The cleanliness, and the location of the property is wonderful! Not sure if it’s when other occupants open and close their door or how close we were to the back door of the property but each time a door opened and closed it seemed as though someone was trying to open our door.

Located close to stores and restaurants, 20 minutes from downtown Room was not clean and sanitized and it smelled like dirty feet. After we complained, it was cleaned to our satisfaction. Had to have the room cleaned a few times throughout the stay because of the smell. It seemed like the carpet needed to be cleaned and air conditioner filter need to be changed to help with smell. Bathroom was outdated, old, and painted over the blemishes.

Pool closes at 10pm. Gym is open 24/7, and there's drinking water if you need it. Staff was nice and helpful. Downside is the room is cleaned every 3 days unless you tell them to clean daily for those staying more than 3 days. Breakfast is from 6:30-9:30am. Breakfast options were basic but ok. Room and bathroom were nice.

This was a solo trip for me, just for a single night. The staff was courteous and friendly. Check-in was a breeze and parking was easy, directly in front of the entrance. The room was on the bottom floor, right next to the kitchen and breakfast area. Waking up like a fat kid to the smell of pancakes and waffles! The room itself is starting to show its age, carpet looks worn and old. Bed and pillows were comfy. Overall, just fine for a 1 night stay. The area seems safe, it’s directly alongside the I-10, but you won’t even notice any noise.

Spent 1 hour trying to check in, our reserved rooms were given to other people therefore they wanted us to stay in suites and charge us extra when the mistakes were on their end. They charge $100 for deposit when it’s a hotel that isn’t even good we just stayed there because everything else was sold out. Manager was horrible as well and wouldn’t even help the clerk with the huge line

The room they put us in the first night had to have normally been a “do not rent” room. We asked to be switched the next day. Breakfast was not very hot any of the days we stayed

I had a plesant stay here. I was there for one night. The breakfast was very good. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Very minor issues in the bathroom as the sink faucet needed tightening and it looked like one of the pictures or mirrors in the room was missing. Overall a great place to stay.

We did not have enough bedding for the beds on our room. Breakfast was ok but coffee was gross. They charged my card before I even checked out and was not able to get a tax exemption sonce we were a school trip. The front counter said he would try to fix it but did not before we left. We tried to get rooms on the same floor but they were not accommodating even though there were empty rooms on the same floor. The snacks in were front were overpriced, $6 for a ice cream bar. The hotel smelled like illegal substances.

The breakfast is not very good, the eggs were the same the three days that we stayed, they did not taste like real eggs. There were some apples but they were very little. That is all because I don't want to say much.

When we arrived the desk worker never got off his phone nor stop to attend to his duties. This was very unprofessional.

Latoya was great! Parking is not really big in the front but there is space in the side and back of the hotel, a little dark tbh but nothing happened while in our stay. Some rooms did smell a bit humid but in general they looked clean. Breakfast has the usual available but the refills came in quick!

Room was good but shower was dirty. Didn’t seem they even made an effort to clean it as it was glass and there was hair inside shower. Aside from being dirty there was only one way inside the shower and the pressure was high. If I didn’t want my hair wet there wouldn’t be a choice eitherway.

Unfortunately, the room was a bit dirty. The pillows were full of stains and the bathroom had hair all over the place including the shower walls.

Reading some of the negative reviews on here I was having second thoughts about staying here but I went ahead and gave it a shot. No regrets, our room was clean and big. Beds are super comfortable. The shower was amazing. Breakfast was pretty good. They had eggs, sausage links, waffles, cereal, toast, muffins. Breakfast area was clean, the worker was constantly cleaning and making sure there was plates and utensils. We will definitely be staying here again. People mentioned seeing roaches, I didn’t see any at all. Plenty of restaurants close by also.

I was hesitant to book based on some negative reviews but the room was bigger than I expected. The shower floor looked dirty but I don’t feel like it was dirty. The ac did end up shutting off during the night so it got warm but other than that I’ve got no real complaints.

The staff was courteous and kind at check in and check out. I came into town late that evening and had to check out early in the morning. So, I didn't spend alot of time at the hotel in general. However, the room appeard more dated than pictures. The bathroom was the biggest complaint. The shower was dirty and the toliet constantly ran. You couldn't hear it if you closed the bathroom door. But I was glad that I had brought my flip flops because I used them to take a shower. It was that bad.

Break fast was ok. Usually, beagal is common in break fast. They didn't have this common things. Usually, in room, in 2.5 star hotel, you have USB ports. They didn't have. In bathroom, they did not have exhaust or didn't working. So, after shower, it gets all mess. Reception, in evening time, guys never even stay out. They don't have ring bells so you can call them to come outside. They are not friendly. On check outday, i wanted like 4 bucket of ice for my cooler so i can keep food safe for my 4 year old son. They came and told me that this is not for cooler. I told that i m not filling entire cooler. Just need 4 buckets. They told, it's not for cooler. See, we had 2 rooms. Needed 4 bucket of ice. It's fair.

I stood at the lobby counter for 15 minutes waiting to check out and report an issue. I called the hotel phone number four times while waiting, and no one ever answered. The manager walked into the building 15 minutes later, from sitting in her car. Our bathroom was infested with roaches, on site management refused to reconcile or compensate, and off site management would not respond to emails.

We had a cockroach in our room. I immediately notified the front desk and they gave us a different room. The neighbors next door had an alarm that went off every ten minutes from 630am on. Other than that very clean and nice.

