Everything was great Nothing

Family run on a beautiful property. Next to the Xmas square. Will be back for sure and recommend to others.

The place was very nice and pleasant, nice host, cute breakfast, parking, good price Room a little small and it is a bit of waking to the center but it is better than driving in the center, and you have lights and sidewalj all along

The location was beautiful love the gardens lovely fruits free parking and very people. Nothing everything was perfect

Walking distance (15 min) to bus station and 30 min walk to ferry station. So park your car and walk. The owners are nice and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The toaster.

Not much to say. It included parking. Old, unkept, cheap, rude front staff, bad water pressure, pool deck coming apart, bad lighting and no balcony. This is the first place I have stayed at in Europe that served instant coffee. Free breakfast was also instant coffee. Asked for a wine opener and the front desk gentleman, possible owner, asked to inspect our room to make sure it wasn’t there. 175 euros a night…we aren’t collecting wine openers. The light switch for the stairs was down stairs, so we had to walk down in the dark. The rest of or group didn’t use booking.com., so their reviews won’t be here. It was just bad. Too much to pay for off season and really bad service, facilities and location.

The room is modern and updated. Although small, it uses all the space nicely to fit a very comfortable queen-sized bed. A lot of restaurants and shops are walkable from the property. The place is quite a walk from the ferry port. The breakfast was just plain continental breakfast, hardly any choice

Amazing stay

Staff, breakfast, and pool were great. Pur room had a small terrace. Free parking was very nice to have. The garden needed attention. The grass was overgrown and lots of weeds.

Marvellous breakfast amongst the lemon and orange trees. All of the family team incredibly friendly and helpful. Pool area will be great when weather warms up a little mor All great

Exceptional

We loved everything! the place is so local and cute, full of lemons and oranges, breakfast was amazinggg, the garden is beautiful, rooms are big, clean and perfect to rest, we loved the bed! personal very kind and willing to help, very safe and closed to the center and great restaurants around. Also the bus stop is super close! so is really easy. we loved everything!

The location is great, accommodation clean and quiet. Perfect beds, beautiful garden with oranges, lemons and of course free and easy accessible parking. After locked gate. Breakfast so far the best in Italy - in accommodations via Booking. Quality/price the best. Nothing.

It was spacious and clean. It was cold and could never get the heating going. I did catch a cold.

Exceptional

Excellent place to stay. Presented well. Great bar and pool area. Breakfast and fresh coffee every morning was really good. Staff/owners were lovely.

The bathroom was a bit dated, and the toliet flush button didn't work and came off the wall. We had to fix it, in order to flush the toliet. The room didn't look as nice as the picture on Booking. It was void of character and only 1 small picture on the white walls. No decor.

Pleasant

The breakfast was a standard Italian breakfast which was sufficient and nice and the coffee very good. The pool area was very nice with beautifil views. My room was large and bright. The mosquitoes in the outside breakfast area were relentless.
