Shuttle to Mayo was good but needs to be more on time. It was quiet in the hallways also that was a plus. The breakfast was terrible. Juice machine out of order, you could have set out pitchers of juice. Waffle iron needs replaced, sticks even after spraying it. Beds not comfortable, Marriott needs to go above and beyond on their beds.

Nice size rooms. Get one with an even number to decrease highway noise. Breakfast was decent. I thought the motel rooms and public areas were very clean. Assistance pertaining to local area was on the mark. With all the construction at medical centers, going one block south out of the parking lot to Second "Street" is a direct method to get downtown clinics!

Helpful staff and above average free breakfast. The highway noise was loud and continued all night. The entrance/exit was a bit confusing, especially in the dark.

Check in clerk was extremely patient and helpful for this forgetful senior citizen who forgot the WiFi password and where he left his room key/card (and replaced it).

The pool was much smaller than anticipated, but I didn't really inspect the photos either, maybe five or six kids could play nicely. The staff was amazing and efficient! The food was okay, hotel breakfast is always hit or miss and we knew that, we still filled up and appreciated the offerings! After checking out, the staff actually called me when they found my glasses in our room, I appreciated that as we were still in Rochester and could return for them! I would stay here again.

The room was nice. The pool was small but good if you have a little one. The breakfast was good too. The staff was very nice and friendly.

This motel was great - the rooms were spacious, staff was friendly and helpful, transportation to/from Mayo Clinic was helpful, breakfast offered variety and was hot and ready when advertised. Housekeepers do a great job, offering service every day (which is unusual in this day and age!) We would stay here again! Elevator maintenence?? It was squeaky and bumpy going up to our floor - I wondered if we would make it. Price was a little higher than what we paid at other hotels on our trip to Minnesota. TV didn't work, but maintenence fixed it in a timely manner.
