    My room had a used towel, amd smelled musty. We turned the air on and the room never cooled off. However, when leaving my room my daughter noticed you could see right into the room by the door jam and door. So we looked at other doors to see if it was a one off and it turns out most doors on the floor were damaged and had a peek hole. The staff was friendly but the cleaning staff could use a bit of training.

    I liked nothing that's why I did not stay. From the outside the curtains were falling down from the windows. And when I got inside to see if I had prepaid. There was a person at the front desk complaining about her room condition. Gross

    The facility setup. Manager “Rocky”. The Chubby Lady was in an awful bad mood & told me because I overslept by 5 mins I wasn’t welcome back??? And that she would Not Apply my rewards points. When Mr Rocky asked her & all the staff to give me a fair chance. To move over. How long had I been at Studio… 5 years! She could use better social skills and her temper isn’t, & wasn’t pleasant at all. Painting was going on as well so, she could use a good talk. Reprimanded for her yelling at guest! And Bad, attitude. She acts like she may own the place I will not be back to this place for a while . Apologies accepted. Thank you kindly, Ms Donna Mills. Painting ect…

    While the room seemed clean, the trash from previous occupants was still in both trash cans. The sheets and towels were clean. The hallway smelt awful and wasn't thoroughly vaccumed. I stayed from Saturday night through Tuesday morning...Monday morning I was awaken by painters in the hallway next to my room. Things could have been worse but doubt I will stay here again.

    I travel often, and have never experienced such terrible “hospitality”. Additionally, they stated they would not reimburse me, still charged me a cancellation fee when they were the once who forced us out. This could’ve ended in a tragedy with an ambulance being called for support and the staff there couldn’t care less.

    The hotel is infested with cockroaches. The sheets were dirty with hairs, spilled food. The pull out bed had dirty sheets that had a tube of chapstick, a comb, and a wrapper inside. Owners/management seems to cater to mostly homeless people who are living in the hotel. We were kept up from midnight- 6 am from people stopping from the room above. If you are traveling, especially with children, you do not want to stay here. In 23 years of traveling, this tops on of the dirtiest, worst experiences ever. I liked nothing, awful experience

    The breakfast was ok except the bagels were very hard, very dry. Coffee was not in the breakfast room. You had to walk to the area next to front desk. The sausage, eggs were bery tasty. I had one bagel but couldn’t eat it. Everything else with stay was great.

    When i arrived on Friday 13,2026, the guy at the front desk gave me a room but the toilet didn't work. He offered me to use the plunger. Well, the toilet didn't even have water in it to use a plunger. Then, he offered me to sleep in a room with one bed. Well, there were 2 of us and we are Teachers on a business trip, not 2 women that sleeps together. He also wanted me to still stay in the room with 2 beds but walk down the hall and use the restroom. I paid for 2 beds and a room with a working restroom. I did not wanna come out me room with my pjs on using a restroom down the hall. I paid for 3 nights but only stayed 2. I ended up going to another hotel that Friday night. I wasn't accommodated or anything. On Saturday, i called the front desk for a refund and they kept telling me that the manager was out sick and wouldn't be in so i couldn't get a refund. So they called somebody out on Saturday to fix the toilet. Considering, i had already paid for this room and couldn't get a refund i went back on Saturday to finish my stay. Never got accommodated for that Friday that i didn't stay. I ended up haven't to still pay out of pocket for an extra night and still didn't get accommodated for Friday. The only thing that the lady that came in on Saturday said to me was if you're gonna give a bad review, just don't do one at all because it will reflect back on her. I just looked at her. In the meantime, i have paid for a hotel room that i couldn't even enjoy and you talking about a revi

    The room is clean but no room service throughout the time we were staying. The AC in my room was broken and made the room so hot in the night that we could not sleep. At 3 AM, we asked the front desk and help solving the problem. He admitted the AC broken but refused to do anything due to the rooms were fully booked. He gave no apology, no compensate. Instead he blamed us that we should tell him earlier about it if we want to switch room and we should request room service if we wanted to have it. We had no choice but checked out the hotel at 4 AM.

    That it was convenient to where I was going. I saw a roach in my room by the microwave. Only one but it made me and daughter very very nervous we checked everything. And the carpets need to be shampooed. And the air barely worked. We had to cut it on the lowest temp.

