The housekeepers were excellent especially Leslie they were polite attentive and welcoming Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the treatment I received during my departure from State Bridge Suites in Morrisville, North Carolina. I stayed at your property for approximately six months and spent well over $10,000 during my stay. Throughout that time, I maintained my room, respected the property, and treated staff with courtesy and kindness. I also regularly tipped housekeeping staff, who consistently treated me with professionalism and respect. On my final day, I was in the process of moving my belongings out of the room. Having lived there for six months, it was not possible to remove everything within a few minutes. I had been moving items throughout the day and was working as quickly as possible. A staff member approached me and repeatedly pressured me to leave immediately despite seeing that I was actively moving my belongings. He later came to my room, knocked aggressively, and continued insisting that I leave. His demeanor made me feel rushed, uncomfortable, and unwelcome. I was particularly disturbed by comments suggesting that I would be sleeping in my car, which I found unnecessary and disrespectful. What disappointed me most was that after six months of being a loyal, paying guest with no significant issues, I felt as though I was being treated as a nuisance rather than with the dignity and respect that every guest deserves. I understand that rooms must be cleaned and prepared for incoming guests. However, there is a professional and respectful way to communicate those needs. The treatment I received on my final day did not reflect the level of hospitality I expected after such a lengthy stay. I hope this matter will be reviewed so that future guests are treated with greater courtesy and professionalism. Even the housekeeper showed frustration in how this man was treating me I have never had a issue to deserve that type of treatment the manager one day debited my card extra money, I paid 2500.

The hotel had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. It was both clean and convenient. The bathroom was well designed. There was plenty of space for both of us and plenty of outlets. Breakfast had a decent variety of food, and very good yogurt with fresh fruit. Plenty of free parking. My only negative comment is that the designer was aesthetically challenged.

The room was clean, there was ample space, it took a minute for staff to come to the desk for check-in but once they did, they were friendly and helpful. Although we only stayed one night, I will definitely stay again.

For the quality of what the hotel is supposed to be the handyman work wasn't best. The showers didn't drain properly. And they couldve been cleaner

The breakfast was beyond our expectations! The coffee was excellent, and the variety of choices was both high-quality and plentiful. The yogurts, fruits, and cereals were fresh, and the eggs and turkey sausage were perfectly prepared. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our day! Please extend our appreciation and thanks to the breakfast staff!!! And thanks to the entire hotel staff from the front desk to the maids, everyone one was very friendly and polite! Many thanks for making our stay a pleasant experience!!! A blow dryer would have been a welcome addition, as it’s typically standard in most hotels. The suite was otherwise well-equipped with all the expected amenities, so I was quite surprised to find that there wasn’t one available. Perhaps they are sometimes removed due to theft concerns, but securing them to the wall could be a good solution to ensure guests have access without that risk.

Only disappointment is the Monday morning breakfast. The lady said there were no more eggs and it was about 8:45 am. She started cleaning up at 9 and the sign said breakfast ends at 9:30…so this would be our only disappointment.

It was easy to check in and out and the people working were great. The room was clean and very comfortable!

Leticia at the Counter is a great host, she made our stay feel like home, speaking the language (spanish) and providing great suggestions about the hotel's amenities and restaurants nearby.

Overall an excellent stay. However, the room had too much light in it even after all lights were turned off. Exterior spotlights were pointed at the hotel and turned the room into a twilight zone. That plus the night light and the light coming under the interior door made it difficult to get any sleep. I prefer a dark room and it was anything but dark.

Everything was good but I booked 2 rooms and had to pay $50 extra for each room. Checked out yesterday at 11:30 and still have not received my deposit back yet.

The hotel had a hvac issue that couldn’t be fixed so they canceled our room just a few hours before check in, and there were 7 of us. They didn’t try to find alternative accommodation or help alleviate the significant inconvenience in any way. Terrible customer service. Thank goodness for Expedia.