Overall stay was average. We had dirty stained sheets on the sofa bed. Fitted sheet was torn on the queen bed next to ac unit. I had to return them and make front desk aware of situation as we had just checked in. Requested clean sheets to replace. We found some toys that were not ours.

This hotel is a great place to stay. The hotel room was nice and clean with all the commodities a person needs. Parking and breakfast was excellent. Even the staff was very helpful. I ended up getting sick and the staff was very nice and provided tea and Tylenol for me to feel better. Overall, my family and I had a great experience.

We drove from Houston to San Antonio to handle some business and just needed a quick overnight place to get some rest. The check in process was not extremely long or difficult. The room was pretty clean and looked presentable. They have plenty of plugs and outlets around the room. I’m pregnant and brought my pregnancy pillow with me, but the bed itself was hard and uncomfortable.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the restroom. The tub was stained with some type of black “stuff” as was one of the towels. It was probably stained and not dirty, but needs to be dealt with because it looks so bad. Also, there was no inner flat sheet on either of the beds. Did not feel comfortable sleeping against the comforter which may not be washed after each patron.

Location great close to Fiesta Texas. The building is clean and in good conditions. The mattress were too soft for my taste. The sofa bed was not great at all my kid was going to sleep on it and you literally feel the springs in her back we had to set the sofa back to a regular sofa and have her sleep on it like that instead of using the sofa bed. Breakfast is your normal continental breakfast. Eggs, sausage and waffles.

You get what you pay for. No bugs or giant red flags, but it's an older hotel so some things need some work. The shower was spraying in all directions, and although clean, the room needed some detailing. I don't know that I'd stay again, but for just one night it did the job.

Was it going to write a review until the manager made me mad. She blamed the ice machine being out of order on customers filling up coolers and handheld ice chest. And I felt like she was singling me out as well because I had a handheld cooler. It took 30 minutes to get checked into the property at nearly midnight. The room was clean but the floor in the bathroom look like it was lived in. Breakfast was overly salty and everything just looked lacking.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The area was quiet and safe.

We stay for 1 night when visiting Six Flags, the price is very good, the service excellent, the condition of the hotel is good, clean, breakfast is good. We have a good time.

Loved that it was very clean and staff was very helpful to my needs. Beds were super comfortable like sleeping on clouds and bathroom was very clean. I definitely recommend your stay here.

We were welcomed by day manager and she was awesome! Very friendly polite and eager to help us with any questions we had. The rest of the staff were also nice and polite. Our room was clean and comfortable beds. I like they have cameras in the hallways and outside the building,making my daughter and I feel safe. Good breakfast and easy check out at noon! Yay we slept in late last day and was all worth it! Highly recommend this place

We just stayed one night, but we had a nice visit.

Cleanliness was great. The staff needs to be more courteous and welcoming to its guests.

We got to the hotel to check in right at 3:00, finally got into the room at 3:40. We checked out by 3:45 after seeing/inspecting the room. The shower floors was grey colored & the room itself smelled like mildew. We pulled the sheets back on the bed & there were stains, some of which were blood. Immediately left. Did not want another room though it was offered to us.

Great price and nice clean spacious room near the medical center. Only downsize is the deposit they charge. You get the $ back but be aware you will have to pay a deposit. I would still stay here again.

Location was ideal but property smelled dirty. Room smelled. Bathroom was dirty. Hairs all over.

Unfortunately, the experience took a turn the next morning. When we woke up, we discovered several blood stains on the bedsheet, which was extremely disturbing and unacceptable. We immediately reported the issue to the front desk. The staff member on duty (different from the night before) responded defensively, repeatedly stating that it wasn’t her fault and blaming the person who inspected the room. We clarified that we weren’t trying to place blame, we just wanted to report a serious hygiene concern. She insisted we didn’t understand her, and ultimately told us her manager would call us the next day to follow up. That call never came. When we called the hotel the following day, we were told the manager was off and would call the next day instead. We never heard from anyone again. I was surprised to see all the positive reviews. Based on our experience, the staff is not well trained in handling guest concerns, and the management appears indifferent to serious issues. We would never stay here again and absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

The shower drain was so slow that by the time we got done showering, the water had backed up to our ankles. The carpet was dirty and the breakfast was very limited in verity

The staff is great, the hotel on the other hand was dirty!! Rooms were dirty beds were outdated and not comfortable. You could tell restrooms hadn’t been scrubbed in a while , room hadn’t gotten a good clean or vacuumed. This was not a good stay for a family with kids .. your better off staying somewhere more sanitary

Very good accommodation. We stayed overnight during our road trip to rest. We had a very restful night. Very close to shopping center and grocery store. Price is very economical.

Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was ok, no bacon. Eggs, though powdered, were not watery or dry like other hotel’s breakfast. Eggs were fluffy. Good quiet area. Definitely would stay again.

The hot breakfast was okay with the best of it being the waffles. If they would use a griddle to cook the turkey sausage and heat up the flour tortillas, I would've give 5 stars instead of 4.

Bathroom sink was clogged the whole stay

Awesome stay

A naked man was trying to open the car doors. Besides, we waited over an hour for the front desk man to check us in; I don't know if his computer was slow or if he was just taking a long time, but we arrived at 12 AM and needed to sleep, and we were there until about 1 AM until the check-in was done. The bed had hair, the sheets were stained yellow. The pillows were very worn and yellow with a bad smell, there was a terrible musty odor in the room. It was a horrible experience.