Gave my room away to another person who invaded our room. Asked for another room property denied my request. Contacted Expedia they took the property side and denied me a refund due to being the same race; and committed racial discrimination against in terms of a refund due to the inconvenience.

    The entire hotel smelled like marijuana and my 6 year old son had an asthma attack. We had to switch rooms and the smell was still disgusting and there were dogs barking all night. The staff is never at the desk and they all look miserable and half asleep. There is also a man living out of his truck in the hotel parking lot. It's not safe.

    Bed was comfortable and tv cable had good selections. The 24 hour coffee is terrible and it’s just instant on demand. Instant coffee never replaces freshly brewed Overall, hotel is very dated and it does not look like the pictures online. I don’t recommend staying here when there are so many other choices.

    Our family booked several rooms for a funeral. We spent a lot of time out at the pool/hot tub area. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. There was an attendent constantly refilling breakfast options and wiping things down. Very clean and friendly staff.

    The good thing is that toiletries were actually a real bar of soap and shampoo was an actual brand name bottle not the mystery bottles of stuff mounted to the wall in the shower. Additionally, when are hotels going to get rid of tubs and install standup showers? And no grab bars in the shower! I will not return!

    Absolutely would not recommend this hotel. Never coming back. The whole place is old, run-down, and dirty, with a terrible smell. The bathroom was disgusting. I didn’t even dare to use the shower. Worst of all, someone was banging on the door at 1 a.m., which felt very unsafe. Terrible experience, strongly not recommended!

    I feel that the hotel needs to upgrade. The building is very obviously and the rooms need serious upgrade. The electrical outlets were loose in the room. The furnishings are old and worn. The clost had a mirror door. The curtains in the rooms were filthy. We didnt even wanna touch them honestly. For the price its okay. But overall I wasnt comfortable there due to conditions of rhe room. They told me that the early check in fee is 15.00 when I called before we arrived. After we arrived theu changed it to 25.00. The parking lot had trash in them and alot of sketchy people hang outside at night.

    AVOID! I am not usually one to write a review good or bad. Although, I do tend to rely on them and probably should make it more of a habit. However, this is the first time, I have left a hotel early. We booked for 3 nights. Arrived the first night and check in was easy. The room was old but not too bad. It was missing the shower curtain, bath towels, and TV remote at a min. I stopped at the front desk and asked about those and was switched to a second room. It still had trash on the floor from a previous occupant. The hallway had an odor similar to that of drugs and both my son and I immediately started getting a headache. We tried to go to bed around 10pm but our new room, on the second floor, looked out over the pool area. Other guests were enjoying themselves in the pool and around it at least until midnight - I finally fell asleep at that point, exhausted enough to tune out the noise. Prior to going to bed, I passed a couple of the other guests (more likely residents) and did not feel safe. We ended up blocking the door to feel safer. Breakfast did not even look edible - we ended up going somewhere else and not risking it. We checked out and asked for a refund for the remaining 2 nights. I knew it would be hit and miss for the first night but the other was still 24hrs out. They refused - the sure stay promise is a lie! I wrote all my issues down since the desk clerk had a hard time understanding. He did not seem surprised at all and offered no apology.

    The room had no bath towels and hand towels when we checked in and they said they were running out of them when we asked for it. Also they charge you for water because you are not a best western member. the rooms the hallways the entrance everything is just smelly and dirty.

    Ill be seeking out this chain in my future travels. The daily rate was low for the area, the bed was extremely comfortable, excellent hot water and water pressure. I carry a travel blacklight and the room was VERY clean. Also checked out 3 hours late, and was only charged $25. Most hotels take half or full daily rate for late checkout. Very happy with my stay. Loved the lit mirror for applying makeup, towels were soft, pool and hot tub were clean with no chemical smell.

    This is the weirdest hotel stay I’ve ever had. This property has a german roach infestation and my room smelled like urine upon check in. I went to the desk to see about another room or cancelation and there was nobody there around 11 pm. There were hairs and stains in the sheets, handprints on the headboard, and thick white liquid dripping down the bedstands. The floors were incredibly sticky. They woke us up to change our mattress (not at my request) on my second day and took a good while before getting us sheets and pillows. There’s always noise on the first floor, even at 3-4 in the morning. The only reason we didn’t just leave was our arrival in the middle of the night and I didn’t notice the bugs in our room until the last day, but once I started looking for them they were everywhere. There was dog poop everywhere outside. I’d only stay here when desperate for a cheap room.

