Carpet in hallway was all stained at least on the 4th floor some areas it was wet enough that I could make a small splash with my shoe Bathroom doors don’t give any privacy not broken but poor design Hotel staff was great super friendly!!!! Elevator was very questionable lol almost didn’t feel safe and second one was broken and out of order Over all wouldn’t stay again at this location

The central location was good. Our room wasn’t clean & the shower had no hot water. While we were at the front desk asking ti be moved to another room, a guest came to tell them the handle to the shower came off in his hand. Our second room was better, but this location is in disrepair. Would not recommend.

Make sure they have hot water The staff should have informed us there was no hot water so all weekend I had to take a cold shower and I didnt appreciate that at all and then the staff said they been having issues so if you knew this then you should have given the customers a option to remain or get another hotel else where, I got a email saying they understood my concern but no compensation

Staff are great. It's the company or management that has seemed to just not care. It was my birthday. I tried to make the best of it. Property needs an overhaul to run smoothly and it would be a great place. Great location... However....Get it together Aloft.

Great hotel. Very clean I was there for 2 days and had no problems. Great Price too.

The style of the King room was nice, however the shower wish it had a stool or something to conveniently shave legs lol. Environment was nice only glitches are no complimentary breakfast which I was aware of and the ELEVATOR ran slow.

The place is clean and safe and that's great. The staff is nice, but the finishes and carpets in the rooms and some of the hallways show some where and tear and aging. The only thing that really ruined this visit was the pool was out of service. Apparently they were retiling it so it was empty. I specifically picked this hotel because of the pool, so that was upsetting.

Airport shuttle was very convenient.. Room was tidy, but smaller than expected. TV also seemed a little undersized for the wall it was featured on. One of the elevators was broken and the other operated very slowly. Stairs were not as easily accessible and they sent you outside. Would have just used stairs if there were some near the elevator.

My check in was much later than anticipated... In fact it was at 3:00 a.m. . I had called in and spoken to the desk clerk and he assured me the room was being held. When I arrived his name is Andrew and he was incredible

The airport shuttle was not as convenient as I would have hoped. They require that you wait to call when you arrive. I tried scheduling it and was asked to call back only to be sent to voicemail later.

Need to be cleaned better. Room had a weird smell. Good thing we carry air freshener with us Tub could use a stain remover off the grout; it was somewhat black in parts.

Carpet was wet, restroom towels were not only still damp, but dirty. Shower had mold, restroom door was damaged and wouldn't close correctly. Mini fridge was full of hair.

The rooms and halls need serious renovation.

We didn’t like how dirty the rooms and beds were. We asked if we can get new sheets because ours was full of dirt and nails but when we got back they just put the bed sheets over them.

Stuck me in a handicapped room. Shower for cows and no body wash soap. Tells me nobody cleaned that thing in months.

Worst service and experience ever with any lodging, anywhere in the world. Made a 2 night reservation 3 weeks early. Paid for the reservation. Confirmed the reservation. Assigned room 216 when checking in over the phone. Arrived to be told that they overbooked and gave our room to someone else. They rebooked us into another hotel. They only booked us 1 night at the new location, but told us it was for 2. Then we were forced to check out after 1 day due to lack of vacancy at the second hotel. Aloft still refused to honor our 3-week old reservation and all other properties were booked. So instead of enjoying a weekend in San Antonio, we drove home and did not get to take the vacation we booked 3 weeks before. Staff did not care to discuss it. They were not concerned. It was my problem, not theirs. I was the one with nowhere for my family to sleep. It was my fault I did not arrive early enough despite already booking, paying, and checking in over the phone. Absolute worse experience of all “hospitality” industry experiences through my travels. Cockroaches and bedbugs would be more pleasant to deal with than Aloft hotels.

we did not partake in the breakfast. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The pillow was very lumpy and didn't offer any support. I forgot to bring a pillow from home, which I will do next time. The bed offered no support for my back.

They say they have an airport shuttle, but when I landed at the airport, I called the hotel and was left on hold forever, so I just Ubered. While the hotel is close to the airport, it's not in a good area. I wouldn't stay here again.

Our shower did not stop dripping unless we fiddled with it and got it into *just* the right position. The sheets were terribly pilly and scratchy, and our room had a sweat smell to it. The gym had mold growing on the wall where the seam of the wallpaper had curled up. Aside from the incredibly convenient location, I do not recommend this hotel.

