The Wi-Fi was the worst. You could not get on and stay on and since I work remotely, it really suck.

Pop machine did work at all kitchen table very wobbly asked for new towel got grumble at asked for wake up to go to airport they didn't call me and missed my flight and I had to wait for another flight all day not a happy camper loss my suitcase

Never again rooms very outdated and the man in the front is rude also check everything if u stay bc bed bugs and the whole hotel even the hall from other rooms smelt like marijuana bad gave us a headache. The up part is the security guard stands on business walks around taking pictures every 5 minutes... Idk why but she does.. we won't ever stay again at this place again they also just have people hang around on stairs and a bunch of people live here bc they have clothes hanging outside probably bc it's expensive to wash and dry there... So you get what u pay for...

Everything was perfect everything was awesome but there's always one restaurant for everybody and that's the little guy at the front desk with the glasses on the nasty attitude and you hate him when somebody pays with the online app I don't understand why but other than that all of the staff and all the cleaning ladies were perfect and awesome great experience except for that one little guy with glasses at the front desk very rude very mean and sour person. I highly recommend staying at this motel safe all kind of stores around you highways right there always a parking spot very clean and no roaches no thugs perfect place to lay your head at night except for that one guy

The night security made me feel uncomfortable as I walk to my door, complementing me, but made it feel on. Wanted saying I was very Cute. I would rather him keep a professional and keep that to himself.

Stayed here while traveling home from San Antonio from my husbands Coast Guard orders, had a blow out on the U-Haul and after waiting over 4 hours for roadside assist we were tired and ready for bed. There was a security officer outside that said he would keep an eye on everything in the back of my husbands truck and he did. Nothing was messed with.

The cleaning lady did not clean the room. There's no coffee maker. The warm water at the sink was nonexistent. No proper night light..I had to cover my eyes all night with the direct light available. The water pressure in the shower was weak and pathetic.

I watched someone slide down the stairs after the ice storm because they didn't even attempt to salt them or the accessible ramps. Very dangerous. Also, front desk staff is discourteous, except Kimberly. Housekeeping is efficient, but you cannot communicate with them in English.

This place does not feel safe. There were crazy people walking around the parking lot in bathrobes and slippers. Someone else was having a major shouting fight 2 days in a row from one of the guest rooms. A couple of people living out of their cars were camped out in the back corner of the parking lot over by the dumpster. On the positive side, the location provides access to a lot of really good restaurants within walking and driving distance. Restaurants like Zenna, Tokyo One, Kirin Court, 85 Degree Bakery, Little Rome. The guy at the front desk is friendly and helpful. The grounds are well maintained, but trash pick up in the back could use some work.

They charge me an extra $5 after I already paid online for what I don’t know

It was cheap and you get what you pay for. No shampoo included which I find strange. The area is a little sketchy. As a man on a solo trip, it was ok but I wouldn’t bring a family here. Every time I went the bathroom at night there was a new roach in the bathtub for me to kill.

I booked a smoke room both times I booked and got a non smoke so they complained about it and required me to pay an extra 5$ for one bed. They tried to lie to me and tell me there's a pet fee for my less than 10 pound tea cup yorkie.

The room was sufficient and clean. The bed was comfortable and the property was in a very convenient area. The only negative was the slight smell of pets (kinda like wet dog) in the room but it’s likely due to allowing pets. It def wasn’t overbearing or a deal breaker. This was a good value for the price.

One German roach, a few gnats in the bathroom. The rooms next to the freeway have no sound protection at all. Woke up multiple times in the night due to loud aholes on the road. Overall, meh

For the budget minded, this place was very nice. The room was mostly remodled, clean and comfortable. For a weekly stay you normally don't get the room serviced daily but that was included here as well. The place was nice and quiet at night with no BS in the parking lot. Convienent gas station within walking distance. Not a place to vaction with family, but perfect for work.

It was a very clean comfortable place to stay, especially for the price. Front desk was very cheerful with easy checkin and checkout. I would definitely stay there again.

It was one of the worst experiences. I was watched and followed by people that lived there I was told that in order to have my room cleaned I had to leave, harassed by security and also the room had human feces on the shower curtain. Being discriminated against while I’m struggling single mom isn’t acceptable !

My room didn’t have a heater. The clerk warned me about because they had sold out of all the other 1 bedroom units by the time I arrived and said it would be fine, but my second night there was freezing without the heater. It was below 40F outside at night.

front desk provided excellent customer service and made my check in easy. The room was clean and very comfortable. It was very quiet at night and had no issues. I was very happy with my overall stay and will definitely be stay there again.

The internet was very poor, we talked with the front desk guys about it and they couldn’t figure out. Internet really make us leave the hotel and find a better one with the right and proper internet.

I did appreciate the fact that the room was clean. I have stayed in nicer places that haven’t been as clean. It also had a small fridge and microwave that were not listed in the room info. That was a nice plus, but it would have been more helpful to know in advance. The room and everything in it was older and a bit worn. The bath towels were very small so I recommend having 2 per adult. The mattress was also not that comfortable. I will say that the front desk staff were nice and helpful to me, but overall, it was a very average stay in a quite basic room.

My experience here was good for the most part. No noise issues or anything like that. I will say be careful with the bugs. If you dont close your door fast enough theyll come in. But then you have to be careful with the bathroom too be3they come out of there.
