Great location! The staff is gentle Fake marketing on booking We needed to pay more for a room we have selected and they changed the accommodation with no notice. Then they charged me with more money for Sth I have chosen previously and they did not comply

The staff is so helpful and kind. The solve problems and requirements as soon as they can. Breakfast is horrible. There’s no variety, every day is the same amount mostly of carbs

The position was very good. The bedroom was noisy; one could hear other guests in rooms as well as a lot of noise in the room from some outside vent. The window was not clear so no hire whatsoever.

Everything was fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable, the location was perfect, and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. A special mention to Hugo, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, his hospitality was exceptional! Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

The staff was really helpful and kind. The room was spacious and I was glad we had a mini fridge there. No loud noises during the night was also a plus. I think the breakfast options could be improved, not a lot of variety on what's offered day by day. But things were tasty anyways, the only thing I didn't like was the coffee, it was not good at all.

The location is good, the employees are great and polite, the breakfast is good, the bathroom and shower is great, and the parking area has a good price. The cleaning of the room was really bad. Too much dirt on the floor under the bed and furniture, and mainly the Air Conditioner was really dirty. For allergic people could be a serious problem.

The staff were friendly and easy to deal with, especially João Paulo, he is a gentleman. Many of them spoke English, which made things easy for my partner. Prior to this stay, our reservation was cancelled overnight without any notification. That was one day before our stay. Luckily enough the hotel had other availability so I was able to rebook it. Not a pleasant experience though. The cleanliness of the rooms is not great and there is no air filtration. TV available in the room is on and off all the time, and there is no consistency among the rooms, as the room my mum stayed had a great smart TV.

Is really near from the metro station, besides there are many restaurants and market around the hotel even at night.

- although gym was not located inside the hotel, it was super close and a very good gym - staff were SUPER helpful and professional, the lobby is large and spacious - breakfast was AMAZING, especially the eggs, fruits and juices - the room had a tiny bug and the AC was a bit hard to navigate but nothing major
