Location very convenient to the Copacabana The elevator situation took too long for me

Not worth the price

It a cozi place near copacabana 150 m walk have many restaurants near it good location , and the staff were amazing A little bit old the cover is like old need some renovation

Staff is AMAZING. Those heroes try so hard. I felt welcome, safe and it is obvious that they work under extreme pressure and constraints. I am grateful to Roge - Reception, Breakfast staff, Housekeeping (changing my bed sheets numerous times because I count not stand the body odor smell on every piece of bedding!) Location and staff. Undoubtedly.

Good breakfast and location The mattress in the room was really very bad, and we had the impression that anyone could come and go from the hotel. It didn’t seem like they had any security control.

Friendly staff..delicious breakfast. Great location. Great baggage storage. Good internet. The sheets were old and very thin. The bathroom had mold, and the pipes behind the toilet were rusty. The cleaners didn't clean the room well...we still found hair on the floor. The AC was wack. The place just felt dirty. The pipe kept draining

They gave out room keys to someone who wasn't staying there and then whence i called security it took an hour not safe.

It is old and really expensive for what it is

The pictures that are on the website are not matching the actual place. The place smells very bad even that I got the premium room. It’s super old and I’m not recommending it for anybody. They’re very hungry for money and they’re gonna charge you for anything you do there the gym doesn’t have air-conditioning and also the water on top is not clean for swimming stay away from this hotel and the breakfast in the morning, it’s not bad but it’s not something you should pay $100 a day for it in Rio. Spacious room Rude staff, no AC the Tv wasn’t working properly, the room was very dirty!!

Location was good. Room was good. Breakfast is going to make people to return to the hotel for sure. The staff is friendly and accommodating — I give everyone A+ Since we had booked it at Book.com and it was promised a taxi to and from the airport Santos Dumont but that didn’t happen, I was a little disappointed, but it was not a problem when we easily found an UBER.

We loved the hotel’s rooftop pool, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was good.

Perfect location and friendly staff! Amazing breakfast! Room was in the corner, extremely small and view was of brick wall. Facilities need to be updated.

I have stayed at this hotel before about five years ago. It needs some remodeling, but with that they will probably raise their price. I arrived about five hours early and they charged me almost as much for one day. I didn’t think that was right. I stayed three additional. The elevators are slow and it’s very crowded

The pool was nice The shower was not strong.