Customer service was good. But our faucet broke and after a long trip to have to take a cold water shower, let’s just say not happy. Their phones where not working so I had call from my cell phone and they did change our room.but it was an inconvenience.

Immediately after we checked in, my sister got online and booked a room with two queen beds in it. Then when checking in that room the man at the desk refused to give me a refund or anything for the room I paid full price for. I may have came off a little irritated when speaking with him but I also apologized to him. Then we go up to the room with the two beds and the key doesn’t work… which we think was intentional. He could see our hands full of things to carry up and allowed us to go up and come back down to have the cards activated. So after paying for two rooms and only using one of them.. our showers were also freezing cold and there’s no hot water either! These people have no business being in any kind of hospitality industry at all. They were terrible. And the entire place has a funky smell to it. I’m beyond furious with this!

Had some issues in the beginning as far as the bedding, but they were easily able to quickly fix it. No issues after the outside area was gorgeous. Will definitely stay here again. Perfect location.

This trip required two separate stays. I really like it for the location. Having said that, it is a very dated property. Cleanliness has always been an issue in the past. When I wear white socks they turn black on the bottoms. Now I take old socks and simply throw them away. There are very few rooms in my experience that have any kind of a view. The ground floor has no carpeting but it is near the bar. Staff were mostly very friendly.

I have stayed at this hotel for many years. It’s basic and has everything I need. There is an outdoor area with a pool and fire pit. The majority of Guests I have seen are single professionals. There is also a nice bar area which has lots of cozy seating with small tables. The staff is mostly very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again.

The room was stuffy and smelled like stinky armpits. The A/C was loud, making it hard to sleep. Definitely not worth the $230 we paid for the night. I’ve stayed at the Aloft on the west side by Costco and it was way better, I expected this one to be the same but it definitely didn’t meet my expectations.

Walls are thin you can hear everything from the other room next to you. Hard to find parking in the front. Staff is great. Checked out an day early and no refund.

I booked 2 rooms for 2 family with 3 children. heck-in time is 3PM, we came at 5PM and only 1 room is available for us, we didn't get the second room until 7PM.

Did not clean room after asking for housekeeping earlier that morning. Room didn't get cleaned until 10 pm

Nice location

This hotel was nice. We especially enjoyed that their bar was open until midnight. The only down side for us was that the pillows were too soft for our liking but overall we enjoyed our stay and will return to this hotel again.

The bathroom had white lime stains on the floor of and around the shower. There was no trash bags except one in the bathroom and only one charging port worked near the bed.

Needed a quick hotel stay while staying an extra day with my dog. Nice hotel rooms. Beautiful bar. Small pool, bonus on the small dog area. The overall area is a bit sketchy, I saw glass pieces from car windows in the grass patches in the parking lot directly behind the pool area.

Super convenient for a short trip, beds are comfy and pillows as well. The only thing is that showers need some maintenance, ours was leaking and also de soap dispensers were broken.

Aloft San Antonio Airport provides a comfortable place to stay that is conveniently located within minutes of many of San Antonio's attractions.

with the help of the bartender & bought us some sodas when he saw us bring a pizza 🍕 back to our hotel room. He was so helpful & answering questions we had.He definitely deserves a raise for the great customer service alone.

Communication was not good. Management was not helpful and blamed staff.

The hotel was nice and clean. They had great amenities and was very close to shopping and dining.

The room wasn’t well kept. Paint falling, the carpet was dirty, and the wallpaper was peeling. It wasn’t what I remembered when I stayed there a few years ago. The customer service was amazing. From the check in to the bar.

Good place for a stay

This is the only place I stay when I come to San Antonio. This trip I noticed in my room it didn’t smell or look very fresh. I had a hole in the floor area against the wall by the shower area. I would definitely like to stay here moving forward but some upgrades/renovations need to be done.

Great spot for a quick San Antonio stay

The air conditioner kept waking us up with all the LOUD noise it made when it turned on. It ruined our stay but we did not want to go thru the hassle of moving since the noise didn't start untill we were going to bed the first nite. As soon as we arrived we quickly unpacked and left to our favorite restaurant.

Stafff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful! Room was clean and quiet. Lots to do around the hotel too.
