Clean, smelled okay. Stayed for 3 days and same breakfast food. Fridge was decent. Could use more than one towel tho. Friendly staff. Decent hotel

Ok not what I expected 😌

The rooms had dirty floors, loose wiring and damp bed coverings. One of our rooms had no shampoo or conditioner and the other was completely missing its shower curtain. The staff was helpful, but neither of our rooms where prepared for stay properly. We will definitely NOT be staying at this property again.

I checked in and left for dinner, but when I came back it was so humid that the clothes I had out in the room were damp. We told the front desk and they offered to switch our room so we did. There were two instances though in between the hours of 2am and 4am where someone had a key and opened the door with the only thing stopping them from being able to get in being the small door stopper latch ok the inside. We could also hear two men talking outside the door but of course we didn’t walk up to it. In the morning when we checked out, the lady in the front desk told us that one of the overnight staff was trying to get in the room because they accidentally double booked the room when moving us from the humid room. I honestly still questioned our safety at that hotel, the staff was very nice though they had good customer service.

Finally, breakfast was cold. I showed the staff the circuit breaker (One was used) kept tripping, therefore food was not being kept at a warm and essentially unsafe temperature. If you're looking for a bed and warm shower at a low price, this was ok. I stayed at the exact same brand hotel a week prior in Florida, was like staying at 2 different hotels.

The window seal must have been weak, there was water on the window where ac seat in and the room had a musty/mole smell.

We had a terrible experience. Two rooms that they placed us in were filthy. We had to leave due to conditions.

The breakfast was great! The coffee was amazing! They have a nice snack selection that you can buy. The staff were extremely friendly. Whenever I had an issue, they fixed it swiftly. They were kind to my kids and everyone was extremely pleasant. I enjoyed my stay.

The location for perfect for reaching Dell Diamond for the state baseball playoffs. It is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and easy parking. The breakfast made it easy to get up and go the next morning. We were short a few towels but made do. It wasn't worth chasing anyone down.

We stayed on third floor, traffic side of I-35. Pretty noisy. If I stayed there again, I would try for a room away from the I-35 traffic side.

The night manager is extremely nice. The gentleman helped me move my car into a safe spot and helped me hydrate. Thank you

They have a sticker on the bathroom mirror that stated if you were staying more than one night they would change the linens and towels every three days. After the fourth night we had to request service. It is located right off I-35 so there was traffic noise. The breakfast was okay but not great, the coffee was good though. Shower head would not turn off all the way and was hard to get to an acceptable temperature. The bar was only open one night while we were there which included a weekend. Don't think we will stay there again.

Air conditioner was not working properly and was leaking water on the floor. Toilet ran all night. Wallpaper was pealing and the building smells like a combination of musty and bleach. Conditioner and shampoo was out in the room. Saw a few roaches in the hall and around the elevator.

The room wasn’t the cleanest. Hair was on the bedsheets and in the sink. Ice machine didn’t work. Woke up the next morning and food was all on the floor outside my room.

We had stayed here before and it was fine. This time, we paid the 25 dollar early check in fee but they put us in a room that had not even been cleaned yet. The room had sheets everywhere and trash still in the bins. We went to the front and they moved us to a room that smelled like cigarettes. Just terrible this visit. It is terrible to pay for the early check in and get a smoking room not asked for.

Decent room for the price. Close to a lot of shops and restaurants. There is an option for free breakfast. There is a pool and lounge area for guests. Parking was free.

If I could leave a -5 star, I would. The room was absolutely disgusting. The sheets were definitely not clean. There was stains on the sheets stains on the bed. There was stains on the walls. The shower was disgusting. I wouldn’t even shower in the shower. That’s how nasty it was. I slept fully clothed on top of the bed. I didn’t even get under the covers cause of how gross the bed was if I was not extremely tired I wouldn’t have even stayed here. I do not recommend anyone stay here.

We stayed in room 101 right by the lobby. With all the cheerleaders and their families it was WAY too noisy. It was more like a children’s playground than a hotel. The staff should have been more involved.

My check-in experience was smooth and quick. When I got to my room, the highway noise was so loud I thought the window was open. I went to check the windows and they were closed. Then I noticed that the room smelled bad, like pee. I decided between the noise and the smell, it wasn't worth trying to stay. I immediately went back downstairs and checked out.

