This hotel is DISGUSTING. completely run down and filthy. The doors going into the building on the side were broken, therefore completed unlocked and anyone could have gotten in. It was so gross and if I could give 0 stars I would. The lady at the front desk was nice and that’s the only good thing I have to say.

Throughout my stay, the staff was not very helpful, and there were several occasions when no staff members could be found when assistance was required. Additionally, the restroom in my room was not as clean as expected and appeared to need more thorough attention from housekeeping. Overall, the lack of customer service, missing basic amenities, and cleanliness concerns made for a less-than-satisfactory experience.

The tv did not work so we had to watch a game on our phones and pay for it. The towels smelled and there was parts of the ceiling in the room coming off. The continental breakfast was not so great either. All the fruit was not ready to eat and it was more limited than usual.

I stayed at this hotel and woke up in the middle of the night itching like crazy. I turned on the light and saw that there were red bumps on my arms and shoulders. I checked around the bed and found a bed bug. I couldn't sleep for the rest of the night because of itching and fear that more bugs would get on me. I put one of the bed bugs in a cup and showed it to the desk manager the next morning - she offered me a 10% discount, which I thought was ridiculous. Don't stay at this place.

As soon as we walked into the lobby, there was an overwhelming smell of Fabuloso or another strong cleaner that seemed like it was being used to cover up an unpleasant odor. The front desk employee was not welcoming or helpful during check-in and made little effort to answer questions or provide assistance. The room itself was okay, but it looked nothing like the photos advertised online. We were only provided a towel, and the window shade would not close all the way, leaving very little privacy. The biggest issue, however, was the noise. The guests in the room next to us were laughing loudly, talking, and playing music from around 2:00 a.m. until we left at 6:30 a.m. We got almost no sleep. When I checked out, I informed the same front desk employee about the disturbance. Instead of showing concern or apologizing, he simply responded with an “okay,” smirked, and laughed. When I mentioned that I had been unable to sleep all night, he said he would check on them, even though we were already leaving. His response felt dismissive and unprofessional. Our bathroom had mold! Whole bathroom just was filthy, we were very close to just leaving and saying screw it keep driving but we needed to rest & since it was just going to sleep we decided to suck it up & just not shower, and we immediately left that next morning. Our key also kept deactivating every time we left the room, it was a major inconvenience having to keep going to the front desk asking for a new key. We won’t be staying here again. La Quintas really have gone down hill, we haven’t had great experiences lately.

Roaches everywhere. Got charged $15 for an early check in just to wait about 30 min for front desk to Fix a printer problem.

The hotel was old and there is no access to an elevator without having to go behind the building and around through the outside to get to the elevator. When you're in the elevator it bangs and shakes and feels very unsafe. When we got to the second floor, there was caution tape all over the stairs and the balconies. The hotel is just really old.

Clean on the inside. But from the looks of outside, it is horrible. Needs remodel. The toilet in my room would not flush. I had to take the top off the lid to make it flush. And then at 7:30 in the morning, a dog started barking loud waking everybody up.

NOTHING AT ALL.....it was the worst hotel stay I've ever had!!!!!! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN, WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!!! Disliked · Waited 20 minutes at the front / check-in desk before we saw ANY hotel staff. We had 2 rooms, In the 1st room(329)...Our bathtub had sand in it, and it was missing the tub stopper, the towels were folded like they were fresh, but they were wet and one of them had fresh blood on it, the bath-mat floor towel had grease on it and it took almost 3 hours to get clean towels. The duvet cover had dirt stains on it. In the 2nd room (328) the refrigerator was not working and smelled like mildew. We checked in late Saturday evening the elevator worked then....but when we woke up Sunday morning the elevator was broken and was inoperable. Asked when it would be fixed and was told , "I don't know, maybe Monday. I said we have a wedding to go to this evening and my 82 year old mother will have to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs?, I have 2 ruptured discs in my back, having to take the stairs was so painful. The Front desk clerk's response was "Oh well, nothing I can do about it." Carrying luggage for 3 people down 3 flights of stairs was miserable, broke a wheel off of one of my suitcases. Breakfast was disgusting.

Beds had stains and the bathroom were stain and not very clean for paying over $200 a night! Wish I would have looked for another place.

