Great breakfast, very timely airport shuttle with friendly drivers, room was super clean and comfortable, beds were so comfortable, great stay on a business trip.

Don’t pay to park here. All the long term parking cars have busted windows and a detective’s card taped to the door handle. No assistance offered for this issue either.

The rooms were adequate but not cozy. The breakfast food as artificial (eggs, meats) so I ate cornflake cereal instead. The staff was not overly friendly excrete maids.

Met with family that flew in from various parts of the country and this Hampton Inn worked so well with airport shuttles. The lobby had large areas for all of us (17) to sit and talk with each other and have wine & apps. Very comfortable.

The location was perfect for our trip. Hampton Inn is always our preference when traveling out of town, for business or for leisure. Free parking, internet, and breakfast are great perks that we always appreciate. The staff were fantastic and made great restaurant recommendations for dinner. The breakfast options were just OK. The meats served did not look appetizing (various types of sausages) because they did not appear to be fully cooked. We were appreciative but we have been offered a much better selection at other Hampton Inns.

Jose was rude and unprofessional. He spoke down to me and didn’t provide me with a receipt. The breakfast was limited and cold. Noisy due to construction and a barking dog from one of the guest. I will never stay at another Hampton Inn.

There were a couple of inconveniences, but not really a problem. One of the elevators was out and also, you do hear airplanes since it is by the airport. The noise was not overbearing and I did not lose sleep because of it. I mention it just so folks that are booking will be aware.

Good location to catch an early flight. Should say accommodates pets only as they are not allowed anywhere except your room. My kids tried to wait in the lobby while I grabbed breakfast and they were told to go back to the room with our dog. Room was clean and comfortable.

Homeless man sleeping on the lawn. Price was high especially adding pet fee.

I think we were too early (6:00) for a real breakfast, although front desk had told us was served then, so settled for coffee and yogurt, fruit loops for the kids. I will say that the front desk lady I reached from our plane (we arrived at 2 am so I didn’t meet her) was very pleasant. Not a “bad” experience just not the “8.8” out of 10 that was posted, imho

Staff was very friendly and helpful from the time I got there until the second I left. Not just with me but also with there interaction with other guest I observed. Especially the front desk. Our refrigerator didn't work and we were offered an option to change rooms but we decided to stay put since we were only there for a night

When I landed and called the hotel for the shuttle I was told it was not available at this time!? Then when I arrived at the hotel they DID NOT have my reservation--and I was given an inferior room from what I had booked!! I also had to pay for an Uber ride from airport to hotel...the entire experience was awful!!

It was nice overall. I do think it was a old hotel that had been refurbished since the hotels close by looked new. Room was tiny compared to any other Hampton Inn I have stated at. It was fine for a night

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was super-helpful and friendly. The housekeeping service was amazing as well, came back to made beds and fresh towels every day.

I love the check in and check out person at the reception. He was awesome! So friendly with a smile clearly shows he loves his job. It’s the first impression which makes your visit more pleasant. Breakfast was good. Only thing we didn’t like is the carpet and chair seats all had stains which needs cleaning but bed was nice and clean, comfy and bathroom was clean. Overall we were happy with our stay. We will certainly stay there again if coming back to that area.

The main lobby and exterior have been renovated and look great, but there is only one elevator and it feels very dated. The rooms and hallways feel very dated as well, and the rooms are very small but clean and have had a minor renovation to them. Be careful of trying to get breakfast anywhere near the cutoff time, we were rushed out of the kitchen area a few minutes early and the doors quickly closed behind us with others trying to get in and not allowed to, even with a ton of food still out and going to waste. The food was very good, the environment just felt hostile.

It's a clean, modern, quiet hotel, and the staff are very helpful. If you like high (or even moderate) water pressure in the shower, this probably not the hotel for you. Also, beware the tile flooring in the rooms; they're more slippery than most.

I did want my room cleaned at least 1 of the 4 nights I stayed and I told the housekeeper, but she failed to clean my room. The staff seemed to be nice and accommodating for the most part. Overall, the stay was Good. I might stay there again in the future.

The desk clerk in the evening when we arrived was very nice and let us know places to eat if we were hungry (it was Christmas night and late, but was very thoughtful). The morning clerk was equally friendly. My mother in law was coming to pick us up in the morning. When I came down to the lobby and was looking around, she immediately asked if I was looking for her and told me where she was at. The only negative is the beds were somewhat firm. It wasn't horrible, but not the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in.

I really like the lobby and the room. My favorite thing was Shelby who worked the front desk. She was efficient, professional and very friendly. When I asked about dining and shopping she was very helpful.

This is a great property in a very good location just do realize it is at the airport so you will hear planes coming and going. They don’t sound like the are landing on you any means. But if you are a light sleeper you may want to push out of this area.

The one night we stayed was quiet and the staff super friendly and accommodating. Shuttle to airport prompt and friendly. Would stay here again.

It’s a nice hotel conveniently located near the airport. The shuttle driver was excellent and on time. The people working the desk were very helpful and nice.

The beds are terrible. We could not manage to stay asleep as we kept waking up in pain. Staff seemed annoyed by questions. Would not recommend if your goal is sleep.

Fastest checkin ever. Lots of food options for breakfast, coffee was decent too. The room itself was very clean, I even dust-checked a few surfaces and was surprised to find none. Not very modern room interior, but wasn't expecting that after viewing the initial photos. Easy, short walk to several eateries for dinner. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: A musty smell in the halls. Slow check-in. Inadequate breakfast.

The rooms and bathroom were clean but starting to show their age. The WiFi was fast and useable for work activities. The only downside to our stay was that the pool closed at dusk, we were not told of the early close and the kids were a bit disappointed.