My room was decent. Although the curtain looked like there were spots of blood and dirt on it. My friend had to move to 3 different rooms because of the cleanliness. The room she ended up in was awful as well. The man at the desk handed her a febreze spray. When walking in the hotel it had a strong smell of febreze, telling us that they may be covering up a different odor.

The pool area also looked nice and clean, even though we didn’t end up getting in. It definitely gave the impression that they take good care of the property. The only thing I wasn’t a big fan of was the breakfast. There weren’t many good options, but the waffles were actually really good. Aside from that, everything else about the stay was positive. Overall, it’s a clean, comfortable place with great staff, and I would definitely recommend it to others

Available when we arrived despite my reservation. They ended up placing us in the handicap room in order to accommodate us into a double bed. The room had a smell the hallways also had a bad smell. Overall not very impressed.

I liked the whole facility and set up! Location? Ha! Ha! the steep turn in to get to the hotel is hard to see and having to go down the frontage road to u turn and come back is a little out of the way. But, I did finally find a road that went through and I did not have to go all the way to the next location to u turn.

Convenient and in our price range for 1 night stay Lots of loud children at the morning breakfast (not your fault) and eggs ran out quickly but replenished soon. The tub spout/ faucet was separated from the wall. Looks like it was patched but didn’t hold. Worried that thing would come off during a shower.

Despite challenges with the facility, the staff was supportive in helping me find a new room. I had to change rooms 2 times. The first 2 rooms I was assigned to had a horrible odor of mildew. The final room I was assigned to did not stink, but the carpet felt so filthy. I didn't want to put my bare feet or skin on the furniture or floor.

🔹️Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The staff at this property are all professional and accommodating. The HM is a genuine guy with good morals. Prices are reasonable with a decent hot breakfast and one of the best variety snack/traveler stores within a hotel that I've ever seen. Great location close to restaurants and shopping.

The shower fixtures were about to fall off the wall, and we could not control the tempature in the room. We always stay here when we come down to Round Rock and this is the only time we have had issues.

The management threatened to call animal control over our trained/registered service dog shortly after seeing it, despite the dog not causing any issues. The breakfast was very limited.... Got sent to a new room cause they couldn’t refund me and ended up finding more roaches by the A/C unit.

I always make my reservations online well in advance and I always request a ground floor room and a luggage cart. The clerk, who was very cold and unprofessional, did not honor my room request and the carts are so tiny, I had to make three trips. I work cases in the Austin area frequently but I won’t be back to this hotel.

The parking is terrible and where you can find a spot it is poorly lit with uneven concrete. Our room had a bright exterior light at the window and the curtain could not overcome it. Half of our towels had hair in them and the room had an overwhelming air freshener smell common to lower budget rooms.

Furniture and rooms were a bit dated.

The hotel was dirty and smelled terrible in the halls and rooms. The ac didn’t work well. The hotel staff was not helpful, they made us leave the lounge area because we had our drinks from the bar. The bar tender was great but they close the bar 2 hours earlier than the posted hours were, that’s why we were in the lounge area. It was raining outside and they told us that’s the only place we could go with our beverage that we purchased there.

We picked this property because it was an easy off the highway easy back on again location. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean it was, the rooms were great and staff was very friendly. I am still waiting for the hotel to credit the room charges back to my credit card. I used my card to book the room, prepay. When we got to the property to check in, my boss decided he wanted to pay for both rooms, so the front desk clerk took his credit card information for both rooms. I assumed that the charge would then be reversed off of my card, but that has not happened as of today. I'll give it another day before I contact the hotel directly.

I really enjoyed my stay. We were in town for my daughter’s wedding. The room were clean and the staff made me feel at home The breakfast buffet was very fulfilling.

It’s an older hotel. It does the job. If you’re looking for a tiny bit more luxury this isn’t the hotel for you. We had gone two floors down to ask for an extra blanket for my senior mom who has fibromyalgia and were told they don’t give out extra blankets. This place also didn’t answer their phones or my cell phone to request the blanket, which is the reason why we had to take the elevator down to the front desk. The bathroom was warn and aged. We found hairs in the shower and on the bathroom floor.. cleaning could be better. We checked in at 9pm, and really we were there to sleep just for a night as we were I passing through. We were literally there to sleep, and it did the job for the price.

