    The location is just perfect especially when you have an early flight. There are restaurants near by as well. Staffs are accommodating, rooms well maintained, and airport shuttle’s on time.

    First staff, not welcoming/don’t great you. Kind of just stares even when u speak. Weird vibe Hotel room. Filthy. We had blood stains on BOTH of our bed covers. When asked for new blankets front desk gave us a little hard time. Tried to give us some curtain feel blankets and we were like how would this be even remotely comfortable. Finally got a blanket and it was so small and thin. Oh yes, ONE BLANKET FOR A 2 BED ROOM. Headboards of the beds were filthy. Bathroom light did not work. AC did not work. Once you took a shower the whole room get so muggy, sticky and hot. NO VENTILATION. Speaking of shower. DISGUSTING. The shower it self had grim stuck to the walls. The picture of the towels are from wiping shower walls. We had to bleach down the bathroom like crazy. All surfaces was dusty and nasty.

    Great, quick and efficient check in. Easy shuttle arrangements. Quick and clean elevator. Spacious room that was spotless, smartly appointed, and comfortable. Slept well enough to catch the early shuttle to the nearby airport. I'd come back if in the area.

    It needs upgrades lights flickered the floor was dirty and the breakfast items was out took 20 mins to refill it can’t take it back to your room is the police to help rooms be cleaner but yet they are not you get what you pay for there was no pool it’s been closed for years and my rating is a 2 out of 10

    It was disgusting floors bathroom bed sheets everything were disgusting . I mean it was just plain nasty. I had no choice but to stay there one night all the other hotels around were booked so I ran to Walmart and bought bleach cleaning supplies and new bed sets and cleaned that whole hotel room all three bedrooms that we rented myself just an order for us to sleep with my kids there I know it’s a hotel near the airport convenient but I feel like they could’ve done a lot better when it came to the cleaning and the bed sheets and the bathroom I would never stay there and will not recommend it even if it’s for one night

    Room was clean, tv was mid size and had basic cable without any streaming options or features. Wendies is within walking distance. The hallways are a free for all during the day- this includes loud music being played while housekeeping is cleaning rooms, doors slam shut and are very loud.

    Had a horrible experience. My flight got in very late, and I called ahead to make them aware. When arrived, Room was not fit to stay in, not clean, wires hanging, pictures off the wall, had bugs and was definitely not ready for occupancy. Went right back to front desk & was told that it was the only room on the property. Refused to stay there, so at 1:00 in the morning, I had to find another place to stay. Called numerous times to speak to manager and he was never there and didn’t bother to call or email back. Finally, days later, got a hold of someone in corporate who said they would refund 1 night of my 2 night stay. Not acceptable. After much discussion, said he would refund all but a cleaning fee. So he wanted me to pay $50 to have walked in the room and walked right out again. Not cool at all! Would never stay in another of their crummy hotels again

    This hotel was the worst experience I had in a long time, first the lady working at the front desk had the worst attitude, second the hotel was dirty and not well kept. Breakfast was not the best, I have stayed at other hotels that have continental breakfast and it’s more than just waffles and cereal. Tables were dirty and trash can was overflowing throughout the morning. The lady that cleaned our room was very polite. However, the rooms were very outdated and the phone didn’t even work. I normally don’t even spend time rating my stays but this one I did because we felt discriminated since we got there, the front desk lady mention to us 4 times that she wouldn’t have a room before 2pm. To which we had said that we understood and could wait since we called to request the shuttle from RDU. She continue to instruct not mention that we knew that was a non smoking room so we should not be smoking, and then she said and make sure you don’t damage the room. To which I answered because, I don’t think you say that to every customer that goes to the front desk. I asked her did we look like we were going to do any of those things. I later over heard her with another transaction and she didn’t say any of those statements. I called today because we checked out on Monday the 11th which is a week today and my deposit is not in my account. When I said my name and was going to explain she whispered “oh my God” and when I asked what she said, she said she was talking to another person.

    The bed was comfortable The place was dirty, not vacuumed. The coffee poured out water and the toaster was out of order so you could not toast anything! I had to yell several times before someone came to the desk. I told her about the coffee. Someone else complained that they were out of waffles and coffee and milk! Bad service

    The room was pretty bare and not all that attractive. There was no place for two people to sit (only one office chair), so my husband and I ended up eating dinner and playing our board games just on the bed. The bed creaked whenever we moved. The breakfast had no low-carb options and very minimal options for protein, and the coffee tasted bad. While someone was using the toaster on the one “good” side of the toaster -while 4 more people waited in line to use the toaster- it caught on fire, yes, fire. My husband ended up putting the fire out and it took 5 people looking for the one staff member trying to do everything (breakfast, check out, etc) 2 minutes before he finally came in and checked out the situation. Yes, our room seemed relatively clean, and the overworked staff were friendly enough, but overall the property was unattractive and the breakfast was awful.