My family and I stayed there to be close to the airport for an early morning flight and it was perfect. I would have absolutely stayed there longer if time would have allowed. If you are looking for a place with walkability to activities, this might not be the one, but accessibility to things via car, this place is great! The suites are prefect for families! Clean, comfortable and pretty!

We killed several cockroaches during our stay. The room was nice n big and everything but cockroaches spoiled it and I didn't pay over $200 to kill cockroaches. Sorry. Ask in advance if it is cockroach-free property.

they have a suite with 2 bedrooms ( one has a queen bed & the other has 2 double beds) plus a living room area & kitchen. they are renovating property & the rooms look good.

My husband woke up to find cockroaches in the bed. He let the front desk know as he was leave and received a “we will look into it” response.

I really surprised I received this email to rate my stay at the hotel. Our reservation was cancelled by the hotel due to no rooms available because of construction. We did not find this out until we tried to check in. The front desk clerk was very kind & apologetic stating he callled Hotels.com to inform but did not receive any help. He had to wait for us to arrive. He stated he tried to get contact information but was not given any from hotels.com. Of course it was very late at night & made for a longer evening when communication was made with hotels.com & issue mostly resolved.

We booked for two room and got confirmation. When we arrived, they told us there was only one room. The said it was Hotels.com problem, not ours. I expect some compensation - I had to find a room at another hotel.

The property was really in a good shape and the the entire staff was cooperative and friendly. Room service was prompt. They even offered complimentary dinner every alternate evening. I would definitely stay there when I visit Raleigh next time.

Check in was super easy and got to check in an hour early, room was great size however the sofa bed was very wore out so much so my children refused to sleep on it, and the kitchen area floor was very weak and the tiles where cracked! However we were able to make it work and let the desk know. The buffet breakfast was amazing!!!

Ice maker in refrigerator did not work. Reported to manager; was told it would be fixed the next day. Nothing happened. Repeatedly had to request for coffee in room.

We checked in for one night prior to a trip to Phoenix. We elected to take advantage of the Park and Stay feature. The desk attendant that checked is in failed to book the airport shuttle for the next morning so we ended up being late to the flight. While we were gone, our vehicle had a window smashed in. Fortunately nothing was stolen but it was incredibly upsetting to return from vacation to a damaged vehicle. No attempt was made to contact us to tell us about the vehicle and the overall attitude by the property was, “Sorry about your luck”. 10/10 would NEVER recommend.

Great stay, clean and comfortable rooms. Hotel provides Dove products in case you forget to bring your own soaps and lotions. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite complete with kitchenette, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster oven. We were very comfy for the 5 day stay. No pool but you can access neighboring pool (Holiday Inn). Full breakfast bar everyday too!!

Great location near airport. 2 bedroom suite very comfortable. One Bedroom was missing a block out cutain for the window making it very difficult for sleeping with street lighting right out side the window.

It was hard to see the property from the road because it's behind 3 other properties in front of it. The morning staff was very friendly but the lady checking me i n the night before didn't smile or really greet me. I felt like I was inconvenience to her. The room was clean and neat but tired. Bathroom faucet had very low water pressure, the shower was good, the TP holder was old and needed replacing. The lady who was overseeing breakfast did an excellent job. The road construction out front doesn't do this property any favors.

The Gotel Staff was Friendly , Cleanliness was ok! Had to move the nightstand to get something we dropped and Oh the Trash and Debri behind there! The room had a little musty smell but would stay here again!

Pros: The suite was very big and clean. They use Dove products. Complimentary breakfast and dinner. Complimentary laundry (must buy your own detergent). Free shuttle to anf from the airport. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Full kitchen that has all the tools needed for cooking. Tv in each room has lots of cable channels. Centralized location for my family's desired destinations. Cons: The 3rd floor hallway smells DISGUSTING!!! I can't describe the smell but it should be illegal. The smell is so bad we loathe having to go outside our room. There was a nasty smell coming out of the laundry room/gym. The majority of the washer and dryers were out of service or did not work on certain settings. The beds aren't great. The upholstery needs a deep cleaning. All in all the hotel is nice and its great for families. However, as nice and cozy as our stay was, the hallway is enough for us to not come back. We would only consider this hotel again if the hallway carpet is replaced, the walls are scrubbed, and anything else that needs to be done to make sure that smell goes away.