We needed a good place to sleep before a funeral nearby. The price was excellent and it was clean

Everything on the property is well maintained. The breakfast is better than most. The mattress was not as firm as I prefer and during my 4 day stay hand towels were not exchanged on 2 of those days. Overall, I believe the cleanliness and value make it a repeat stay.

The room doors have to be pulled after they close on their own they do not close securely.

Manager Milton allowed us to park our Motorcycles under covered parking. Our lounge time with Alex was friendly, and he provided excellent service. Our food was great! We enjoyed our time at this hotel. We will be back.

Management and staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurants are close by. The Freeway noise was noticeable, but the sound machine app helped to drowned it out. Definitely worth the cost. We would stay here again.

The room smelled musty. The refrigerator was moldy. The breakfast was not good. The second morning the “sausage patties” were not sausage, the were beef patties and disgusting. The lady working the breakfast area was rude.

The property overall was well compacted so that all the parking was in the rear of the building. Access to highway was easy. GPS getting from my location to Hotel was off. Had to try several times. All the furniture in lobby, dining, rooms, gym, etc... looked and felt as if they were brand new. Hotel was very clean to include the parking lot. The hotel store was small with snacks and some toiletry item. The price was kind of expensive and you had to buy a minimum of $5 to put it on your bill. Elevators worked but need a good inspection of all the motor and moving parts. Doors kind of hesitated to open. Breakfast was fine and coffee was not watered down. HVAC in room worked well and wasn't to noisy. Room came with iron board and an iron. Complimentary mini soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, and lotion. Each did the job well. Gym was easy to use and had several weight machines to do a full body workout. My two GPSs could not find the hotel easily. Highly recommend this hotel for its budget friendly price with excellent service.

The hotel, room & parking lot was awesome. The only thing that bothered me was the hallwaybon the 2nd floor. It looked like the housekeeping crew didn't bother vacuum the hallway

This property is on a 1-way street. We had to change rooms because the toilet was running. The staff was friendly and found a room promptly. The new room was almost clean but the walls need washing as there was blood or dirt splattered on the walls. There are dogs in the area that bark early morning. The Reserve was not open one night then didn’t have food the next night. Breakfast was ok.

The bolt lock on our room (207) did no work. The fruit juice containers did not work, Front desk did respond to door lock but could not move us due to full house. The front desk staff were very friendly, kind, and sociable.

Great staff and hospitality. Must do more to ensure that Breakfast is available to all who stay during the hours posted on the wall. Everyone who pays the asking price should have access to all breakfast offerings. Not options leftover from early clients. Otherwise adjust the rates to reflect reduced amenities for those who aren't given a chance to enjoy them

Hotel is fine, adequate. But breakfast was lacking. If looking for a hotel that serves breakfast, this one does technically, but I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Room 211. There was a hole in the bottom of the bathtub. About the diameter of your little finger. The tissue box had 3 tissues left and was not replaced the next day. It was empty by then. The GCFI outlet was broken. The reset button was gone. As every where else, no guide for TV. HVAC was noisy. Breakfast was usual fare, but good.

I had a horrible experience at Wyndham, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. When I checked in, I simply placed my bags inside the room, and the mirror on the entry wall suddenly fell off. It wasn’t even properly secured—it just fell on its own! Thankfully, no one was hurt, but instead of taking responsibility for their poor maintenance, the manager blamed me and insisted I pay $150 for damages. This is completely unacceptable. I didn't even touch the mirror, yet they refused to listen to my side of the story. The staff was rude, dismissive, and utterly unprofessional. The way they handled the situation was beyond disappointing. If you’re considering staying here, save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Stay far away from Wyndham at this site.

My sister and I was going to a gospel concert so we needed somewhere to stay so we didn't have Drive on New Year's Eve. The state was very nice from the beginning to the end from being greeted at the door working with our situation on the deposit. The room was clean. It was very quiet. Breakfast was OK. We had a wonderful time.