Unfortunately, I was unable to get a good night’s rest due to the condition of the room. One of the beds was not properly cleaned, as there was visible hair on the pillow along with dirty sheets and a comforter. This made the bed unusable. I contacted the front desk to request that someone come clean the room, but I was informed that no housekeeping staff were available after a certain time. I was given more linen for me to change the bedding. Additionally, I was told that there was no manager or supervisor available to address the issue both that evening and again the following morning. Given that I paid for a room with two beds but was only able to use one due to the lack of cleanliness, I am requesting a refund for half of my stay. Please see the attached pictures. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response.

Access to the highway. Seems to need repairs, stairwells were closed on the back side of the building and appeared to have been that way for some time.

The presentation lobby, breakfast dining, pool, outdoor area was excellent. The rooms need a lot more work. Our sheets and covers were stained. The sofa set was also stained with white substance. It doesn’t even look like they bothered cleaning it. The tub knob looked like it was going to come off soon.

Rained and hallways floor were wet and slick. Staff were young and clueless. Maintenance staff did not speak English. Would not return. When I asked about charges was told, Sorry you booked through Expedia, not our problem.

Bed was comfortable along with the couch available and the space in the room. The bathroom lighting was not very good, nor was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The temperature of the room was warm and there was no breakfast due to a sign saying "groceries did not come in". Reason we booked was to save time having to go for breakfast in the first place so this was disappointing. Not really happy with all these little things.

My room was not cleaned well. There was a lot of hair in the shower, the bed sheets had a big huge yellow stain (looked like pee), there was a crack in the window which didn’t allow the room to cool well, and it just didn’t feel comfortable whatsoever. I won’t book again sorry. And plus there was police outside arresting someone not once but twice.

The breakfast area was sticky and breakfast staff was rude. it felt like there was no ac in the lobby or breakfast room or elevators/hallways. Hallways and elevators smelled bad. Their rollaway bed was completely soiled and unsanitary, unable to use. Their 3rd floor door was broken and remained propped open , posing a security risk for all guests especially if you have kids, ice machines non functional, the halls and rooms smelled. Their was dust and what looked like mold in our AC unit, our tv wasnt working .

Vey disappointed of this hotel , do not waste your time and money here . Dirty room, sinking beds , half of the lights in the room didn't work , lady in front desk has like no customer service skills, very rude . When I was explaining to her the room condition and that I was not staying the second night she literally did not care and her phrase was we don't need your money Sir. Supervisor at the front desk needs better customer service skills especially if your a Supervisor you need to lead as an example. You want customers to book and come back with bad service and everything breaking.

There was a pair of used panties left hung up behind the bathroom door. I dog was allowed to roam the hallway without a leash. Hair was left on the floor of my room. The breakfast was not good. The fruit was brown. The waffle mix tasted old.

Honestly, I don’t see myself returning to this location. They are understaffed thus leaving the rooms and amenities dirty and rundown. The check-in process was no better. We got there at 3:15pm to check in and there was a line of people waiting for their rooms. When I was finally done checking in, the supervisor told us that the room was not ready and told us to come back later. There was no apology or anything, just told us to return at a later time. We were not able to go into the room until 6:00pm. When we finally got there, we noticed that the halls were musty and our toilet was not properly cleaned. I don’t blame the cleaning staff, as they only had one person cleaning the entire hotel. The rest of the staff was kind and the lobby area is spacious, however, they need to hire more people.

First, the room was not clean when we arrived. The floors looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed, and there were stains on the bedding that made us question whether the sheets had even been changed. The bathroom was also in poor condition, with hair left in the shower and a lingering unpleasant smell. The noise level was another major issue. We could hear everything happening outside and even conversations from neighboring rooms late into the night, making it nearly impossible to get any decent sleep. Breakfast was also extremely disappointing. The options were basically nonexistent — there was cereal and literally just eggs. That was it. And it was just 6:30am. For a hotel that advertises breakfast, I expected at least a few more basic options instead of such a minimal and underwhelming selection. On top of that, the staff seemed uninterested in helping when we brought up our concerns. Instead of offering solutions, they acted like our complaints were an inconvenience. Customer service should be a priority in hospitality, but that was clearly not the case here. Overall, this stay was frustrating and far from relaxing. Between the lack of cleanliness, constant noise, poor service, broken elevator, dirty pool and the very limited breakfast, I would not choose to stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Our room was not ready when we arrived, so we were unable to freshen up before our event. The lobby restroom had a strong sewage odor, and getting to the elevator required walking outside along a muddy path. The shower water was only lukewarm, and the shower head was very small. Overall, not the experience we expected.

