I have to say, the night shift receptionist was the nicest, kindest person ever. In all the hotels we’ve ever stayed at, she treated us the best. She was very professional and made sure we were attended right away and was so sweet. I would stay here again just because of she treated my family and I. I didn’t get her name but she has short hair.

The hotel was run down, plus the whole floor smelled like weed. Last time, I am staying here.

The breakfast was excellent. The first morning they had sausage patties and scrambled eggs. They have a build your own parfait set up , boiled eggs and pastries. The second morning they offered bacon and omelettes. The only downside was an elevator on one side did not work but was honestly probably a blessing because after the breakfast I needed some extra steps.

Very nice staff! Floors were a little greasy. Soap handle was broken in the bathroom… bathrooms were very old.

Big comfortable beds but not this time. The bed seemed worn on the side closest to the bathroom. It looked like a handicap room, which was fine for us except the bed, not so comfy anymore. Noisy neighbor shouting next to us, but the front desk helped us out with that.

The staffs were friendly and helpful. It was pretty decent hotel for the amenities provided. Parking!!!! Parking lot is way too small to accommodate all the guests. The room was not kept well. Broken door knob… some odors in bathroom? Breakfast was ok.

To many broke things in the room. The bathroom door was too big and hung up on the floor. It would barely open. The ironing board was broke and I had to lay it on a table to iron my shirt. The staff didn’t know how to operate the stove top and the tv didn’t have volume on the channel I wanted to watch…uggh bad experience overall

Breakfast was good but didn't offer muslim or vegan protein substitute like turkey sausage or bacon. Otherwise the breakfast was great. Not too much caused a problem.

Everything was well maintained. Shower took way too long to get to the temperature I wanted though. The room service was great, they changed the towels everyday. Unfortunately the bed sheet for the sofa bed was moldy and gross, so we had to ask for another one. Breakfast was very good, everything seemed fresh and well prepared. Parking was a bit expensive, but the laundry was free, which balanced it out. The quality and service of this hotel was amazing in general and I think it’s a great place to stay at for vacation or business.

The room smelled terrible, the ac wasnt cooling below 75, bathroom door didn't close, remote for seating area was missing, no extra pillows for the pullout couch, dirty vents, damaged walls and paint. Won't stay at this one ever again. Other Staybridge Suites are amazing

Old and run down. Needs some updating. Charged for parking. That’s stupid to charge people that are staying at your hotel for parking! Where else are we supposed to park?

The sink leaked and leaked all over the floor into the towels, cabinet and into the closet. The television had sound but no picture. They also said that at checkout that there was payment for parking. This did not happen at check-in. There is such limited parking at that facility, you were lucky if got a spot to park. Yet these people wanted to charge a few for parking. I will not return.

The breakfast was plentiful. I like the little social hours Monday through Wednesday. We enjoyed talking to the people staying at the hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was apparently they took care of the property.

I had to cancel, and emailed the hotel. They never even responded and I was charged. I was fine with being charged as I had to c cancel last minute due to a medical emergency for a family member. They didn’t even respond to say “we can’t issue a refund but wish you well”. Simply, nothing.

The entire facility was poorly maintained. The carpets throughout the hotel smelled awful, though thankfully a carpet cleaner arrived to address the hallway. The hotel was visibly neglected, with spider webs and dirt around every corner—definitely not up to the standards we’ve come to expect from this chain. We also encountered issues with our room keys, which inexplicably reset every day, forcing us to get new ones constantly. The laundry room was in desperate need of cleaning; my mom and I ended up using our own towel and detergent to scrub down the washers and dryers ourselves, and it was shocking how much dirt we found. After we finished, it was obvious that we had done a far better job than the staff. It’s clear that the employees here only put in half the effort, showing little care for the property. They could all learn a thing or two from the excellent service and upkeep at the Staybridge in Chihuahua, which puts this location to shame. Sadly, this experience has left us questioning whether this hotel chain can be trusted for consistent quality.

