Nothing!!!! Not from Booking.com nor the hotel!! After the first confirmation i received a cancelation during my trip to Rio your app requested if I want to rebook I did that and got a new booking with confirmation from both booking.com and after contacting the hotel to state my arrival time a confirmation of said arrival Time to get to the front desk and hear that there exist no booking and that this is the fault of booking.com while both the app and the contact with the hotel was confirmed. This is the second time this is happening to me with booking.com within a two months period, I hope that I do not see a debit on my card from said hotel!!!

This hotel is my second house when I’m in Brazil, I don’t need to look for another hotel, everything is nice, the employees are very attentive, the room has good space and very clean, I have metrorail near and everything that we need for stay a month, thanks you guys for to make a difference for me and my husband. Nothing to complain

Region We specifically put the warning on door to not be disturbed, but when we were out of the room in the city the shower head was replaced. No one warned or notified us about that, and when we asked about the staff just said it was regular maintenance. Toilet seat broken. Soap support broken. Air conditioner very weak and loud. 3 days before arrival the hotel asked for partial payment saying it was needed to secure the room, not what was advertised on booking. I paid before and paid upfront on arrival and they refused to refund the prepayment, until I explained to a second staff in the second day of the stay One of the elevators was broken, it appears to be the same defect it had a year ago. The hotel seems to not have a regular maintenance.

AC is a bit old and too noisy.

Very nice showe, but you have to run the water for a long time to get hot water. Our room was large but basic looking. Staff try to help but no English. No one speaks English!! The bar was never open when we wanted it even at 7pm. No wine available from the bar.

The hotel had a good location and the price was really not that expensive for the time of the year. It had a decent breakfast for a decent price. The beds were comfortable. The installations are old, so do not expect a very good shower.

The location is perfect, close to the metro station and in a safe neighborhood, what is essential in Rio. Quiet room, enough space for your belongings. Staff very helpful, although struggling with English: AI helps. Breakfast rich and delicious. Nothing to complain.

It is in a safe neighbourhood, in terms of Rio. I found a good restaurant and library nearby. It has a good breakfast and big rooms. It's better than expected, considering the cost. It is a lovely beach for people who enjoy the sea. It has no waves and has a beautiful view of Corcovado. Cleaning could be better.
