staff only cleaned rooms once a week. no towels are provided and if you request one they will charge you for each one. They also charge for pillows. One room didnt have bedding when requested they gave us the bedding they did not make the bed we had to.

Manager tried to scam me into paying again for the room .. stating it wasn’t paid and arguing .. he was also drunk

I didn't like the fact that if a room is considered a suite, it should have at least disposable plates cups and plastic wear. A suite should also at least come with at minimum kitchenware, like a PAN or a pot cooking spoon, spatula etc.

.despite lack of 30.05/.06.07 signage @ facility, "guest" agreement mandated a no-guns requirement .bait and switch, typical of "gun control" pearl-clutchers - lack of candor .any facility with this requirement should be required to post it clearly on all websites & physically @ their facility

Nothing!!!! Checked in at 2am had to wait for someone to come to the front desk to check me in. Someone finally came down half asleep checked me in then disappeared. Walked up to my room very disgusting and dirty. Water in bathtub dripping constantly. Room smelled like roaches. Walked downstairs to try to get my money back while seeing roaches on the way down. Long story short could not get anyone and just left to the holiday inn express. Motel not hotel still charged me still. I would not expect anyone to waist there time and money and just skip this motel. Everything!!!

Room was very clean and spotless and the general manager was very nice and respectful women and greets all her guest with a smile to make their stay comfortable.

The highlight of this stay was the front desk clerk that was working overnight. I didn't get her name but she had been there basically all day and was super helpful. Extremely kind, helpful and really on top of her job. She was handling the front desk as well as cleaning the rooms overnight. Amazing employee!

Both of the housekeepers was friendly. Everyone aside from housekeepers was rude. Roaches, roaches, and more roaches! Was having a romantic moment and found a cricket on my ear. Gross. The room smelled like smoke. The room was very dated. Stainless steel was tarnished. You have to pay for EVERYTHING including toilet tissue if you need extra. Sealant/caulk is peeling all through the room making it easy for pests. Wouldn’t recommend l

Jess was very nice. The entire facility smelt like a pack of cigarettes, weed, and whatever else. The air didn’t work in our first room so they moved us, but when they moved us to the second room the tv didn’t work. We gave up after a hour of trying to get it to work.

I've never stayed at a worst Hotel in my life. They make you pay $2 for barh towel exchange and 50 cent if you need a toilet paper roll. Also, they only clean rooms every 14 days(2 weeks) The Staff however was nice and friendly.

Their is no one at the front desk.Almost seems like they make their own hours. I called the number to try to get someone to go to the front desk to check me in. They charge for clean towels and sheets. They said they wouldn't go clean the room because we only stayed 2 nights and when we got in the elevator to go to our room there was dog poop and it didnt get pick up till maybe around 3 the next day. The wifi didn't work.

I found the room crawling with cockroaches overnight. I told them in the morning. I was told it would handled, that evening on my return it was still crawling. I did not continue my stay.

Most staff members were rude and not helpful. One staff member, Cheletha, was absolutely wonderful, very helpful with a bright and welcoming disposition. The bed was creaky and uncomfortable. We will never stay here again.

I understand that it may be hard to keep a hotel clean when it has mini kitchens. However, routine maintenance should be done to keep things like roaches down. The mattresses were hard. The fact that they make you pay to have clean towels is ridiculous. Hotel staff was rarely at the desk if you needed something or had a question. My overall stay was fantastic. There were, however, a few issues. 1) When checking in there were no attendants in the office. I waited 20 mins then called the phone line stated on the flyer in the office. I then waited an additional 16mins before someone came in to check me in. The individual to check me in had the "please don't bother me" attitude the minute she walked into the office. 2) Random noise throughout the night. The few times that I looked it appeared to be attendants cleaning rooms at all hours of the night which I believe is okay if you are mindful that you do have guests staying at your hotel so your noise levels should have been very very low.

