The manager when we checked in was wonderful. There was a bad storm the night before and the Suite we booked had some damage. Before we even checked in she had already had a resolution for us.

Location. The woman working the front desk the morning of Sunday, May 31st was incredible. I wish that I got her name but I was too busy being happy talking to her. I wish everyone was that nice, kind and friendly. Parking was a little confusing.

I've stayed a few times at this location. Everything is at walking distance, very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and breakfast is a plus. Highly recommend

From the moment you walk in, the staff greet you so friendly & kind. We arrived earlier for a graduation & they were kind enough to allow us entry to change/freshen up before the event. Breakfast is always on point. Highly recommended.

Stayed there for a anime convention that was at the Henry b Gonzalez convention center which is right across the highway, it was a little confusing finding the entrance but other than that the hotel is very nice, the staff was super nice and answered every question we asked.

The location was amazing. The hotel was walking distance from the venue where we were attending a college graduation ceremony. There was also a vibrant outdoor market place literally right outside the hotels front door!

Stayed 2 nights for UTSA graduation and it was the best decision. Walking distance to alamodome and lots of night life. Staff was great room was fabulous no issues no problems and no traffic. I'll definitely stay here again for any alamodome events.

The property was very clean and close to The RIVERWALK! There is free parking for handicapped but $20 per day for non handicapped. There were plenty of electric scooters and electric bikes right outside of property doors! If I had not had my handicap sticker, I would've been upset about the walk to the parking lot that looks a lil scary if I had to walk to my car at night.

The breakfast menu is amazing. Everything was so good and fresh. The hard working kitchen staff kept everything nice, neat and clean.

Truly, we've been in hundreds of hotels over the past three decades and these win the prize for noisiest. Ask to stay in the furtherest rooms away and you'll be fine.

Everyone was so Nice and Friendly. Gloria was Great!!! The bathroom was small and one of the elevators was down during our entire stay.

The kitchen in the rooms were great, beds were comfortable and just an overall great place. It’s next to the train station, which you barely can hear if at all and it’s close to the H-E-B center, which is within walking distance it’s close to the Henry B Gonzalez convention center, and within walking distance to the river everything‘s amazing! The staff, especially the ladies upfront that we talked to were as genuine and as lovely and nice as can be! We were there for a volleyball tournament, so I’m sure they saw a lot of us and they were always so pleasant and an extremely nice. Front desk lady was so kind, she help us a lot and was so nice. Thank you. Breakfast is so good and location very convenient. 1 elevator was broken, so, just 1 was working and it was a lot of waiting time to find a spot.

Everything! Staff, clean rooms, very accommodating and breakfast was very good and plentiful. Parking, but really wasn’t that big of a deal.

The property is clean and well-maintained, and located so close to the AlamoDome and Convention center. Parking was a little tricky because of how they shift you back out into the street to access the lot, but definitely not a huge deal.

Great hotel and staff! The breakfast and evening socials were highlights, and the location is perfect for visiting the Riverwalk without the crowds. Just a heads up for future guests: the bathrooms don't have exhaust fans, so the steam set off our fire alarm. Also, try to request a room away from the elevator if you are a light sleeper, as it was quite noisy at night.

Very family friendly. Landry services were a plus. The parking was too far from the building. I traveling with my 4 small children alone and coming back to the hotel at night and having to walk that distance wasn’t safe.

The staff. The different breakfast options, the social event with complimentary food and drinks. It was in a great spot away from the noise yet the view of downtown was right outside the window.

size of the room, speed of the elevator, quietness of the hotel after/before hours, cleanliness of the whole place, secure feeling when the room key was needed to get inside even the front doors, breakfast hours, bath/shower hair and body products, ability to charge devices right next to us on night stands, grateful there wasn't a loud fan connected to the shower/bath light central A/C control (finding and then maintaining the desired room temperature), shower water pressure, breakfast was plentiful but mediocre quality, out of 12 room pillows none were actually firm, light switches didn't turn lamps on (but thankfully bulbs worked and lamps could be turned on at their bases)

Everything about the hotel was great! Staff was very helpful and nice. The riverwalk was walking distance and there’s also a great pizza place around the corner with great staff.

The hotel and staff were great. Our room was clean and had plenty of towels. We started our days early so we didn't experience their breakfast. There's a great pizza place around the corner called Boom Pizza Box that is delicious. The coffee shop El Tigre was great as well. My only complaint was this: we checked out about 3am on our check out morning due to an early morning flight. When we went to the counter the gentleman working the front desk had a loud podcast on. When he went to go turn it off he put his cell phone down on the counter where it exposed inappropriate pictures he was looking at. When he realized I saw the pictures he turned his phone over and just made the situation very awkward. Other than that everything was great.

