I like the location I do not like the fact that I had a confirmation for my rooms when I get there my rooms was not available. They had to find me a room and the price was still about the same for a single bed when I supposed to had two double beds so me and my guest have to sleep in the same bed.

Nothing at all. I was asked to check the room before we accepted it. The place was not what I expected at all. Poor quality beds in the room and it seemed the place was used to provide housing for disadvantaged people. We canceled and walked out.

Convenient location Resident hotel with what appeared to be homeless or displaced residents. Hall carpets were dirty, top of refrigerator in the room dirty. Loud music and partying into the late evening. Insufficient number of towels The only positive was the front desk clerk who did his best given the circumstances. Never again!

Terrible hotel. Stayed for one night. If we hadn't been so late getting into town we would've left. Holes in the doors, no door knob on the bathroom. Entire hotel smelled awful. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Front desk clerk was obnoxious, rude, and not helpful. I arrived at 4:20 PM for 3 PM check-in. He tells me NO rooms are "close to ready" after I drove hours and needed to rest before a dinner meeting. Property is gross. Dark, dirty, and dingy. I would not have stayed here IF you paid me $200! Clerk was unprofessional and obnoxious. If I were managing this property, I'd fire him on the spot!

We found roaches on our bed. We didn't stay.

Bed hadn't been made/cleaned and room not cleaned no fresh towels and trash still in trash can (i guess bc of the water pipe bursting.) It's not a huge deal, things happen I didn't mind making my own bed and i think if the hallway had smelled better I could have gotten over it but it just felt grungy and dirty. Staff was nice and accommodating for the most part. But i would suggest investing in some new pillows the pillows alone will have me never booking again

No coffee ior extra toilet paper in the rooms. Room was damaged and visibly dirty. Bathroom door didn’t close. Blankets were very thin and there was no bedside lamp. Shampoo had clearly been used already.

One room smelled like piss and the other one was decent but smelled like old man. I think for the price I should have received a nicer room. This place needs to be updated because there was so much water damage.

The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and quick

friendly staff the room smelled, the floors were dirty, the bathtub was filthy. Not to mention there were no towels. I had to buy towels. I only got a sheet for the bed so thank goodness i brought blankets. all of the counter tops were disgusting. I bought cleaning supplies to try and feel better about the situation. i was traveling from out of state.

The night staff guy. Everything. It’s so gross. The first room I went to wasn’t even ready, not even sheets or bed made, thankfully the night guy did come switch me rooms. They don’t have staff downstairs after a certain time, thankfully he was on site and I was able to get a room. They don’t say that when booking the hotel!! The second room I went to at least had a bed set up, the room itself was still dirty. The bathroom toilet had stuff in it, the shower had hair still from the previous people. It was just so gross. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Booking.com charged me to book the hotel and then I had to pay again when I got there. Not at all the experience I was halfway hoping for.

Every room I looked at wasn’t clean mattresses looking like something they got off side of the road had blood and other stuff on them the smell of the rooms oh my lord

The property from the outside looked fine. Rooms - Burn in the comforter, weird smell to both rooms we used. Refrigerator (full size) wasn’t very cold. Drawer missing from night stand in one room. Charges you for extra towels. A room with two queen beds ( room that sleeps four) had two wash clothes and two drying towels.

Friendly staff, good location The popcorn kernels on the floor were about what I’d expect - no harm, no foul, that’s about what I expected. Finding hair and stains in the bedding, though, is too far for me; the sheets had clearly not been washed between guests. When I asked the front desk for clean bedding, they didn’t have any fitted sheets left - gave me two flat sheets to tuck in and hope for the best, along with a damp blanket. When we checked in, they gave us a room key and sent us to “check it out” because they “don’t do refunds.” It didn’t occur to us that the thing we were meant to check out was whether the bedding had been changed - that check in experience makes a lot of sense now.

The odor in my room was so bad that I had to open the window in the cold to let in fresh air. There was also public hair and urine on the toilet and pubic hair on the sheets. Almost every piece of furniture in the room was broken. The heat did not go on above a certain temperature.

Front deak seemed annoyed whenever you asked question. They seemed closed off and provided the bare minimum no genuine hospitality.

The girl named Ty that was there on day shift The room was filthy hair was still on the bathroom walls and in the shower the walls the the entire room looked like it hadn’t been wiped down ever!!! Crumbs were on top of the bed linen the whole stay was trash stay away I was charged an extra 12$ at check in when I booked for 84$ plus taxes and fees was 108$ it wasn’t even worth the 84$

The staff are pleasant answering any questions i had. Didn't like the water pressure was so low for the bathroom sink, and the shower the tub drained so slow it would almost fill about an inch of water every time i took a shower

We were supposed to bring our 2 kids as we booked a double room. Thankfully we didn’t. They claimed they’d tried calling multiple times but I never got a call or a message. I’m the type who always calls back. So I never got it. They didn’t have that room available. Only a single. They did get us into that room but it was atrocious. Bugs in the bed and just plain dirty. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The place looks beautiful from the outside. But once you're inside it is very outdated. They're all kind of smells in the hallways due to people cooking in their rooms. And some of the smells are not pleasant at all. The beds are very small. Not enough covers. The towels are thin. No pictures on the walls. The bathroom small. Would definitely not stay here again

They didn’t have my reservations when I arrived and the room the tried to give me was missing cupboard doors, no pots or pans for the kitchen and the refrigerator had rust spots and dents in it.

