was good. The property's HVAC system can either heat or cool, but not both. By mid-April they still had not converted to cooling mode for the season but the room was far too hot with the windows closed (29⁰C at 01:00) and too loud with them open (impromptu alcohol-fueled flamenco party). Thankfully they had an interior-facing room which solved the noise issue, but had one not been available we would have been in trouble. You cannot make yourself cooler beyond a certain point, but you can always make yourself warmer. The obvious and inexpensive solution which the property seems to ignore (judging by other reviews with the same complaint) would be for them to add a spare blanket or two to each room and to switch the HVAC system to cooling sooner (and to heating later in the year). This is a shame; I would have rated the property an 8 otherwise. The bedding also could use some work; the pillows were quite flimsy.

The rooms were cleaned every single day, and the staff were helpful and friendly. You can find a lot of flyers giving you discounts and gifts for some tourist attractions. It's funny that we realised they exist all the way to the end of our journey, so please remember to check it out. We also paid for breakfast, and it was very good, but the same every day. If you plan to stay here for a few days, it's going to be totally worth it, but you should keep this in mind if you're planning to stay longer. WiFi was a bit weird sometimes, as it kept disconnecting, sometimes it was freezing, and I had to accept the terms every single day for it to work. There were no mosquito nets on our window. It would be helpful if they were added.

Clean tidy and close to public transport. Staff very friendly and helpful especially Alexis and Stefany. Continental breakfast was fresh and a good selection for only €6 per person would definitely recommend Hostal Lami.

Property was clean, quiet, with a great shower in our room. Staff was friendly. There’s also a nice little laundromat (maybe owned by Hostal Lami) nextdoor. The room had all the typical amenities of a standard hotel room in the US except for an iron. And I don’t iron, so that was fine for me.

It's a hostel but feels more like a hotel. It's also clean, quiet and spacious. I enjoyed my stay. There is no elevator from the parkade. If you have a car, it's not the easiest to get your luggage inside from the street.

The toilet was too small, aside that every thing was nice

The pillows were thin ( we asked for more and they provided them); The a/c dint work properly.

Room is comfortable and clean, bed is ok although I prefer a little bigger. Breakfast is pretty good! Thank you! Location is a little far from the city.