    The room was clean but dated, the staff just sit there and don’t really go above and beyond. The breakfast was non existent and the AC was horrible. Even with it being cold outside and the AC on max the room was still warm. The AC isn’t blowing cold air it just makes noise. In wouldn’t want to stay there again.

    Room had a strange, sour smell the moment we walked in. "Continental breakfast" was a joke — no scrambled eggs, out of bread, no waffle batter. Just bad coffee. When I asked staff about it, I got a rude "that's what continental is" and zero help. Never experienced this level of bad service. Avoid.

    We arrived around 1am. I had booked on Expedia several days before our arrival. I was confirmed for an accessible room. However the desk clerk gave me a room on 3rd floor until I showed him proof of my confirmed request. He then all of a sudden "had an accessible room" available. He was pleasant as we got things straightened out. The breakfast was ok. Would be nice to have eggs, hot oatmeal or grits added to the items avaliable. We have stayed here before and will do so again in the future.

    The room was very clean but there was a horrendous smell from the stairs all the way through the 2nd floor. The elevator is also broken which may be an inconvenience for some.     Once I arrived at the hotel which my check in was for 3.00 pm that day I just came off the road at 5.00 am but was told o couldn’t check in the latest was 1.00 coming all the way from New Jersey then found out the elevator was out of order the entire time which we had to use the stairs. also the ice machine was broken There was a note stating the copy machine was broken as well. It seem that hotel is only concerned with collecting money I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends, the cover sheet to the bed has stains on it as well I notice on the my last night staying . It was terrible

    The AC/heat worked well but was very loud/noisy. No clock or radio or dim lights in the room... only very bright LED lights. The continental breakfast was very basic but enough to get a little bite before checking out. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. For the price, this basic accommodation was acceptable. Its not the Ritz but its a decent, no frills, adequate place to stay.

    Then the hotel AC unit and building in general was just noisy so it was hard to rest. Guy at the desk was nice but that didn’t help me rest or get my gear to and from the room. I would not stay here unless it was fully functional or half the price so had enough money to tip someone to help me with the luggage on the stairs.

    Airport shuttle worked well. Gym seemed ok, it had some dumbells, at least. Staff was nice. The only thing I did not like is that my room connected to another via a locked door... you can hear everything from adjacent room, but luckily that single person barely spoke.

    The next day as we were heading out for the day, my wife stopped at the office to let them know what had happened and to tell them for handicap room it wasn’t. There was an 18 inch step up to get in the tub to take a shower. The person once again (different person) just sat there with a dear in the headlight look on his face the whole time she was talking to him. After she was done he said what do you want me to do? I wasn’t even here. Needless to say, we cut our trip short. My wife wasn’t able to get any sleep. Every noise outside the room would make her jump up. When I checked out and told them we were checking out early and gave them the room number, the girl just said oh you, okay bye. Other then that, the chair in the room dirty it was a room with a bed. Not the place to stay if you want to relax and unwind after a day on the road Not a place that I would stay at again or even recommend, unless you want to share a room with someone you don’t know. With a staff that seems like they could care less. Give me your money and leave us alone

    My and my partner's one complaint is that all the lightbulbs, even the bedside lamps, are the brightest and whitest bulbs you have ever seen. We couldn't even turn them on. It's like over 100W equivalent and it's the coolest, almost blueish white light I have ever seen indoors.

    First night at 4am, instead of just opening the door to room 414 for a guest, the front desk clerk gave the same guest permission to smash in the door of room 414, right across the hall from me. The shaking of my room and smashing noises lasted from 4am until 5am. I have pictures and video of the damage. Police were called and came to hotel. No juice available for breakfast for entire stay. I was told to drink from water fountain in gym. Gross. Have picture of cockroach on room floor. Gross. Phone in room didn't work at all.

    I asked for a quiet room. The heat for the room or building I'm not sure which would come on 5-6 times an hour VERY loudly and go off with a screetch, it was followed by a sound like someone scuba diving breathing. The toilet was stopped up and wouldn't flush. We had tra travelled all day and were too exhausted to change rooms.