    We traveled to Plano for our daughter’s softball tournament and we have a one year old, 4 yr old and a 11 yr old and from the pictures online it looked like a nice place until we got there. The guy up front was very rude, when we went to go to our room the whole hallway smelt like marijuana, when we got into our room had mold at the top of the wall where the ac was, the bathtub was not clean and had mold on the faucet, the hair dryer in the room was disgusting. I asked for a different room and they moved us which the next room was cleaner but we did find a bug crawling in our bed and the hallway still smelt like marijuana. It was awful. Disgusting and will never go back

    First of we booked this place because of the gym equipment. And the free breakfast. Both were disappointing. The gym equipment was broken and rusty. It was missing handles for the cables and one side of the machine was missing the pin for the weight stack. So the gym was useless. The breakfast was nasty just looked at it. Then went to Denny's for the rest of the week. The hotel is old and outdated. The elevator is old and worn. The light fixtures in the restroom and the lamp in the room both had rust all over them. I wish I could post some photos on here. There was also a musty oder. A kind of a wet dog smell in the room. There were the kids of some of the guests running around the parking lot. Yelling and being loud playing at 10:00 pm. Nobody was telling them to shut up. People are trying to enjoy some TV and sleep. Besides that, the staff was courteous and the maids were Great. And the beds were comfortable. I will stay somewhere else next time.

    First off I was basically racially profiled because I look like another black guy that they had to ban from the hotel so I had to identify myself upon reentry after just leaving out of the front door and speaking to the front desk person who did not speak back to me or acknowledge that I even was there. Room service are room cleaning housekeeping service sucked my wife waited hours for towels and toilet paper and you have to let them know that you need the room made up you have to go downstairs to the front desk to make sure they do it hotel is outdated and there's a bit of riff Raff around the property I never want to give a property or business a bad review but the racial profiling top the cake. Sure it won't be staying at the sure stay more like unsure stay. More like sure don't stay. At least they don't have roaches or bed bugs that's the best thing I can say.

    Overall, I'd give this place a 7.5/10. When I first entered the room and went to the bathroom, there was a huge cockroach laying upside down in the bathtub. I'm not a fan of bugs so I just used water to flush it down the drain. Another issue is, I wish there was more variety of breakfast to eat, such as pancakes, having nutella available, other breakfast items like that -- this would have been great. Otherwise, this was my 2nd time staying here so I had no other issues. The staff, especially the guys named Manish and Prashant, were amazing! I loved their hospitality and how they went above and beyond to help me with what I needed.

    When we first entered the room, the smoke detector was hanging down off the ceiling by a wire. The hotel is in need of an upgrade but it's not terrible. The thing that bothered me the most is that I asked for an extra pillow for my room and they said that they didn't have any extra pillows. The staff wasn't very friendly and didn't seem to want to help.

    Theres no words,The tub was stoped up i still felt dirty,after a shower because all the water i was standing in after taking a shower,There was no breakfast ,in the morning the next following day ,And the only time i saw the house keepers is when it was time to checking out.The eggs looked fake when i finally got a chance to eat the final day upon checking out.No house keepers to clean my room doing my whole stay.The hot tub looked nasty in the inside .O I would never go back.

    The staff was courteous and available 24/7. I had a problem with a continuous blinking "message" light on the telephone and no one could explain why or turn it off. The solution offered was to cover the phone or unplug it; neither of which was suitable to me. Also, there was some type of "smart" mirror in the room above the desk that even when "off" still had control buttons that glowed all the time and there was apparently no way to turn off so impossible to sleep with the light they emitted. Again solution from front desk was to unplug the power cord. The bathroom toilet seat was loose and the room was just dated and the carpet needed a good shampooing as smells from use over time had stayed in the carpet.

    We were happy there the first night. T he second night we got back from dinner and the room was uninhabitable. The entire room smelled like stinky skunky pot. I have a heart disability and use an oxygenator machine 24/7, so this was especially dangerous for me. We immediately packed up and went to the front desk. The attendant told us that they could give us some Lysol, which is something else I'm not supposed to be around. She agreed that it probably from someone smoking pot. We booked a room at the local Holiday Inn, through Hotels.com of course. We were refunded $88 but I think that was for the 3rd night. This incident should have been handled differently.
