Location is great! Rooms were clean, comfortable, fair size. Breakfast is good, nothing exceptional but nice. Wi-Fi is excellent. The only issue we had was that it was basically impossible to communicate via Booking for a change in the dates of our stay. They simply didn't answer the questions I was asking, and when I called they said they had no access to the Booking reservation (?). But in the end they could accommodate our needs.

No chair. When stayed Ibis in Barra Tujurca they have a chair, while posto 2 I am standing doing my paper work rm # 855

Location Food staff were rude and will not accommodate guest request such as early breakfast (where this was requested in the previous night) and head food dept. would not allow guest to get cold water. Staff should learn how to speak and understand English since most of their clients are English speakers. Price per room does not meet my expectations.

The water in shower was sometimes too hot. And wifi didn t always work.

Good location, great and friendly service. The breakfast was also good as well as the availability of an ATM in the hotel lobby. The big generators were on for the duratio of our stay and it was difficult to rest at night - if on the side of the road - due to the noise from the generators.

Near the beach Dirty room, toilet smelt of urine (public toilet smell), very basic amenities, human nails on floor, dirty tissues under the bed. Very old curtain. Staff were indifferent

This is a reasonably priced and well located hotel close to Copacabana Beach with courteous and helpful staff. My room was comfortable with a mini fridge, efficient air conditioning and excellent shower. The wifi reception was good and the TV had many channels. The optional breakfast buffet seemed to be good value. I would definitely stay here again when in the Copacabana district of Rio.
