Elegance Praia Hotel

Excellent location in a nice neighbourhood. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is great! The room was comfortable and had a spa bath.

I arrived earlier than planned but they were able to accommodate me with a room. The on site parking was very nice as it was near the checkin desk. The location was good and a short walk to the embassy. I had requested a large double bed but instead received 3 single beds. Thebreakfast was pretty ordinary and the coffee was weak. There were no windows just a light shaft.

The hotel was extremely clean, the employees very knowledgeable é the breakfast was delicious, I hope next time we find a time to be there The location near the beach and public transportation

The location it’s great. Flamengo is a very good zone, very close to Botafogo and Copacabana. There are very good restaurants in the same street and 2 metro stations. The breakfast it’s 10/10. Some guest make noise

Very spacious room with comfy bed. Decent breakfast and cleaning lady was taking care of room everyday. It would be great if room was little renovated. No proper window inside. Bath is little old. I was struggling a little bit with WiFi. Also, my cell phone with brazilian SIM card had no service inside. Many homeless people around but I didnt feel unsafe. Hotel could be a little bit more english friendly and provide guests with piece of paper with all most important information.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was a nice highlight — good variety, well served, and available from 6 to 10am. Bathroom was also great, with good shower, toilet, and a handheld bidet, which is not always common. The location is convenient, though access can be a bit tricky due to the narrow street. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in the room barely worked and was very slow when it did. Cell signal was also weak, and there was no business center available, which made it nearly impossible to work. The mattress could be much better, and while the garage is quite tight, it’s understandable given the area.

Good breakfast. David from the front desk it's a demonstration of professionalism. I was given a room(by Flavio) on the first floor that did not match what I had booked. All night, there was a noise coming from the air conditioning, even though it was turned off. On the second night, I requested another room, and I was given one that actually matched my reservation. Due to the room change, I forgot a phone charger in the first room, and it was never found!?
