Rooms and beds are too old

The hotel also had a heavy and unpleasant atmosphere.

Staff and breakfast both of excellent qualities every way. Limitation of the bedroom, it's just beds nothing else, nowadays that's not nearly enough and for the price being charged it's even worse.

Awful staff. Have just been charged for $530 BRL from my debit card after check out and I have absolutely no idea what for !! I want a full refund

Location, walking distance to Copacabana and mall Rio Sul, walking distance to super market You can feel sand in the floor since we arrive, the bath was also with sand, I requested a broom to clean the place, but was in so bad state that you cannot clean well, also I put all sand in a corner of the room the 3 days we stay there and during the cleaning times never picked up the dirty and the sand from the floor. WIFI signal and connection is so poor, and breakfast is the same every day. We decide if thats the kind of cleanning in rooms avoid to usage of the pool

Location, installations, breakfast diversified, restful rooms. Nice pool area. Very satisfying. I have to stay a few more times at the same hotel to notice some kind of imperfection or mistake that is worth being mentioned here. So far so good. No complaints whatsoever.

Nothing to like about this place… I made reservation for 5 days and could only stay there for 1 night … it is pretty sad that booking offers hotel like this. A full refund was denied by the property. Place is dirty, outlets don’t work, tub don’t work, couldn’t even step in the disgusting carpet. Very inconvenient experience I had to go thru with my elderly and handicap parents.

the location and the staff was excellent and very friendly rooms are very dirty and mold and not well taken care of hotel and and alot of stuff broken and disgusting could use a better cleaning and maintence very disapointed.

We didn’t get cleaning on the 3 days we were there. Some of the stuff was very friendly and helpful and some were not. The breakfast was mid. The elevators need maintenance they make weird sounds.

Good location, rooftop pool Overprized!! Old smelly room

Good location. Room wasn’t clean and mouldy. Lifts were barely working and took ages. Items got stolen from room after cleaning. Tried to kick us out of the room on the last night by ringing at 10pm to say they had double booked the room. (We had pre paid the room).

The location is at the edge of the Copacabana neighborhood and not in its center, so it's not the closest to everything.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. From the moment I walked in, it was pure chaos. People were literally queuing in the lobby for hours just to check in because the process was so slow and disorganized. The staff? Completely unfriendly, unprofessional, and shockingly rude. Instead of helping guests, the staff were busy arguing with people—yes, full-blown fights at the front desk. Guests were frustrated and understandably upset, but instead of resolving issues, the staff made everything worse with their bad attitude and total lack of hospitality. Once I finally got a room, it was disgusting—dusty surfaces, stained bedding, and a bathroom that smelled and looked like it hadn’t been touched in days. Not a single sign of cleanliness or care. Every request, from a simple towel to basic directions, was met with eye rolls or ignored entirely. It honestly felt like the staff went out of their way to make guests feel unwelcome. If you’re thinking about booking here, don’t. Save yourself the stress, time, and money. This hotel is a complete disaster and should be avoided at all costs