I wasn’t too please with this property - I was in from out of town for my son’s sports event and the area seemed nice all but this location. They double charged me, for my room - which I should get refunded due to the poor service this place had. There was no extra toilet paper stocked in the room. The towels smelled so bad, I didn’t want to use them. The tv in our room wasn’t set up we had to call them to come fix it. We used the back entrance the whole time staying here which we passed by a large garbage bin each day just to get to our car. There were two broken down vehicles on the property and glass on the ground indicating that either someone’s car got broken into or something happen. None the less it doesn’t excuse the poorly hospitality this place offers. I will never stay at this place again. My kids even felt unsafe.

No laundry, no ice on any of the machines accoding ro front desk. We found one working on 2nd floor. We were there for a soccer tournament and we were gathering around the breakfast area and they wanted us to go to our rooms. We were not being noisy just talking. Tvs not working and roaches in our room. Not staying in there ever again.

I asked to put us on the same floor not knowing, we'd have to walk to a completely different building to get to the other room. I got to ny room after a 16 hour sift and was extremely tired. It was freezing outside and I had to switch rooms 3 times due to defective heaters. Then they tell me to get lost as i requested they adjust my bill for the inconvenience. Extremely disapointed at Laquinta!

Bathroom was dirty and stained, the whole room smelled like dead fish at a lake, the bedding was stained as well as the towels, the ceiling was falling apart, one pillow had a dried booger on it, and the bed itself creaked every move you made. You get what you pay for. Cleaner when we left than when we got there.

Felt the hotel was outdated and that a lot of things were not taken car of. Due to storm there was a lot of water in entry ways which made the hallways smell of stagnant water. Breakfast was alright as the eggs seemed a little cold at times and they had to be reheated.

This hotel was horrible. I wish I'd taken pictures but the stairs outside are totally rusted out. They look scary. The tub in my room was so gross I didn't even want to shower. The floors were filthy my feet were black by the end of the night from being barefoot in the room. Our AC leaked water the whole entire night onto the floors which were laminate and bowing. Not to mention all the weirdos hanging around outside.. Id never expect this out of a Laquinta but I'll never stay at this place again. While the staff were friendly, the hotel itself is in disrepair. The exterior door to our hallway did not close fully and was not locked/secured from outsiders. Our room had stained sheets on the bed, melted chocolate (hopefully on the floor), no working phone. Our shower did not function at all - water came out of the tub tap at the rate of a sink and then wouldn’t turn off, so the water in the tub ran all night, because when I called the front desk, they said there were no other rooms and no one from mantenance was onsite. While the staff were friendly, the hotel itself is in disrepair. The exterior door to our hallway did not close fully and was not locked/secured from outsiders. Our room had stained sheets on the bed, melted chocolate (hopefully on the floor), no working phone. Our shower did not function at all - water came out of the tub tap at the rate of a sink and then wouldn’t turn off, so the water in the tub ran all night, because when I called the front desk, they said there were no other rooms and no one from mantenance was onsite. It started off great and then our room didn’t have a working shower so the front desk said they’d comp us a portion of our stay and move us to a new room. Then in the new room the bathtub was dirty and the remote wasn’t working. The front desk had us reach out to Expedia about the comp but Expedia says they reached out and the hotel claims otherwise?

The front desk person not welcomed and never explain you where the room at, hour for breakfast and time for check out. She didnt talk just to ask for the Id. And is no smoking hotel but all the first floor smell.

I traveled with Pets, i had to switch 1st room because toilet didnt work. 2nd room was ok. But i had constant issues with cards not working to open door. But the room was good, Hotel was quiet, i personnaly wouldnt stay again but its an affordable convenient option.

Mold in the bathroom. Beds need to be replaced. Our bed made a noise every time you got up. The sheets were stained. Breakfast tasted old and drinks watered down. We went next door to IHOP. Outside dirty the photos online are deceiving. We wiped down our own room asked for another all full. Positive the air works good.

Stayed here a few times. There are always broken things. Alarm clocks, door handles, shower controls…. It’s not that bad, there is just always something broken or missing. Staff is nice. The back building of the hotel is the busted old rooms that they sell last. Mist rooms have major issues. As long as you are up front it’s a decent value. The back part makes you feel like you are in a cheap rundown motel.