This place is absolutely disgusting. The room was literally damp everywhere. I wound up going out and buying my own sheets and comforter. It was a "non-smoking" room, yet there were cigarette burns all over the side of tub...like a dozen of them. When I mentioned this to the front desk they said "yeah we know it wasn't you", as if that's why I brought it up.

On the good side the AC worked and so did the internet. But there was a good deal of noise coming from the floor I was on so the stay was anything but restful. All in all this hotel would barely be acceptable at $60 per night, but not at all worth the $100 I paid.

This hotel should be demolished. There is no sense in letting a hotel get in the shape this one is in. We looked at 2 rooms and both where filthy, had holes in the wall. The 2 floors I went to had an extremely bad smell. I observed what looked like roach droppings behind the beds. Numerous people just hanging out in the hallways and around the building. I did not feel safe at all and would never consider staying at this hotel, sleeping in my vehicle would be a much better place! It is obvious that management does not care about this place at all. I would suggest finding a hotel somewhere else.

After all that I was taken to the room to see it and it was DISGUSTING and smelled like weed and smoke and this was a NON SMOKING room. I told them I would like another room then I had to wait an additional 45 minutes. This whole process was a complete pain. Once the room was clean I was then told that it was not up to standard so my reservation is now cancelled. I literally called all that week to ensure that the room was booked because it was for my sister honeymoon so I wanted to be sure that it was no problems and I was told EVERYTHING was fine and BOOKED.! Yes the ladies were nice but this was TOTALLY upsetting and very much disorganized. I will never be back to this place nor will I recommend it.! HIGHLY DISSATISFIED!

The room was the last one available and we had to take it for work due to not having time to find another. She gave us opportunity to view but regardless we had to keep the room. It had no drawers in the dresser , holes and scratches like a cat was in there on the sofa, and just smelled unclean

There were stains on the bathroom walls, the bed was uncomfortable, there were 2 super small thin pillows, the toilet seat broke, there were cigarette butts down the hallway, the ac was set at 68 but didn’t cool even close, there were cigarette stains on the elevator walls

Room had no ac. Requested another room claimed they were all booked and had no other rooms. Then offered a room with no appliances. Asked to cancel so I don’t get charged still waiting for my refund.

I don't mind a cheap hotel that is a little rough around the edges - it's just a place to crash, I don't need to hang out in the common areas. But this place is ridiculous... Drug users all around, dirty as hell. We felt legit unsafe and left.

The check in process was done by an inexperienced clerk that was going to charge me again had I not told her I paid already. We went the the room only to find out the door wouldn't open. Going back to the front desk I was asked to sign an agreement with a different amount than what I paid. The room door would not open normally, I had to go back to the front desk and the attendant opened the door which had to be opened a certain way. I was told come back to the front desk if we left out again.. The room was not cleaned, there were item's under the bed that would've been removed had the room been cleaned or vacuumed. (I took a picture of the items) The tiles in the bathroom were not in place which I almost slipped not paying attention.

Its a good place if you like roaches in your room, and rancid smelling room. Oh if you like being insulted by staff, then this is the place for you

Not so good. Service is terrible i asked for towels receptionist replied was horrible .. they asked to submit the dirty towels who is going to get dirty towels to reception . They didn’t gave the towel .. it’s unprofessional.

Roaches were infested inside of the room I was placed in and I had to work the next morning really early and would really appreciate if I were compensated for my next stay or least half payment because me an my company were up all night killing roaches on the wall night stands etc completely unsatisfactory..

Rooms were dirty and had a terrible odor. Took 45 minutes for front desk to check us in, even with online reservation and no one else in line.

Check in was horrible I was double charged as well as the room missing furniture no remote for the tv and broken phone

Nisha is always pleasant as well, she’s very patient and understanding! It’s never a problem receiving sheets, towels, anything you need! Their is another woman who works nights (never got her name) that’s super cool also! Everything all around is amazing here. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a long term stay!

Roaches in 3 of the 5 rooms rented. Very outdated. Wall around shower falling apart.

The hotel was awful from check in to check out. My room wasn’t ready. I booked an extended stay to have the luxury of a kitchen. There were no pots and pans to cook with and no dishes to use. A huge thunderstorm knocked out the tv signal and the air conditioner stopped working. I had to end my stay early due to uncomfortable hot situations. I’ll never stay at this or any WoodSpring Hotel chain again.

The man Evan was very rude I also asked for a refund because I did not like the rooms and he told me they dont issue refunds I would just have to deal with it its only one night ...I say all that to say this I did not stay there and I still didnt get my money back I would never stay there again in my life worst hotel I ever been too in my whole entire life

Everything is very outdated. The room is small and the bed was very uncomfortable. In order to get another towel you were required to give them dirty ones. The room smelled funny but it was the whole place.

It was great it’s a great hotel to stay at with your family

What I didnt like about the room is the dresser has 1 drawer, big hole in bathroom door, safety latch on door is broken. I had incident this weekend with fire alarm going off called Staff they hung up the phone. Lets not forget the roaches in the room.

As I arrived about 5pm. The front desk staff was very helpful, professional and kind. we went to our room and and it was very small for a suite and requested a bigger room which was 2 beds. so with the nnew room we notice our door would not open. We tried for about 20mins, finally the manager came and tried also. It was a poorly operated door issue that needs to be fix. So we finally got another room, as we were going in a cpl said that had just exchanged that room because air wasnt working. It wasnt th best but we dealt with it. Plus the top latch to the room door was broken. Anyway we didnt complain and stayed in that room. Due to the very clean room we were overall pleased.