The hotel is well maintained and in a nice, safe area close to many attractions in Raleigh and Durham. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a great assortment of foods. However, The best part of our stay was the staff. The young lady at the front desk was working almost our entire stay and she was wonderful. Very friendly and kind. I just can’t say enough about her. We will be back because of her.

Mgr was terrible rude hotel was run down and had roaches and bathroom floor was coming up hotel wasn’t clean up to standards of IHG or hotel.com. Housekeeping was lacking in rooms and didn’t want to give new towels. mgr didn’t want to take responsibility for all the things wrong my first and last trip to the area

When I first got to my room the bed had some dirt or debri but I ignored it and just dusted it off. Also saw a bug but it's the summer so I also ignored it. The second night, there was a water bug in my room, they moved me to another room and there were at least 2 water bugs there, I was mortified! I checked out that night.

Loved this hotel! We arrived after 1 am, not always the best times for a hotel's service, but we had a very friendly person checking us in, and it couldn't have been better. Loved the fruit infused water by the front desk.

Enjoyed the stay; staff was excellent. Only thing I would have changed was the slight odor in hall.

The desk clerk gave us keys to a room that was already occupied. Our new room’s bathroom light didn’t work, and the carpet in one of the bedrooms was soaking wet. Made us question everything else. Hard to believe this was a 4 star rated hotel.

It is an older hotel so the couch was dingy with stains on it, and the whole place was carpeted except the kitchen area and bathrooms. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and helpful, my boyfriend really enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning, and they have a nice outdoor area with a basketball court! Overall, I would rate it a 2.5 out of 5.

So this hotel looked awesome in the downstairs area, the breakfast area was great and everything. But the rooms are very old and dated the chairs were nasty carpet was very stained with odors, the toilet ran all night the air was yellow and brown I end up cleaning to feel safe to use the rest room. Half of the lamps didn’t work the tv wouldn’t turn down. I end covering the chairs with the extra sheets in the closet. Other than all that the front desk staff were awesome. Mainly the ladies from the first night I enjoyed them. I would stay here again unless it’s updated.

The front office staff were wonderful. The food was ok. The room needed a fresh up — couch stains, mattress stains, floor stains, leaky faucets. Also, yelling/party/voice noise from room above from 5-6am woke us all up and was very loud. Not family friendly.

The staff was very sweet at this location. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served every morning and even refreshments for dinner with wine on Monday evening. The location was closer to everything than I originally thought. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We haven’t been out in a few years.

This place would have been great, except for the roaches in the room. As soon as we walked in, we saw a live bug near the sink. Later in the evening my 8 year old said he saw one crawl behind the tv. Even later that night, a roach was INSIDE the bed with 2 of my boys in the living area. We just cant stay at a place like that. We submitted comments to the staff and said the room needed to be sprayed/treated before any guests were allowed back in #339. Hopefully they will make it right. Otherwise. The staff was nice and the hotel itself was in great shape. The breakfast was amazing here. This hotel is doing their full breakfast for their guests which is highly welcomed after so many "grab and go's" during COVID

My family and I stayed Nov 24-27/2021 the bedding was not changed as you could clearly see hair and stains on the pillow cases/sheets… so they gave us new ones but blanket! Our key constantly did not work. They had a basketball court and fitness center which was great but breakfast was basic! Waffle boiled eggs cereal and fruit so don’t expect anything fancy. Otherwise the staff at the front desk was exceptionally great! Nice friendly greeted everyday with genuinely beautiful smiles and sweetness.