There was a great breakfast every morming with the staff doing a wonderful job of keeping it freshly stocked. The elevator was strangley loud. Ot sounded like a ball rolling across the celing. We were jalfway down the hall from the elevstor and it was still loud. Annoying bit not the end of thr world.

Check in was long, on of the employees didn't seem to want to be there. Only two elevators which always had a line. Make sure there is not a concert across the street! It was so loud and had a lot of base we could feel it in our room! However, the location to the convention center is unmatched!

We had a great stay! The room was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was perfect, and having easy, convenient parking made everything even better.

First, the staff was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process at the front desk was smooth, quick, and friendly. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, but I love that the hotel offers that option. The location is unbeatable. It’s literally just steps away from the Dome, which made getting to and from the concert incredibly convenient. That alone would be enough to bring me back. The room itself was great. However, the big issue was the noise from the elevator. It was so loud that I could hear it clearly inside my room even though the elevator was across the hall. The sound was constant, and unless the air conditioning was running to mask it (which only helped a little), it was impossible to ignore. I brought it up to the front desk, and they explained it was due to the elevator rollers, but frankly, that’s not acceptable. It really disrupted what should have been a relaxing stay, and I even had to go out and buy earbuds just to sleep, which I found ridiculous for a hotel of this standard. I imagine this affects multiple floors, and it’s something that needs immediate attention.

The room was immaculate and had large windows that brought in lots of light and a beautiful view of San Antonio. The bed was very comfortable and every staff member I spoke with was super friendly. The front desk clerk Gloria was a genuinely nice person, always smiling and offering assistance. Altogether perfect stay for me!

Parking: the hotel has a small parking area for check in. At check in you are given instructions on the main parking lot. The $30 parking fee was already included in the room price if I remember correctly. The parking lot is just down the street toward the Alamodome, your room key opens the gate. It’s maybe a 3 minute walk. Will definitely stay here again!

I had a king suite room, and it was great! It was very clean, it looked exactly like the pictures too. The only thing was it states it has a DVD player but does not, so if you plan to bring movies you may have to bring your own player too! Great staff & service at all hours as well. We went for a concert and we’re in and out until 3 am and staff were friendly each and every time

Perfect place to stay for alamodome concert. 1 min walk to the dome and $30 parking for hotel guests right next to alamodome. Breakfast was phenomenal and totally worth price compared to getting an uber after the concert.

I was expecting a room with a full or queen bed and we got a large two room suite with a king sized bed! It was very spacious and had a full kitchen with a refrigerator and icemaker! The included breakfast was very good and had lots of variety! The cook/breakfast worker named Roland was very friendly and helped us with our food. He did an excellent job! I believe the two girls who helped us at the front desk were Andrea and maybe Gloria? They were both very helpful! The lobby was very nice and so was the eating area. We went to a football game at the Alamodome and it was a very short walk from this hotel. So convenient! We have never stayed at a Staybridge Suites before this trip but we will in the future for sure!

The beds were comfy & room was spacious. Perfect for family of 5. Boom Box Pizza bar was great & also easy walk to for dinner before the concert we were attending. If you want an easy walk & not worry about concert parking congestion, this IS THE BEST place to stay.

Loved the property and the location was beautiful. Great restaurant across the street and lost of cute local bars. The staff was extremely helpful and made our stay great. Minor issue with bathroom cleaniness , which was immediately addressed by staff. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was beautiful, the the room was clean and updated. The parking was a bit inconvenient since you had to walk a block to the car. It was across from the venue we were seeing a concert at, so it was very easy access to the venue. The neighborhood seemed safe. We would stay there again!

Air conditioner didn’t work and rooms were nothing like the pictures showed on website. Bathroom toilet didn’t work properly and I was told housekeeping and maintenance doesn’t work the weekends. Hotel staff was friendly however they were unable to accommodate my family with the issues we had. Wasn’t able to taste breakfast because hotel staff couldn’t keep up with the breakfast crowd.

I chose Staybridge because I was attending my granddaughter’s graduation at Alamodome. The location and amenities were perfect.

This place was very convenient to everything. Safety for me my mom and my 2 kids was never an issue security was outside at all times. The beds and pillows were amazing so comfortable. Rooms were clean and had breakfast every day a full buffet. Staff was super friendly.

I loved the suite, was located in walking distance of everything.