They need at least one more cart and they need a process of keeping track of it. Simply make note of which guest is using it and what room #. If they don’t bring it back, call them or go get it. Such a simple solution. 3. There were large carpet drying fans running in front of my room because of various ceiling leaks when it rains. I had to walk around them just to access my room. 4. The shower is terrible. The only positive thing I can say is that the water pressure was great. Once you activate it, the shower curtain sucks inward and sticks to you (and I know they never clean these). It’s so bad that you have to hold it back with one hand while trying to soap up with the other. Then when you’re done, you’re standing in above ankle deep water because it doesn’t drain properly. There’s more but not enough characters allowed. 5. The breakfast was TERRIBLE!

No staff at desk. No directions to find room that was outside and across the lot. (215) Front desk was clueless. Room floor had leaves all over. Door lock was ripped off. Bathroom floor was squishy because the shower leaked REALLY bad. The flooring was all popped up around the tub. Hair all over the shower. The soap bottles were EMPTY. Bathroom door handle fell off. Fast food wrappers between the furniture. Staff was lost and room was disgusting. The breakfast was all empty and what was left was cold. Staff was sitting on their phones eating off the breakfast line. This hotel was a total joke and I will definitely not be back at all. It deserves no stars.

Dirty. Tv and phone both not working. Internet is wide open network. Breakfast poor quality and sometimes not restocked if run out of. Lost room key and no id verification to get new key card.

I stayed at this property for four days and on the last day room service knocked on the door and before I could get up to put clothes on and answer the door she just unlocked my door with her own key while I wasn’t clothed in the room I would never recommend this hotel nor ever stay there again, I feel completely and utterly violated and something should be done about it !!!!

No pool and no drinking water in room

Be nice to have some flour tortillas and cheese at the breakfast table to make a breakfast taco with the scrambled eggs. Several guests have mentioned that. We have stayed here many times. Very clean and comfortable.

I would give 0 star if it was possible and I will not come to this place ever again. First we reserve the room based on the description saying it has sofa bed, but we told by the receptionist they can’t do anything about that but to talk with Expedia. The room and bed sheet was dirty and we wakes up with the bugs all over the beds at 2:00AM

I loved the big bath tub. Everything was old and noisy. Smelled very bad. The elavator was very dirty and seems to struggle to work.

Front desk: The young man working appeared unprepared to manage the property, especially considering the high volume of guests due to several Little League baseball teams staying there. Children were running up and down the stairwells and playing in the elevators throughout both days and nights. This was not just disruptive, it also created a serious accessibility issue: my mother is disabled and cannot use stairs, yet we were unable to use the elevator because it was constantly being misused by unsupervised children. The situation in the stairwells was not only loud but dangerous. On one occasion, a ball was thrown from the top level of the stairwell and nearly hit me in the head. Despite reporting the ongoing chaos to the front desk several times, nothing was done to stop it. The children were even playing in the fitness room on the equipment, making it impossible to work out safely. There was no enforcement of quiet hours at night. Both nights, we were kept awake by loud yelling and running in the hallways. The noise disturbed not only me, but also my mother and two children, making for a sleepless and frustrating stay. I have more to write, but I am out of characters so I will continue my review on Google

The bathtub was very large, perfect for a soak after a long do. The room was clean. This property is next to a IHOP and gas station.

On the whole everything was good to excellent with one exception… The breakfast left a lot to be desired… service, attentiveness, experience, all very good… Staff, friendly, and helpful…

The staff was more concerend with being on their phones then helping. One front desk person even had their foot on the counter in front of the computer. Overall this hotel is "ok". I probably will not stay here again and just pay more to stay at a nicer hotel.

My daughter and I had 2 separate rooms, neither room had a working tv the 3 days we were there and maintenance never came. They did ask if we wanted to switch rooms, but we said no it’s ok since we were leaving the next day. Neither room had properly working air, in my room I saw 2 roaches the next day! I was in total disbelief because we stay there 2 nights two weeks prior. I won’t stay again, if they had a bug category I would rate it a zero

The property is nice and the staff are welcoming. My room did have a slight odor to it but once the a/c was run, it went away.

Decent place for the amount. Our room had wooden floors that were not clean and sticky. Our floor had many loud visitors. The back door to the back parking lot didn’t even close nor did you need your room key to get into. This was only a concern because our room wasn’t far from this unsafe door.

Everything was good and cleaned, just maybe need a better maintenance for the amenities like gym area and take out the unused or damaged equipment, like ice machine and/or refrigerator.