    Window in my room was damaged / permanently fogged from moisture. Bathroom had an extremely strong mildew smell, maybe had a leak or flood. Hairdryer didnt work, they did bring another up for me promptly. Breakfast: no tea bags, juice machine broken, so only drinks available were coffee. Staff was very nice and shuttle was prompt.

    This hotel was one of the few that had availability around Raleigh-Durham airport so that is why I elected to stay here. Check-in was simple and fast. I was able to sign up for the airport shuttle at check in. The room was serviceable. Not really any amenities, but this was an overnight stay to get to the airport so my expectations weren’t high. The room was clean thought. I was told to be in the lobby at 0425 for the shuttle and it was right on time. The ride was 5 minutes with no issues. This hotel was fine and worth it for the price and location.

    The property ran out of towels. I need more towels that Manager comes and tell me oh it’s no more towels, but we sold out and nobody has gave it some towels back and the ladies they do the laundry or the ladies they do. The giving of the towels are not here they left for the day The ice machine on the second floor was broke so she had to go out to the third of the fourth floor to get ice couldn’t check in early unless you paid $30 yeah very bad. I will never go back to this hotel.

The bolt lock on the door wouldn’t latch and the hairdryer didn’t work. The desk chair was way too low for the desk and wouldn’t adjust. Sheets were “pilly.” Overall, pretty typical of a 2-3 star motel.

    Well the property was nothing like the pictures, the handicap rooms are not good or very accessible, they basically bathrooms with handicap bars, no walk-in shower's not even handheld shower heads! The young man at the front desk was friendly but had no idea about the area and didn't know anything about the hotel, like if any of rooms had handheld shower heads or anything about the handicap rooms!     This is an older Inn. Our room was nice but the flooring in shower area had a large separation in the linoleum. The shower curtain did not fit the shower and water has sprayed out onto the floor. I presume this is why the floor is separating. The bed was ok and clean. The room worked for us due to an early flight out of RDU. This is an ok stay.

    The room was nicely decorated and updated , the beds were extremely comfortable. The only downside was that the heat/air was off when we came in the room causing the floors to be wet from the humidity. There was a presence of mold above the entry door due to lack of air flow. The shower curtain needed to be washed mold/ dirt in the bottom of. All else was spot on. Priced very reasonably and I certainly would stay there again.

One bed had makeup or something on the bottom sheet. *Black spots on ceiling (maybe a water leak at some point) *Bathtub faucet was nearly coming off the wall *A broken hair dryer *Can hear everything in the hall, loud sounds of other doors opening and closing, children, maid carts, etc… *The breakfast was disappointing. Very little choices. It was a tiny room not made for more than a few people, although good seating options. There was, prepackaged small blueberry muffins, white bread and small plain bagels (to toast), small yogurts, two kinds of cereal (corn flakes and frootloops), and a waffle maker. *The waffles would become super mushy if you put the syrup on too soon, so I recommend dipping your bites or only putting a little on at a time on. *There was orange juice and apple juice, but the milk was a tiny pitcher and was out very quickly. They had coffee but I can’t attest to its quality since we don’t drink it. *We would leave hungry because there wasn’t enough food for all the guests that were there the same time we were, and it was slow to be replenished.

    Hotel staff was very nice, the room was pretty clean but wasnt near as clean as my last stay at Hampton Inn. The breakfast was mediocre, frozen breakfast burritos and frozen sausage biscuits, not really my thing but it worked, tables in dining area were not very clean. The smell of Marijuana being smoked on the premises was awful and was there the whole duration of the stay. I gave 5 stars though because it wasnt horrible or anything and it served its purpose for the 3 nights we were there. Probably wont stay there again but Hampton Inn is just down the street. I think the Marijuana smoke was the biggest downer and lame breakfast option but it worked out for us for a place to stay!

    Had to stay overnight due to weather. SW Airlines. After I booked the property I was quite concerned with the terrible reviews that I saw after booking. Some reviews even mentioned bed bugs-yikes! I checked in smoothly and once in the room I checked it for cleanliness and the room was clean and tidy. I checked the bed, sheets, and pillows for BBs and saw nothing. The stay was a total of $89 and it was what you would expect for this low price. I needed a bed, a shower, and lock on the door. 4AM shuttle to the airport was appreciated. This place has a weathered look but it's not as bad as a lot of reviews I saw. For a place to stay for a night at a very reasonable price while stuck due to flight cancellation I give it a good review. And if you want breakfast at a hotel just forget it! Wait until you get to the airport for overpriced items!
