When we arrived there was construction in front of the hotel which we were not aware of, literally found the parking lot by accident. When I realized I made an error in my reservation, the front desk attendant was able to fix it. The building and rooms are old, but they were clean. We made due and it was an overall good experience. Bonus it is directly across from Mayo St Mary Hospital Campus, great for those with family members that are being treated.

Very convenient to go the hospital, the construction in Rochester leaves something to be desired! Getting around town was a challenge, thank God for the shuttles! I am sure once it is complete it will be fine but for now it sucks!!

We went to the desk and nobody was there. We called the number and the man answered by saying he was at the desk. We said no and he said he would be right there. 10 minutes later he showed up. No apology or how are you doing. It was rude. One wall of our room was all glass facing east. Prepare to be awake at dawn. The breakfast is continental. There was no waffle mix to make a waffle and nobody had seen the worker to ask for more mix. We should have looked behind the building. There were 5 workers there smoking. This building looks like a medical office building turned into a hotel. They have attached it to a real hotel with an actual working staff. It is a mess.

Social hour at 6pm cookies coffee and tea to enjoy. Next to the hotel Canadian Honker restaurant really good food.

Great location for my stay as my husband was a patient at Mayo St Mary’s Campus. Free parking and being able to check out a day early were appreciated. Breakfast was very basic and decor very tired (new carpeting would be an improvement).

Nice hotel. Super nice being right across from the hospital and a great nightly rate. Our big complaint was that we cranked the temperature down to 63 in the room trying to get it to cool off and the room got warmer. Peaked at 75 on the thermostat but both of us adults in our thirties were sweating the entire time we were in the room.

Located within walking distance of the Mayo Clinic. Typical continental breakfast. It is not a fancy hotel but well maintained and close proximity to all you need.

I have lots of allergies but they didn't bother me whule staying here.This is the first time in a long time The breakfast could have more protein choices. It only had hard boiled eggs.

Great place to stay while going to my appointments. The shuttle bus was fabulous. Made it easy to go to the Mayo clinic appointments and back for the appointments at St. Mary's campus. The rooms are clean and very quiet. Love the breakfast in the morning and cookies in early evening.

Clean room and bathroom. Perfect climate control in room. Great on-site free parking. Simple good free breakfast. Nice place to relax and refresh. Very close to a great restaurant. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner or a cocktail.