Although we didn’t use the outdoor pool, we noticed it was well maintained and there are tables, chairs, & loungers in that area and also 2 gas grills & patio tables & chairs adjacent to the pool. The staff was helpful & pleasant, offering us a map of downtown & sites to see. At check out Melissa called a cab for us. We loved our stay and will definitely recommend and return!

Our suite was great, the kitchen area was very nice, the small couch & work desk were convenient to have in the room, the staff were polite and helpful, the breakfast was amazing. Parking fee is the most reasonable of all the places in the area. It was walking distance to downtown, the Riverwalk etc. We will definitely stay here again when in the area

Perfect location!

The free breakfast was very good, and the hang out events where they offer free food and drinks was also really good. The pool was great I really enjoyed going there and the hours open are very reasonable (10am-10pm). It was a really nice experience overall.

It was me and a friend coming to a concert and this was a highly recommended amd rated hotel. The room was clean and everything felt comfortable. The AC kept the room cool and i loved how there was a whole kitchen in the room. The staff was wondeful! Definitely will be coming back next time!

Hotel was clean. Rooms were spacious. Kitchen was decent size to cook. Hotel team is nice and welcoming.

Excellent experience. Staff was professional and courteous. Breakfast was great. First time my kids liked the breakfast of a hotel. Although we had A/C issues, Maintenace staff was quick to fix the issue in less than 15 minutes. For around 25 dls you have access to hotels parking lot a block away. Hotel is around 5-7 minute walk to the Alamodome. Will stay here for future events.

The room is spacious and clean..the kitchenette has what you need to do some like cooking or heating up food… The bed and pillows are comfortable. The only thing that I don’t like is where the full length mirror is in the room.. I didn’t used the pool and the breakfast service so I can’t tell if it’s good or not.. They are a few bars and restaurants within walking distance. Most importantly the staffs… The lady who checked me in was FANTASTIC.. she was so sweet and kind.. I will stay there again if I am in town

Everything was perfect for my short stay.

The hotel was good overall, the only thing I did not like was that there was no room service on weekends. We had a 2bedroom suite but neither of the rooms had door locks just regular door handles.

The room was clean and well designed. We were close to the elevators, which seemed a little loud.

I was happy with our stay. We had an event at the convention center and it was so close and easy to walk to. The area around the hotel was nice. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed 3 nights on the 9th floor while in town for our daughter’s USAF BMT graduation. This is an excellent property and we enjoyed our stay. Reviewers mention the elevator being noisy and it is a little loud, but it wasn’t that much of an issue for us. Maybe on a lower floor or during a busier time for the hotel it could become annoying. We would definitely stay here again. Very friendly employees and very clean.

Our trip was awesome! Always a nice stay at the Staybridge.

We were three rooms down from the elevator, yet the room was still a little noisy.

We took a one night stay to attend a concert. The hotel is conveniently located near to the tourist place of interest (restaurants and pubs)

Room and facilities were great. Staff was excellent. 2 out of 3 nights neighboring building was playing rap music extremely loud such that we couldn’t get away from it. It lasted until the wee hours of the morning.

It was a great stay, will be staying again next time in San Antonio. Everything my family needed was there.

I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The only thing I didn’t like was that you can hear the sound of the elevators reverberating throughout the building at all hours. Makes it difficult to sleep.

Our stay was very pleasant. Had a little issue with parking pass not functioning properly but other than that it was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Great deal for a nice hotel. Will definitely book again.

Loved the friendly staff, breakfast was great. The bed was incredibly comfortable! I loved having our own little kitchen too, and the microwave was huge. The full size fridge and freezer definitely came in handy as well. The water from the shower was nice and soft and warm. Downsides; Our room was never cleaned and when I asked a staff member she said they did cleaning on Fridays? I was a bit confused by that. Our trash was never emptied, and when we asked for extra pillows one had a big brown stain on it so I just returned it and we never got another one. I checked out the pool on one of the hotter days and it wasn’t clean enough to swim in. All in all it was a comfortable stay, but I don’t think we would stay again.

Cool location, easy travel to downtown. The elevators made a strange noise when going up and down that we could hear from our room, which kept some of us through the night. Otherwise evwrything was great.

The best thing about this hotel was that it was so close to everything. We were able to walk down to The Riverwalk and Alamo which was a huge plus! The staff were always courteous and helpful and the breakfast was perfect for our family of 5. We also really enjoyed the social hour during the evenings.

Amazingly friendly

We had an amazing time in San Antonio. The hotel was right next to the Alamodome where we when to a concert. It was in walking distance. There were several shops and restaurants close by. The hotel was clean. The room was spacious. The free breakfast was good. Coffee was available all day. Would stay there again.
