I booked for 5,my daughter had surgery at ST.Marys hospital.Doctors said 5 to 7 days.She had surgery on the 9th her husband was there until Wednesday and I came down on Thursday again they said 5 days at that point so I booked 5 days and she was released on Friday and I still had to pay for the entire 5 days.That’s ridiculous

Everyone was very nice. The facilities were very clean and updated. We did have a bathroom exhaust fan that did not work, but reported it when checking out. See above.

I booked the hotel five hours before I check in the hotel and finally reach the Holiday Inn by 1 AM in the midnight and the staff is saying that they don’t have any more rooms left. They did not even mail me or contact me saying that the rooms are not available since they can see my booking information there. It was very terrible and ridiculous. Staff was not even caring. There was like we can’t do anything. They were very rude. we don’t have any more rooms left. I don’t even know where to go in the midnight.

Location and cleaning accommodation We did a reservation with Booking . When we get there around 1.45 am the computers were down . The night staff did not know how to handle the issue . We wait an extra 90 minutes until we get to the room . No keys to go was the master key/night person that open the door to go in . In the morning when we get to the front desk anyone knew what happen the previous night . No apologies no sorries . Very disappointed with the management of this hotel .

There was not alot of parking space/options. We had a king bed with pull out couch, property notes they have available bedding, but we were told they were overbooked and there was no extra pillows available.
