The hotel was clean, the free roll away bed is a great option for families. We ate at the on-site restaurant for dinner, the food was good and kids 11 and under eat free with an adult. The amenities are nice for kids, a pool and a billiards table. The staff were all helpful and pleasant. We will stay here again when we visit the area.

We enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn. It's located in a convienent area off the highway. The rooms were what you'd expect from a Holiday Inn, clean and comfortable. There is a little wear, mainly in the bathroom, but nothing bad. The Grill serves a good breakfast and dinner that are definitely worth trying. Both indoor and outdoor pools were clean. They provided towels on site. Finally, the complimentary shuttle to Seaworld was very nice.

It was clean and the staff was nice. Old building with a lot of wear and tear. Smelled like urine Security kept following me around when I would go to my vehicle. They tried to charge my card before I arrived when I asked to pay at the property. You have to pay for breakfast even though they charge you way too much to stay here. I will never stay here again. The location is good and the bed was comfortable. Not worth a penny to stay here. People may be jaded by the name but don't waste your time.

Rooms were clean and neat. Swimming pool was also great both my boys had a blast. We had breakfast prior to our departure to Seaworld. The only thing I'd complain about was that I had asked for a refill of coffee and never got it. Almost felt like I was forgotten even though the server was able to refill the two gentlemen sitting next to us in a short of time when I heard them request more coffee. Food was great, my kids loved it. Although they were a little upset there were no pancakes they still enjoyed thr fruit and bacon that was available and eggs. Cost is fair with all that is included. I definitely see myself coming back again with the kiddos at some point. I will also say I'm very thankful that even thought we had checked out in time that we were still welcome as guests when we got back from the park to change in the bathroom and pack up to go back home. Overall a great experience, my kids loved it, I had a blast spending time and making memories with my kiddos. Thank you all for making it happen and making it go smooth.

The location was perfect very near the facility where my husband had a medical procedure. Did not like that floors were carpeted and smelled like carpet deodorizer, bed very uncomfortable.

The toilet wasn’t clean and the property was old, dingy and moldy. Spoke to front desk and they said there was nothing they could do about the toilet. They wanted me to speak to the manager who arrives as 9 am. I looked for her at 9 am but she hadn’t arrived. The toilet had stains and there was hairy on the floor. It looked like it hadn’t been swept. Carpet as well. There was mildew smell in the room. Toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages.

This was a really good hotel everything was well maintained! The food was delicious! We did have one issue where there was something wrong with the air conditioner however they were very accommodating to us!

The was a constant having dripping of coming from the floor above. The breakfast buffet that they charged $15 for was the same as you get a hotels that offer free full breakfast. The french toast almot broke a tooth is was so hard. Not up to Holiday Inn standards and certainly not worth $215 a night!!!

Breakfast was supposed to be included in our rate but the location was not well marked. Then when we found breakfast they tried to charge us $15.95 per person despite it being “included”. Ultimately we had the charge removed after showing our reservation but did not understand why they charged that to begin with. The buffet itself was standard eggs, potatoes, meats, fruits and a waffle station. The room was clean but definitely showed wear and tear such was furniture having some tears and carpet stains. No big deal. It did smell like urine in the hallway for the first 2 days of our stay-management did not have an explanation but did put a small fan near our room in the hallway I guess to try to dry it out? Housekeeping came once during our 3 night stay.

Didn't use the pool, room was cleaned but when I got back for the day room had an odor and bathroom was clean but toilet was nasty as if it was backing up, shower water doesn't get really hot water comes out slow in the shower and parking isn't the greatest, I believe locals come to the bar here and takes up all the parking. All staff at front desk was extremely pleasant. Will I stay again NO.

Everyone at the front desk was very nice, no matter the shift all the ladies were very welcoming. Big plus, the downfall although the room was nice and tightly ready for us. I felt as if it wasn’t clean. Saw some trash on the floor and the restroom sink had stains that I was able to remove when I cleaned it. Was a little uncomfortable with that.