I arrived at 7pm only to be told they canceled my reservation because of maintenance issues handed me a cancelation paper that stated due to walk in overbooking and sent me down the road to another Extended stay and that they made arrangements fo me and my family to stay there. When i got there and handed the document to the night manager and explained what they told me she said im tied of them doing this to me your the 11th person sent here and I cant let you stay here because I cant get paid unless you contact Hotels.com and they transfer the payment to this hotel. She said I have a room but you will have to pay again when I asked would she honor the rate she said no. So we had to go find a hotel at 8pm which I did on my own not using Hotels.com again andafter being at the hospital 15 hours I was not doing well. Here it is 5 days later and Hotels.com has not credited me my $300.12 yet .

They did not respet our resevation. They told me it was overbooked. It was like 9pm and no hotels available in the zone. The front desk does not work all the time. They have a phone to call for some one to attend and does not work. After 30 minutes someone show up just to tell us to look somewhere else to stay and call expedia.

Overall my stay was very nice, I stayed over the weekend but the only thing that I have to say is that the front desk is not available when you need them in the phone down in the lobby to contact them was disconnected so I had to wait a long time to get my key replaced because it stopped working and I could not get in and out of the hotel besides that it was not bad at all

Since hotel had only two staff working. Had to wait until almost 7:00pm to check in although the room was very clean the bathroom door had a big hole. TV sound was not working very low. When I left in morning to check out nobody at front it was closed I left at 7am. Not good experience

For late check in they have a phone to call and no one answers. You have to call Expedia. Also our room had roaches on the bed and floor. Never again staying at this franchise

I totally understand bugs are hard to control and all of that. But this was something like I have not seen before and I have stayed in some pretty inexpensive hotels during my travels in the past. To top it all off, I have emailed the general manager at least four or five times asking to connect to discuss a refund and she refuses to reply to me. I have contacted the property multiple times and the front desk lady, who is nice, But obviously just passes this responsibility off on the general manager which makes sense. I’m assuming every refund has to be approved by the GM. I have photos of all of the information I provided above about the conditions of the room, the bug on the wall, the sheets, etc. Why this woman will not respond to me is beyond me. But, I have contacted my bank to report the charges as fraudulent as I did not stay at the hotel longer than one night and I plan on continuing to try to connect with the general manager for some finality. Hopefully somebody steps up and does the right thing here.

Several other ppl complained only for us all to be told NO refunds. Had to bring the towels the finally gave us downstairs to get more. When I said that was ridiculous because room should’ve been cleaned & fresh towels/linens left, I was told they didn’t go into rooms because of COVID. I left puke basket at desk & they ended up calling the cops to have us removed!!!!! This was HORRIBLE!!! Said cops felt bad and said they were there almost daily smdh. NEVER AGAIN

The pillows look yellow and gross, the bed was rough. There was a table with chairs that had crumbs on it and not to mention the toilet brush was just in the middle of the bathroom floor. We basically went in, changed and left immediately. $150 for one night was a scam.

Had to wait to check in. Floor in the room was dirty and sticky and so was a chair. No paper towels or napkins provided to clean up any accidental spills. No dishwashing soap, no sponge or scrub brush. No coffee maker. No dishes or utensils. An email is sent out the day before check-in advising that these items are not provided gratis; that customer can pay a fee to use them. Only two towels in the bathroom. Bathtub was dirty looking. Only complimentary toiletries provided consist of a tiny bar of soap. Supposed to be a non-smoking building, but we smelled cigarette smoke pretty much all evening, all night. Smokers stand outside the building, sit next to the room air conditioners and smoke. Smoke came into the room through the air conditioner. If you're staying on the first floor near the entrance, don't expect your room to be free of the smell of cigarettes. We smelled weed smoke in the stairwell where the exit doors are located. The toilet backed up one morning and also the evening of our second day there. Danny the maintenance gentleman was a delightful individual, as was another employee I spoke with. If not for those two nice folks, I'd rate this place zero stars.

