First, they told me that they "dont do extra pillows" after they had declined my special request for the third time. Ok, what kind of hotel doesn't allow guests to have more than 1 pillows per person? Got to my room and the door was wide open, room was filthy w dirty laundry and such. I called the front desk from outside the room. Front desk clerk comes up sees the mess, then he asked me to wait. Comes back a little while later, only to lead me to the opposite side and opposite end of the hotel, while not even offering to help me with my bags. Along the walk, I saw some gross stuff such as a crock pot full of old, moldy food sitting on the walkway. Then we pass a room that smells so strongly of weed that you'd think it was a skunk farm in the room. Well, that was my neighbor, as my room was directly passed that. I was exhausted, running late, and didnt have time to argue. I get back from my business stuff later that evening, and MY room stinks like weed. Why? Because there is no weather stripping under the door. 4am, I wake up w a massive headache and my room stinks to high hell as if someone has been smoking all kinds of things in it, and I hear a group of people outside my door coughing. 0/10, will never stay again. I did not feel safe, much less welcome as a guest. Also, the beds squeak really loudly every time you move and are not comfortable.

The inside was not swept, there were dead bugs in the restroom, the towels were stained. Good thing we brought some. The inside of the microwave was filthy. Good thing we didn't need it. The TV didn't work the first day. Had to call the front desk the second day, because the remote wasn't working. He brought a remote that worked and was able to download some channels. It was a one time visit, but if we ever have to come back, I'll splurge a little more somewhere else.

The price was decent for a bed, shower and toilet for 2 days. The a/c and heater worked, thank goodness, because it was hot when we arrived then a cold front came through. Room had no heat and heater was not working after 30 minutes. Told staff and they said they would send someone but when they did all they did was reset the temp and say wait another 10 min to see if it warmed up...it didn't and we are now looking for another place for the night.

Hotel was ok, the staff was nice. Once we got our room it seemed clean, but on checking the towels were dirty and seemed they were just used and rehanged, the restroom was also very dirty and even paper roll wasn’t even replaced. We also noticed they did not replace the trash bag which had trash from another probable stay.

I woke up at 4:30 am itching badly. It was terrible. The man at the front desk was not helpful at all. I would ask him questions and he wasn't specific at all. He would just tell me what side my room was on and what side the ice was. I'm still traumatized by the itching. I got home and started itching in other areas that I didn't have before. The latch wasn't on the door like it said. Only a deadbolt. I don't know if I brought bed bugs home yet.

Clean and cozy. I really liked that I could see my truck from my bed on the second floor. Besides the noise from I35 it was very quiet also. Would stay here again.

first thing is I booked 2 rooms with king sized beds. I only received one and the other with 2 full sized beds. Secondly the TV remote did not work. Thirdly the smoke detector was beeping all night because the battery needed to be changed. Fourthly the water in the shower never got hot! glad this stay was for just 1 night!!!

This is a hotel I continuously book. The staff is very friendly. They already know me by name as I am a repeat customer. Die to the continuous repeat visit they allow me to checkin as soon as I arrive no matter what the time is. Way before 3 am at times. I Love that they have semi truck parking! Very convenient for truckers who want to get off the truck and enjoy a room. The place is always clean and there are a few restaurants at walking distance. Highly recommend!

It's an older building but they're doing some renovations so I'm sure it will look nice when done. The check-in was quick and easy and I had no issues with our dog staying with us, however the dog receptacle was overflowing unfortunately. There is no mini fridge in the room we were in, so plan ahead if you need anything refrigerated. There's an ice maker near by which you can fill up to keep something cold.

A little older of an area but was quiet and cozy for being located right off the interstate. Would stay again

I would not recommend this property paid $275 for 2 nights and it was a dirty with roaches in room and in bathroom, also the TV didn’t work I called they suppose to change it and nothing! I had to clean the place so we could kinda be ok!

Just what I needed after a long day driving

Hotel is old.

The fridge didn’t work and smell so bad, the door bathroom it was damaged and the baseboards bathroom broken too, the only reason what a chosen this place is because it was imposible to find an good price in town on face to Formula 1 weekend and collage food game

Although the housekeeper empties the trash. She never replaced the dirty towels. Ok stay overall.

Fire alarm was on the table and beeping. We took it to the front desk and they didn't fix it they were not friendly either. Room was beat up and had cracks and holes everywhere. Shower didn't work. Awful experience.

For being a Motel 6, it was a winner.

The noise from the highway was extremely loud and I’m sure it didn’t help the huge gap under the door and there might as well have not been a front wall cause you could hear all the traffic noise from the highway. The bathtub was disgusting and black not off white but black dirty gross I wouldn’t stand and shower in that disgusting thing. There was someone’s old frost filled ice cream tub in the freezer and no telling how long it had been there.

No grocery nearby except a Dollar Tree and the 7 Eleven around the corner. Great record store nearby though, Piranha records.

Nice place to stay

The check in clerk was unfriendly. Grilling me about how many dogs I had and there size, even though there's clearly a sign saying that 2 pets are allowable. The floor is dirty and the tub is dirty. Wouldn't even think of showering here, gross.

