Reception area is good and neat, location is good, facilities are decent, breakfasts are great Rooms seem too old, on our first day we wanted to have a drink on the top floor but the guy at the bar was closing it even though we still had like 15 minutes left; sound insulation between rooms is practically non-existent, we could head everything what was going on in the next room

Breakfast is good, but everyday is the same. Plastic cups for coffee and the hotel surroundings, the pool area didn’t match the photos.

The bed was good I had a disappointing experience with the staff during my visit. They displayed a lack of respect in their interactions, which made the situation uncomfortable. Additionally, it was evident that they were not well-trained or familiar with how the system operates, which caused unnecessary delays and confusion. To make matters worse, I sustained an injury during my visit, and the staff showed no concern or initiative to assist me, which was both frustrating and disheartening. I strongly recommend improving staff training in customer service, system knowledge, and handling emergencies to ensure a better experience for future customers.

Location has very good access to Copacabana beach & restaurants. Good distance from pharmacies, markets, malls & fast food. Street is too busy. Sidewalks were narrow.

This is a true value-for-money gem in this area. We were shedding triple $ for a hotel 1.1 km away for smaller room, dingier setting, crappier food. We moved to this one and I just wish we knew about it before landing in Rio... Clean nice rooms, professionallly dressed staff, courteous employees .... from the bell boy, to the reception and cleaning crew. Worth it.... I liked the way the staff is attired and how they treat customers. The check in process was a breeze. Location is a tad problematic parking-wise...

Good location, central to Copacabana. Easy walking distance to the beach. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The room needs an upgrade with tea and coffee making facilities. This is standard in most hotels now. The room was cleaned daily but did not replenish shower soaps.

Room wasn't cleaned everyday unless you asked. We messaged ahead to ask for an early check in and asked upon arrival, but we're told no rooms available even though about 30 people checked out as we arrived. Reception staff not very friendly or helpful. Pool is a lot smaller than it looks in the picture.