The staff were also very helpful and kind, always ready to assist with a smile and make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was phenomenal like 5☆ all the way no questions! I would come back just because of the breakfast and staff alone! Staff was fantasticly exceptional!!!! The view was nice from the king suite! The bed was squeaky clean and SOOOOO comfortable! 10/10 Recommended! The kid serving us for dinner was horrible. He couldn't order my drink right, then forgot our appetizer. I asked for water and needed it pretty quickly, and he never brought it. My steak was covered in some green slimey stuff that I didn't ask for, and wasn't asked if I want it on there or not. All in all dinner was the worst I've ever had, including the service. Shower pressure was bad. Carpet is super ugly!

The staff was amazing and great. My hotel room the water would not get hot for a shower. After moving to a new room the water pressure was not there, the water was hot though. The internet would not work in our room at all. The internet apps for the tv would not work with the "new" internet. The breakfast I paid $9 per person per day (rather than what I was told $8 in person) was sub par at best. It was cold by the time the food got to the table which means it was not super hot. I was not asked at all when I left how I liked or enjoyed my stay. Just asked for my keys and "oh yes you're done". No discounts offered for any of the subpar things that you stay in a hotel room for -- namely hot water or good water pressure. Probably will not be returning to this hotel ever.

Had a great experience at the hotel. The only thing I did not like was the indoor pool. There was a weird smell and it felt like a lot of chlorine. I have stayed here before and it hasn’t been an issue, not sure what was going on. Other than that, no complaints.

Did not sleep, we worried about the 2 lb Yorkie mascot they refused to allow into our room in an enclosed containter.

1) We booked this hotel because it has "family friendly" outdoor pool, as well as indoor pool in case of rain. The indoor pool turned to be unusable - it has a flaw in its design such that pool surface near water is higher than near walls, and for this reason 1 inch of water is always standing on the floor - you basically walk in water. Maybe because of this standing water, the smell in the pool room was bad, which they try to compensate with incredible amount of chlorine. Overall, it felt like a train station restroom rather than an indoor pool, so we didn't use it even when it was raining. 2) The outside pool has a different problem - an adult couple drank cans of beer inside the pool, while kissing and hugging each other. They also brought audioplayer with loud hispanic music. As if it was their private pool. The place did not look family-friendly at all. Another family was listening to their music in the indoor pool. 3) This is a unique hotel which does not have staircases leading to the first floor. Both staircases lead to the OUTSIDE. So if you want to go to breakfast you need to use 2 elevators so prepare to wait. 4) They have only 2 elevators, while the building is huge. The wait time is so big that they recommend to use service elevator used by cleaning staff. 5) Breakfast fee at the reception table is $8, while if you pay in their restaurant it would be $15. Good to know, right? 6) We also saw a flying german roach at the staircase :(

After searching all day for a hotel with good reviews, finally came across this one. Easy booking, cheaper price than most, front desk lady was very nice. Room is clean, beds are clean, bathroom is clean, no bugs. Only complaint is Holiday Inn doesn’t include free breakfast but this location is great.

The restaurant the Grill was great good hot food and Millie was a great waitress. Really attentive staff. Hotel room was great. The only complaint is the elevator takes forever to get to the level and closes really quickly.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. The AC was out in our room. The other rooms offered were dirty and had a really bad odor especially in the refrigerator! Our only options were to stay in a room that smelled or one with no ac. We chose the one with no ac. We did not get to bed until after 2 AM trying to find a room. The morning staff there, including the manager we even more disgusting. Within a 10 minute time frame they knocked on out door twice in ten minutes then proceeded to call about checkout. I explained why we were late checking out (30 minutes late to be exact) she stated she was aware of our circumstance but then proceeded to ask if I requested a late checkout. When I went downstairs to speak with them they then proceeded to lie and say they were calling and knocking on the door bc someone was there to fix the AC which was a lie because each time I answered the door and phone not one of them mentioned anything about fixing anything! The only thing they cared about was when were we leaving the room. I honestly don’t see how this facility passes any sort of inspection! It was so nasty and dirty

Overall it was ok. Bathroom was dated and not fully clean. Only other issue was the slow elevator. Location was great for us coming from Sea World. The staff was also great and friendly.

The staff is very friendly. Loved that the property was so close to Sea World. And they provide a shuttle!