We always stay at the downtown one but there was some Confusion and we end up staying here nice and clean Breakfast was good the the only thing I was disappointed is the A/C the rooms we’re a little hot but still will recommend it

The sleeper sofa mattress is not comfortable for adults or teens. However, for children under five, it would probably be fine. The room with a full kitchen is awesome. Everyone was very nice and helpful, and the hotel environment was quiet. Breakfast in the morning is great. I like the weekend schedule change for breakfast availability. Thank you!

This property is incredible. The staff has been so helpful from day of arrival. So accommodating and responsive to what we need. Not to mention daily breakfast and three social meetings a week. The only bad thing is right next to interstate so hanging at the pool is noisy but we overlooked that because of everything else

Both nights, I, along with my colleagues did attend your networking event. That was awesome to have that option especially after a long day of meetings. We truly appreciated the amazing staff members that were running the event. They were so friendly and made everyone feel at home.

We checked in and the room given didn’t meet description purchased, the room give to us was two double beds not double queens, TV in living room was obviously a temporary one with no remote and a lot of the channels were not working. The kitchen was missing coffee pot, most of the silverware, pots and pans/dishes all things we didn’t want to be blamed for. Bathroom didn’t have shower curtain but over all the room was clean and cold. We complained to front desk and were given a new room with double queen beds unfortunately no matter what we did in that room it stay at a steady 72 degrees, the thermostat let us lower it but it seems like it never got cooler than that. We ended up getting fans from a Walmart to offset the heat because the room was uncomfortable to sleep at that temperature. Staff was nice and breakfast was good.

I was told that there was a shuttle service to the airport and I signed up for the shuttle and checked twice with the hotel staff to make sure it was confirmed. When I came down to be taken to the airport, I was told by the gentleman at the front desk that it had not been scheduled and this was happening more frequently. I was upset that I might not make my flight.

I chose the suite (which was a little extra) and the bathroom door did not close properly, and bathroom drain was super slow, and it didn't quite look like it was cleaned properly either.On the plus side, it's right next to North Star Mall. On the not so plus side, there is no airport shuttle despite it being right next to SAT Airport. Not a bad hotel overall, but the price is not right for what is offered.I can't stress enough that the staff was absolutely amazing and I wouldn't mind staying here in a pinch, but the cost is too high for what you get.

I give this hotel 10 stars. Really clean & the pool was amazing, my daughter loved it. Also, loved that we had restaurants and the mall walking distance. Will definitely be back here if I ever come back to Texas.

Travelled with 4 children. Room was comfortable and clean. Pool is in 3rd floor, although we could not go as it was a bit cold and raining. Breakfast was great, had variety and a lot of fruit and other healthy snacks. The hotel is very close to a lot of venues. Has an enclosed area for parking however, may be very limited and may have to find parking in front of hotel next to some restaurants. Other than that it is a great place to stay.

The water from the shower was either too hot or too cold. They didn’t acommodate for it nor compesate for it. When I called them, they hung up on me. I had always have a great experience there until now.

We loved our stay! The employees were completely wonderful, the breakfast was amazing, our stay was fantastic. Thank you for providing us a safe comfortable room for our stay while in San Antonio, we definitely plan to visit again.

It was a very good experience

Recently remodeled. Ge stainless steel microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and 2 burner radiate heat stove top. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishware and silverware. 2 New Samsung HDTVS I believe they are 50 inch. 1 in living room and 1 in bedroom.Cable was also high definition.COLD and I mean real cold A/C in living room and bedroom. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Instantaneous hot water and plentiful. Pool was heated and wonderful. Our new hotel when visiting San Antonio. Book this hotel you will not be disappointed..

Enjoyed our stay. Staff was kind and helpful. Clean and met all our requirements. Would def stay here again!

TV wasnt working in the room for our week stay. Room smelt like urine.

Not enough secure parking!!

My family and I had a great time staying there this past weekend. Staff was friendly and their breakfast buffet was superb! Comfortable beds and the heated pool was a plus since it was a little cool during our stay. Will definitely be back!

It is a great value.

Large spacious room. Found a clipped nail on the table and hair on sink but otherwise room was cleaned. The breakfast is pretty good. Parking is a bit of a problem as hotel does not have enough parking and guests have to park in restaurant next to it.

Nice location. The room is clean. The room is not well soundproofed.
