Loved complimentary Breakfast Staff is wonderful very caring and helpful you can eat as much or little very diverse from cereal to eggs waffles bagels yogurt oatmeal toast juices milk juice and coffee . Walking distance to restaurants . Hate $20. Parking fee per day ,

It’s right across the street from Mayo/St Mary’s hospital and there are shuttles to Mayo Clinic about every hour.

Location from the hospital was a plus. The room was excellent. Breakfast was great. It was quiet the night I stayedl The parking was a bit confusing as well as the fact there was construction. I didn't get a receipt, which was odd, however I didn't stop at the desk when I left.

My room was large and clean. It had a living area, as well as a cooking area with cooktop, microwave, full sized fridge (which I needed on this trip) and dishwasher. The bathroom space was broken up into the sink/closet area and then the "WC" (water closet) where the toilet and shower were. In other words, if you're with someone else and they're in the shower, you might have to wait to pee. The front desk staff were about 50/50 in terms of their knowledge and interest in their work. There's a little "market" area where you can get snacks, but it's not self serve, so if the front desk is busy it may take a while to check out your items.

It is really close to the Mayo Clinic. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly. And the price was reasonable.

The shower water was not very hot at all at night or in the morning and there were no hand sanitizer dispensers by the food bar.

It was clean and nice They gave us a handicap room where there was no box spring on the bed. The mattress was caved in and I spent some of the night on the couch. The shower head made the pressure of the water very weak.

I fell in their shower because floor is very slick. No bath mats. It wasn’t very clean and there was soap scum on the floor. I reported it and no apologies and they didn’t deliver a bath mat. I got a concussion
