Management refused to credit and offer customer service when they were alerted of their broken shower doors. We asked for a phone call or email follow up with the manager who conveniently doesn't work on weekends and was never contacted. DO NOT BOOK HERE. This place is RAGGEDY.

Was that I encountered someone having the ability to use their hotel room card scanned into their phone that there is not a fail safe to remove the security element that they still are granted access to any of the Hilton‘s rooms at two in the morning. I have not checked out yet and I had a lady walk in to my room via her phone nonchalant. No, I don’t need to go into details of what happened because it should never have happened. furthermore I did not even receive an apology phone call from the front desk for the inconvenience and making sure that I was OK. But furthermore, she wasn’t even at the correct hotel building to begin with. Therefore, the security risk and compromised situation of anyone security to their room is completely jeopardized and the whole point of having a privately secured hotel room this goes to Internet or system at firewalls having a lack of security and protocol in place for allowing such a system to have such a failure. If you were to take that example and use it in the worst of examples that could’ve happened or been a scenario it opens up.

I didn't like having to pay to park ?. The parking lot was not crowded. I had to walk a little way to get to the building. I would not have mind if it was for valet parking. And the fan in the bathroom didn't work.

Very comfortable room and bed. Breakfast was decent. Nice outside sitting area.

The extra fees were very high. There was an extra fee for the dogs $75 and a parking was $10.

I loved the size of the room The mattress and pillows were awful. The mattress was hard and lumpy and the pillows were lumpy and very old and used

The room was a good size. It was a King suite. The bed was to soft and the pillows had no support. Room clean-up was every other day. The breakfast was average at best. Paying $10.00 a night for parking was ridiculous.
