It’s great for older people who want to stay farther from the center and chill The place is old and needs Rennovation

The staff were really lovely and helpful! Unless you’re looking for a hotel for geriatric British pensioners, don’t come here. The hotel looked like it was built in the 1970s and hasn’t been updated since — including the mattresses. While the sheets appeared clean, the bathroom in particular was not. Similarly, the appliances in the bathroom were old, dirty, and had many sharp corners to cut oneself on. The included breakfast was quite bad — at one point I was served a literal rotten egg. While I cannot recommend another option, I have to believe there are better options for your money.

An exceptionally clean and welcoming hotel – truly spotless, with floor tiles gleaming like a mirror. The staff is incredibly attentive, making you feel completely at home. If I ever return to Sorrento, I already know exactly where I’ll stay. I couldn’t quite connect with the kitchen staff. Their excessive attention and constant hovering felt a bit uncomfortable. A bit more warmth and friendliness would have been appreciated.

Pool was really nice Good breakfast selection A full length mirror would’ve been ideal Don’t think our air con worked

The hotel staff are lovely and it's reasonably priced. Breakfast buffet included scrambled egg which is always a hit with me. House keeping came everyday and you get shower gel etc. We had a gorgeous view from our room. No air-conditioning ? and the hairdryer is useless. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. All good apart from that.

Lovely friendly staff, super clean, comfortable bed, walking distance to so much, very good value Breakfast wasn’t great, but the hotel seemed a little quieter our first morning so maybe they put less on, was a lot of sweet options and only two hot options, scrambled eggs and hot dog type sausages, I didn’t have breakfast the second morning when the hotel seemed busier

Location is fantastic. Rooms were a bit dated but that's ok. The location made up for it and the rooms were very clean and hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Good size room and great view Our shower would leak water. Walls are paper thin.

Clean nice pool

Breakfast was adequate, nothing special. The location is a little bit far out of the main area of the town and station though

I love the older hotels, the staff were so lovely, nothing was an issue, the pool was fabulous, we had a room with a view which was great, very quiet at night Nothing, it’s not modern if that what you are after but we love the older decor

Small friendly hotel with lovely gardens and pool area. Good location as long as you don’t mind a 15 minute walk into centre of Sorrento and train station. Rooms at the back have a lovely view. Not a great selection at breakfast. Walls were very thin, you could hear everything in the room next door. Rooms at the front have the road noise but the windows had shutters which helped alleviate noise during the night.

Great staff, nice breakfast, amazing pool. Noise. You need ear plugs to sleep. There is no door between reception desk and rooms, during night all noise from front desk comes to the rooms. Felt someone was dragging suitcases in 3 in the morning over the stone stairs every night.
-
Attention to detail - thoughtful and colourful decor and tiling . Our rooms had beautiful views of vesuvius and the ocean . It was too close to the road .
