It was a great room and property with a wonderful breakfast

Well, this is an excellent hotel and it was clean, the sofa in our unit had a ripped armrest where the foam was sticking out. When we arrived a pipe had broken and we could not get in until it was fixed. There was no real delay, however, but we did check in just after check-in time. Always taken care of.

I liked that there were 2 bathrooms in our room. The breakfast was good, but the staff tending to breakfast weren’t very friendly at all.

We have never stayed at this brand before and we will stay again. Friendly staff, decent breakfast, the room was great! We got a 2 bedroom mini condo style room and it was perfect for our family of 5 for our weekend away.

It also seems that fixing a main door access should have been resolved over the nine days we were there. Again, it is the welcoming staff that keeps us coming back.

I enjoyed my stay. friendly staff and a decent breakfast selection. The only drawbacks was the high incidentals deposit and a noticeable, unpleasant odor in the hallways. Also, that room clean-ups and fresh towels aren't done daily by default, so you have to explicitly ask the staff for them. Despite those minor issues, it was a very positive experience and I would definitely stay here again!
