Very beautiful hotel. Staff is very friendly. Rooftop pool is amazing. Excellent choice. Location could be better, but depends what you’re looking for. It’s quiet, not in center.

The hotel is nice, new and very clean. My room was near the lift, and I had issues falling asleep with the lift's beeping noise. I asked to swap rooms, and they were going to accommodate, but in the end, I just bought earplugs at the chemist.

I had to work on the room sofa, which was not very functional nor convenient Breakfast was a bit too simple Location.... was very far away from the center no stairs available to the ground floor

The bedroom was clean and tidy. The shower was nice! 1. The reception looks beautiful but unfortunately it gave off a very strong smell, I don't know if it was due to the AC, but they should figure it out, it gives a bad first impression as soon as you walk into the building. 2. When we arrived, the booking system didn't work so we couldn't fully check-in, however, the receptionist (a man with glasses) was super friendly and kind, so we paid the next day. 3. The hotel is quite big and it only has 2 ELEVATORS, so you have to wait a considerable amount of time for the elevator to come down or reach to your floor. 4. The main reason why we booked this hotel was due to their apparent great facilities, in particular, the pool. In picture, it looks like a large pool,however, it was really narrow and shallow (really shallow!! Only 40-50 cm deep at most) adults simply couldn't sink, as a consequence,the pool turn into a kids pool! The kids basically invaded pool (without any hotel rules) 24/7!! you just simply COULDN'T enjoy a moment of calmness and stress free pool time because they were kids screaming the whole day!You could tell all the adults feeling quite upset , standing in a corner of the pool or leaving the terrace early, because they simply couldn't enjoy a decent time at the pool. This was the most negative part of the whole hotel, I cannot simply understand why they cannot add hotel pool rules for their family guests, we are all paying to use the pool and we simply couldn't because it was invaded by kids 24/7. 5. Noises: It was unbelievably shocking how can a new building like this hotel does not have soundproof rooms. We could listen TO EVERYTHING, from people fighting or having intercourse , even when we were in the hallway! Unfortunately for us, we were assigned to a room in the 5th floor (just right above the pool) so we heard kids screaming, jumps, until late evening! 6.

When traveling for work, breakfast start time is a bit late, especially on weekends. This is more a cultural thing than a real critic on the hotel, but to offer a "breakfast box to go" on demand would be a big plus.

Perfect for a football trip to watch Barcelona women play. Right across from stadium. Nice little outdoor bar outside hotel we could sit and see mens and women’s players arrive/leave for training. Friendly staff and rooftop pool was excellent. Walking distance 5-10mins to a local town that had a square with local coffee shops, a few bars and a few great local restaurants. Had one of the best rice dishes in my life at one of these restaurants! All in all a great hotel and would return. Some of the plugs in the room didn’t work. Walls seemed thin - it felt loud in the morning hearing other guests come in/our of rooms and use elevators.

Very clean and elegant

The hotel facilities were excellent overall. However, the gym could benefit from a broader range of equipment — such as yoga pillows and exercise mats — rather than focusing solely on heavy weights for bodybuilding. Additionally, access to drinking water should be improved. Even during breakfast, there was no option to get regular room-temperature water, which was quite inconvenient for 4 stars hotel. Access to the rooms was only possible via the elevator, as the stairway gates were either locked or didn’t provide a direct route to the reception and breakfast area. On one occasion, one of the elevators broke down, making it nearly impossible for guests on the middle floors to reach the ground level. Many people struggled to get to the reception, which caused significant inconvenience.

Hotel is inside a remote location , 15 min walk to the train station . It cause reach to downtown takes 1 hour , even when tried to get uber wait time ws more than 10min and more than 20 euro

Totally deserves to be a 4-star hotel!! Super clean and professional!! Love it and would come back again and again! Everything is so clean and pleasant!

The hotel is lovely and breakfast was great. The beds are really comfy. The swimming pool wasn't open. I was staying with my son here in August and had we known the pool wouldn't be open we wouldn't have picked this hotel and that was a massive disappointment as it was the last day of our holiday and our plan was not to do much but be in the pool. The hotel is a reasonable walk away from the train in the heat too.

Clean and wide rooms. Amazing and friendly staff. The hotel’s restaurant was good too. The time waiting for the elevators and that’s the only downside.