100000% recommended ! Staff was excellent! Especially at the grill , we spent a lot of time down there , food was very tasty they always came and checked on us for refills etc . We will definitely be back !

The hotel itself was nice and the staff friendly but we didn’t like the noise level at night . Rude inconsiderate people that let their kids run and play and be loud at 1 am . The walls in that hotel are thin so if you looking for a peaceful good night sleep you may want to go somewhere else . Otherwise nice hotel

When getting into bed we found a vape cartage telling us the bed sheets never got cleaned. We called front desk and they moved us rooms but to a hot room and I was afraid to call again and make another complaint which I should’ve since the room was hot

My car got broken into on property. It can happen anywhere but thought I would warn others.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Cozy, clean rooms, friendly staff and delicious cuisine. I especially enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi — clean, spacious, comfortable, an ideal place to relax after a busy day. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail for a comfortable stay. I will definitely come back again and I sincerely recommend it!

Only downside to this 4 night stay was our shower pressure was very slow. Location is great. Rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was good. The pools were clean and the staff was very friendly

This hotel needs to be renovated. It smells of mold, mildew and chlorine. The bathroom is cracked everywhere, mold in the tub, sloppy attempts to make repairs, rusted corner shelves in the shower. Will not stay here again.

It's a nice setting but it's not what I expected inside. The staff could be alot friendlier and welcoming. The people at the front desk look like they hate their job. The carpet in the room has a bad smell. You could see it's stained. The trash in the restroom had not been taken ou. There was a dirty pad in there. The pool water is dirty. I just thought this place would be wonderful like the reviews on this hotel highlight.

Restroom had a bad smell since we checked in

Bed was comfy for back sleeping but not side sleeping. Floors were sticky, toilet kept running and the fan never turns off in the bathroom and was whistling. Staff were great. Pool was great for kids

The hotel itself was nice and somewhat clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent; close to everything we needed, which made getting around very convenient. Unfortunately, the pool area was a huge letdown. My youngest son had been excited to swim, and my husband and I were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub. However, the pools were slimy and dirty, and despite the strong smell of chlorine that burned our eyes just sitting nearby, the water didn’t seem clean at all; both in the indoor and outdoor pools. The hot tub, which we were really looking forward to, was not only dirty but also cold. Overall, the hotel had potential, but the pool and hot tub situation really impacted our stay. We checked out at 11pm the same day. I hope they take steps to improve the cleanliness and maintenance of their recreational areas

Great maintenance staff and front desk, but room is dirty. Closet shelving covered in dust, ruined our clothes, floor in bathroom turns white socks black, never got our room clean during our stay, had to ask for extra towels.

It wasn't what I thought it would be.

The hotel was great. The room carpet could be cleaner (my daughter found an old fruit snack on the floor in the closet). The carpets need to be shampooed. Breakfast was good and kids ate free with an a paid adult buffet. The indoor pool was nice and had close bathrooms, although they were not too clean.

Me and my wife were very well taken care of. Very nice and clean accommodations.

So much noise and walking the path from parking lot to front entrance to be greeted with several bowls of cat or dog food , water bottle for pets and to hand made kennels from cardboard and duck tape. There was a party going on in the lobby and boys were cursing and running all around. Security did speak to the big group of boys, but they immediately ignored what he said. When getting into the elevator there was a hotel towel laying on the floor as soon as you stepped in with a caution wet sign but, the floor looked like it had not been cleaned and made my stomach turn from a weird smell. The entire elevator floor that I could see was dirty. Couple across the hall from me in room 534 was extremely loud, yelling, music or TV was up loud. Yes I complained to the front desk and the lady said she would give them a call.

Property has good parking with security, restaurant onsite and the hotel staff were welcoming.

We got to out room and it was stuffy, we turned down the AC, left the room for a couple of hours and was still hot. When we tried to take a shower, the water was cold, it was running for a good 7-10 minutes hoping the water would come out warmer and nothing, ice cold. Tried contacting the front desk and they never answered the phone.

This hotel was clean and well maintained with a nice selection of amenities. All of the staff that we encountered from the front desk to the restaurant were all very friendly.