Everything is great- really nice concierge!!! No working TV though.

Sheets and blankets were dirty. All the bedding stank of dried sweat and feet. The bathroom wasn’t clean, there was urine on the floor. The tub did not have a stopper so no bathing. The door didn’t had a latch to lock the door but did not have an anchor point to connect to on the door itself.

When i checked in he said it was his last room and that the bathroom floor was a little wobbly, it was more than that it was HOT since the AC was not left on and its 100 in Texas at 12am and terrible floor that gapped open and not sanitary especially in a bathroom where a toilet is. Room smelt bad.

I am requesting a refund on my stay, the room had a water leak as we checked in, there was mold on the walls and 2 electric outlets did not work. I spoke with the manager on duty and he said to notify Expedia about refund on room.

Customer service at check in was horrible. People were out on 2nd floor stairwell smoking pot, room stunk, very dirty. The overall experience at this Motel 6 SUCKED!

Upon arrival I had spoken with management regarding shower conditions. Was told there was nothing that could be resolved and or fixed on the spot. Didn't want to create an unnecessary problem or issue. Water pressure of water leaving shower head didnt exceed more than an inch if that. As well as shower head having an massive leak that was loud enough to hear throught room. Linens had an odor of some sort and certain funk and or moldy stinch. They had limited availability as far as rooms went. So i endured the evening and will not be returning.

When driving around the building there were a few shady looking people walking around that made me happy I was carrying a firearm. Upon entering the room the floors were sticky, the smoke detector was not installed, there was only 1 bath towel and 3 hand towels, there was a clump of hair on the floor near the shower, and there was hair stuck to the walls in the bathroom. My wife was on the verge of leaving as soon as we got there. Word to the wise do no bring family to this hotel. If your a man who needs a place to sleep on a road trip this place would be fine.

I will NEVER book a room with motel6. The attitude of the staff is unacceptable and the bathroom is unacceptable I an hyper sensitive to mold and on Friday after my shower i didnt feel well and neither did my grandson The 2nd room the face plate to the smoke detector is missing. Wonder ifot works?? 1st picture is the smoke detector in the 2nd room The 2nd and 3rd pictures are of the bathroom floor in the 1st room. As you csn see they had cut out part of the floor to accommodate the water wood expansion issue. They obviously know about the problem zbd continue to rent out thd room

TV did not work. The shower knob fell off. Hard brds an pullows were rough.

We checked in and went to find out room. There were no parking spaces anywhere near the room. There were several men, apparently work crews staying there, hanging on the railings outside the rooms drinking beer. We decided not to stay there with our teenage son and asked the front desk clerk for a refund due to the environment and no parking. That was last Wednesday (2/9/22) and my credit card has not been refunded. Frankly, we were scared to stay there.

It was affordable, it had all the amenities a person requires to spend a night. I stayed in a bad ice storm. The room was very warm, which it helped me sleep all night.

Pictures make it look a lot newer and it isn't. Hardly no water pressure in the shower. Hair in the sink and shower.

They only had coffee. There was no morning food.

The room in the bathroom were a little bit dirty the place felt unsafe, I asked the cleaning lady on my last day for towels and she said no I can have some only if I were going to spend one more night. We stay three days using the same towels.

When we arrived, I had to use the restroom and after washing my hands, I realized there were no towels. We would be leaving to what we came for within half an hour so I explained that I needed them then, or we'd pick them up (late at night) upon our return. They explained they'd leave them on one of the beds and repeated I'd pick them up later. Come to find out, they DID bring towels but put them where you're supposed to find them in the first place. I was upset they went into our room AFTER I explained I didn't want this to happen. Guess just because they have access, they think they could do whatever they want. Will not be using this Motel 6 in the future since they don't follow directions!

It was the first time that I had stayed at a Motel 6 and the experience was great. The only downfall was that the bed wasn’t as comfortable as I thought it would be. It kinda reminded me of sleeping on a futon mattress which was a thumbs down for me.

I did not like Interstate 35 traffic noise at my front door. I did not like other guests congregating near my front door to have their loud conversations while I was sleeping. The rooms and property is in dire need of a remodel. The bed should have been replaced long ago.

The windows are single panel and you hear the trucks on the highway. Walls have no installation and you can hear people talking next door. Hard to sleep.

No frills nut comfortable stay. Being right on freeway a little noisey bit was expected.

AC and wifi worked well. Room decent size. Water pressure was ok but hot water did not get that hot (had to wait a while for it to get warm enough to shower). Refrigerator and microwave did not work (not sure if it's the wall socket they were connected to was bad or the machine themselves). Luckily ice machine was nearby and it worked well and did not need to use microwave.

No water pressure at shower head. Water was just “falling” out of shower. No amenities. Had to stay an extra night = no vacancy, so I went to Courtyard by Marriot. They had Plenty of amenities and for $20 LESS per night.

Customer service was bad. Our room was dirty! Blankets had cigarette ash burn holes and under the sheets we found a torn condom wrapper! Someone else’s clothes were in the restroom. Worst motel I’ve ever stayed at