Had to wait to check in. Floor in the room was dirty and sticky and so was a chair. No paper towels or napkins provided to clean up any accidental spills. No dishwashing soap, no sponge or scrub brush. No coffee maker. No dishes or utensils. An email is sent out the day before check-in advising that these items are not provided gratis; that customer can pay a fee to use them. Only two towels in the bathroom. Bathtub was dirty looking. Only complimentary toiletries provided consist of a tiny bar of soap. Supposed to be a non-smoking building, but we smelled cigarette smoke pretty much all evening, all night. Smokers stand outside the building, sit next to the room air conditioners and smoke. Smoke came into the room through the air conditioner. Front desk clerk very nice. Hotel smelt clean. Not enough towels. Blankets were thin. But overall good.

We did not stay. Staff member called as we were parking that they were booked and we need to find another place to stay.

Had no record of online payment made by us to Hotels.com. Had to pay again. Once in room and after going to sleep, were called back to office saying we had illegally occupied the room. I liked the friendliness of all the residents and staff during my stay, the only thing I could complain about, is whenever I came to the front desk to check in, I waited over 30 minutes for staff to come down and check me in to receive my key. I value my time, so I would really appreciate for the next time anyone stays there, there would be a staff member ready to check in guests from the moment they walk in the door. Otherwise, I appreciate the hospitality, and wish them all a Happy New Year! :)

There is no front desk assistance. You have to call and wait for someone to show up if they answer the phone. They didn't properly charge for the room then the next day wanted to charge me more after the initial charge. The outside was trashy and trash cans running over onto the ground. I will never stay at this place again.

They gave us a new reservation at twice the price I was supposed to pay. I asked to cancel my second night since our travel plans changed and was told it was no problem but then they attempted to charge me for the second night. Overall poor communication.

This hotel is terrible. Room was dirty. I checked in and immediately checked out. Didn't even sleep there. Way to much shady traffic hanging out in the parking lot. Pass this one up or take your chances.

When we arrived at the hotel we were informed that the two rooms that were booked had been cancelled that day by the manager because the hotel does not allow one night stays despite the fact this is what was booked through Hotels.com and confirmed. The receptionist said that the manager knew that it was possible to book one night online despite their policy but had not done anything about it. She also informed us that the manager realized there was an event on on Austin which was another reason she was cancelling the rooms! She said they only allow bookings with a minimum of 7 nights and although they had rooms available she would not allow us to book for the one night we would have to pay for 7 nights. We had traveled across Texas and there were no other hotels in the area so we had no option but to book 1 room and share. We asked to talk to the manager and the lady on reception didn’t even know the managers names when the manager would be back. The room was also very basic and dirty. Our stay here was absolutely horrible. The staff was rude, the rooms were not ready, the floor all around the walls and under beds was covered with mold. The kitchenette is not stocked with anything- no dishes, no pots, not even a coffee pot- so really there is no point in even having a kitchen. There was no shampoo and only 1 towel for a reservation for 4. This hotel should not even have a place on Hotels.com. The elevator had dog pee in it and the hallway had dog poop.

Beds were comfy, very clean for the price. But smelled like smoke. But you get what you pay for.

and there NO TOWEl to exchange No Service after 5pm Including towel exchange. Kitchen with the stove top is not good, no pots and pans no plates no fork no spoons you need to purchase from them

Got there with a confirmation number and did not have a room. I was also charged for the room. Took the front desk attendant 20 minutes to even show up at the desk.

The stay was nice. I didn't care much for the way you have to contact staff by using a phone in the lobby which is rarely answered. And if you have problem with vending machine in which I did they don't handle it you have to call number on the machine.

We never got to stay here. Once we went to check in i was told they didn't have me a room , which i reserve one month in advance. And the front wss even rude about like it was my fault they didn't have a room for me. So we had to ride around to try find a room.

The lady at the front desk was RUDE!! I made the mistake od having my son call and ask for towels. He didn't know we had some and said no. That lady waa at my door quick asking about towels. Apparently we could only have 2 (there waa 3 of us). Elevator always smelled like Marijuana, didn't feel safe to leave or come back at dark. Also had roaches in yhe room with us. Will definitely not be back

We were greeted by a roach in the room upon arrival. The hallways were filled with people loitering about at all hours making noise. The whole place reeks of marijuana. There is no room service. Towels must be exchanged at the front desk which has no one staffing it after 8 PM. A place to avoid.
