The property was HORRENDOUS to say the least. Rooms had an awful odor, sheets were stained and had cigarette burns. AC did not cool whatsoever and it was 103 degrees outside. I would HIGHLY recommend if you have the funds to stay elsewhere please do!

Check-in: No issues So for the room itself. The floors were worse than an old movie theater carpet. Sticky, stained, and old. The room had a foul smell that we couldn't figure out what or where it was coming. The A/C was off and the first four-five hours it was unbearably hot. The microwave was sketchy to point I wouldn't dare use it. Th fridge was ok, had to wait a few hours until it cold as it was turned up so high, by end the fridge was fine. Beds, ok, again, odd odor that seemed to be absorbed into bed. Most outlets either didn't work or unusable. Door for room didn't even fully shut; bottom half pushed inwards allowing heat to enter room. Small sheet rock holes throughout room. Even an old piece of gum was stuck on wall in a place clearly visible to any who stayed. Should have been found easily by housekeeping before we checked-in. Breakfast: Cereal - wouldn't think of eating it. Parking: multiple vehicles with broken windows. With it being so questionable. I check our vehicle through the evenings to ensure safe. Check-out: No issues Overall: Either spend a few extra dollars and go somewhere else or be prepared for disappointment.

Nothing I can honestly say this is the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. We’re from out of town and I was looking for somewhere to stay last minute and I was in a rush and didn’t do my due diligence like I usually do and check the reviews first. The non smoking room reeked of cigarettes. The bed sheets and pillows were full of stains. We didn’t get enough towels and when we asked the front desk they said they didn’t have any so we had to share a towel. My daughter was going to walk into the restroom and the doorknob just popped off. Not to mention the shower was so dirty. The room is so run down and everything is so dirty and falling apart. I don’t understand how there are so many reviews like this and someone always replies to apologize and says that there will be improvement but apparently there never are. I would rather have slept in my car.

I paid for a two-night stay, but I only stayed for a short while because the room was filthy and infested with insects. My 2-year-old and 8-year-old daughters suffered because of this. I have photos showing the condition of the hotel. I need a refund. I don't understand how places like that are allowed to keep operating. I hope someone contacts me.

Unfortunately I have nothing good to say. The area was definitely not safe. Parking was certainly with no sense of safety. Upon entering the room, I felt a negative feeling. The remote or the refrigerator didn’t work. Luckily for me I had the option to leave and was checking out within 2 hours.

Staff was overtly rude. The photos of the hotel and swimming pool are 100% misleading and blatant lies. The pool is drained and in horrific shape. The hotel room had an extremely strong scent of urine that was overwhelming.

The sheets were clean although had cigar burns, towels also clean. AC worked amazingly. Water was hot. People at the reception were very helpful and attentive. Strong smell, can't decipher what it was, maybe old and unventilated or carpet smell but I couldn't get used to it. Even the reception was smelling. Everything was old and unmaintained and although it was vacuumed it needed proper cleaning and disinfectant. Killed a small pest but was not a cockroach. Breakfast is very misleading, Cheerios, milk and an undrinkable coffee that has been marinating for a good time, shouldn't be considered free breakfast. Would hope at least an apple or a banana.

Absolutely nothing Everything was so dirty and stained! I asked them to put clean sheets and they came and put stained sheets. The bed smelled like someone pooped in the mattress!!!! It was disgusting! Our door didn’t even lock!! I got charged for using the wash cloth to wash my face bc it got make up on it!!!! Mind you the place was dirty and dump!