The floor was so dirty. The shower door wouldn't stay closed. People were smoking in the nonsmoker side where we were. The breakfast was ok .

Room was dark near an elevator, pool and rear window on patio. Several lights out outlets didn't work could not do my job,, left a day early because of poor environment

6:30 PM - When I walked in to Check-in someone was behind the desk. This person was on a call and had it on speaker phone. I was not greeted at all. I handed her my ID, (as she continued her call) she took my ID, and then found my reservation then handed me 2 room keys. She never said a word to me. I didn't catch a name but I believe she me have been Indian.

AC wouldn’t work our keys to the room wouldn’t open. I had to go to the front desk to get new ones all the time bad customer service and review and.

The location is awesome..very easy access everywhere

top floor, corridor had a nasty 'damp' smell and feel. my room had the AC unit in pieces, and smelled of damp. Given a new room straight away, still had a damp smell. Elevator went down on day 1- after we moved trade show boxes upstairs, took 24 hrs to fix so that was 1 trip down 3 flights of stairs, and then back up at end of day.... Satff were pretty good, but be aware that they don't have AC turned on in the corridors so its humid, like a swamp. Wont be back to this one.

It looks like they are still in the process of remodeling. Room was okay. Sheets were not super soft. Carpet in hall is horrible, and the elevator is outside in the back of the hotel. The locks on the back doors to go into the hotel did not work. You don’t need your key card to get in. Looks like someone pryed them open. Breakfast was okay. I would not stay here again. Good thing my husband was with me or I wouldn’t have stayed. Kinda sketchy!

The property was great and staff was friendly and accommodating. The smoke alarm in our first room started beeping because of a low battery. Because maintenance was gone by that time, they moved us to a different room that was comparable but not the same room type I had reserved. Otherwise, everything else went well with our stay.

My room was never cleaned

Had two reservations. While one room was good the other was not. Missing a counter top for the coffee bar so no coffee machine. Room was not cleaned the second night. Had to go by the front desk the next day to request a cleaning.

Upon arrival after traveling half the day the lady at the front desk couldn’t seem to find my information. After showing her my confirmation she said no sorry, I don’t see anything, then asked for my drivers license and finally found it. The door to our hall didn’t lock which left me feeling uneasy. Room was decent but nothing to write home about. Our last night people were yelling and screaming down the halls and outside. Woke up to leave this morning, trash and leftover food were sitting outside the hall. Would not recommend needs a major overhaul.

We went out for breakfast, returned to the room at 5 minutes to 10:00, to find the cleaners in our room with our Do Not Disturb sign hanging. Had taken all of our items out on their cart. Went to the front desk to complain and met the rudest front desk worker that I have ever seen! Check out time is at 11:00...She treated us like we did something wrong 😡

I did not like when I got there pool was closed and they didn't have advertised that online. Then they had a metal band sticking out of the walk way that I didn't see and tripped and fell. Went to the front desk and told the ladies at the desk and they didn't even asked if I needed in your assistance or anything. And then I asked for the manager and they said he wasn't going to be until after 10:00 (which it was 9)he was probably there but didn't want to answer to my incident then I emailed them and I still haven't got a response to see if I'm okay or not. The ice listening without order and had to change rooms because the TV didn't work.

Checked out 10 minutes after checking in! The beds were fully of dirt/dust, there was a flee in the bath tub and over all just very dirty

Outside doors didn’t lock. Anyone could walk in from outside. Original room wouldn’t open. Moved rooms, not clean and used soap was put back into the box for us to use. No towels. When asked for more, they didn’t have any so we had no choice but to dry off with hand towels.

The customer service is lacking arrived at the property and was informed that the water was off with not time period of when it would be back on, This is after contacting the hotel to inquire about booking and there was no information given about a possible water outage

Proximity to I-35 gives an increase in traffic noise around 6am....probably quieter rooms further from the interstate

The room's cleanliness was subpar, with dust, dirt, trash, and mold present. Additionally, the TV was not operational and the coffee maker had mold growth.

My stay was good thanks to Andrea. But cleaning staff dropped the ball and left this picture frame broken as is in my room the whole time.

Priced well for what it is . Mattress was not as comfortable. The rooms flooring was coming up. Breakfast was average . Eggs and sausage , bagels , waffle and yogurt , cereal , milk , on and apple juice .
