Its a remodeled hotel is what I thought. No issues. Would stay again.

Room is outdated and old. You get what you pay for. There are stains everywhere and food smell coming from the rooms. AC was cold and location was close to highway. Most likely not stay there again.

Beds were comfortable, rooms were cleaned. Towels had some stains and were discolored. Went for breakfast at 8 there was just waffles, bread, cereal, and some yogurts the orange/apple juice machine spits out a bunch of water so it’s all watered down. The second floor smells bad once you get off the elevator. Only parking on one side of hotel and front.

The breakfast was not good. The coffee was tasted terrible. The room was smelled smoking cigarette despite I book non-smoking room. The room was beside the elevator, and it made a noisy sound when the elevator was up and down.

Good breakfast, had cereal, coffee, yogurt, bananas, toast. The toilet paper was see through so be sure to bring your own or pick up some from the dollar store. Nice room that included a fridge and microwave.

The AC wasn't on ahead of time, which normally is ok, but Texas in May is no joke. It took me HOURS to cool the room down, and then it was intermittent at best. Finally got fully comfortable the night before I left.

I woke up this morning and there was no hot water, so we left without being able to take a shower.

Didn’t eat breakfast. Parking was dismal. 2nd floor hallway smelt like pot. Very strong. Lighting in the room was terrible. Very dark gloomy rooms and it smelt strange. Pile of crap car in the parking lot with flat tires. Hard to get to hotel. Had to drive through another parking lot to get there. Do not recommend.

Falsely represented having breakfast. Coffee and a packaged mini-danish. Claimed to be a "temporary" condition due to licensing "issue". Barely adequate elevator and no interior stairs.

Showed up today and had to go through three rooms with all the beds horrible saturated with pee and there was one room that had bug bugs I checked out

Very nice spacious room and a very nice bed. Adjustable air conditioning so I could get the room at the temperature I like and would recommend this hotel to anybody.

The room was great, the staff at this desk that night lacked a little experience but got the job done. There was a severe wind storm that night and it whistled through the window window which was pretty annoying.

There is zero sound proofing in this hotel. We could hear every footstep in the floor above us, the lobby and hallway. There were children playing in the lobby being loud around 1-2am every night. It seems like none of the doors have dampeners, because you can hear every door slam shut and echo through the hall anytime anyone entered or exited their room in our hall. Additionally, there was a loud sound of water cutting on and off all hours of the day. We also had bugs crawling around in our bed and floor and the baseboards in the bathroom were caked in grime and looked like they had never been cleaned. It may be a cheap hotel but I recommend spending the extra $10 a day to stay somewhere else because you will not have a restful stay here.

Watch out for the bath tubs. I've never seen a tub so slick. Slipped and fell out of the tub and bust my face on the tile. I told the front desk girl and she responded with "oh I'll let them know"

I stayed 4 nights but I doubt they have changed the towels and bedsheets a single time. Due to smell I was not feeling comfortable and was not able to sleep properly. Second day I asked about to change the atleast pillow cover then they only changed it. Rest I believe they just properly arrange amd fold the stuffs towel and bed sheets that’s it. Good thing: There was no coffee maker inside the room, I asked about it and they have provided. Breakfast was ok 👍.

If in Plano again I would stay there.

The breakfast was ok. No protein. The only hot food was a waffle. The lobby constantly smelled like weed and body odor. The pool was filled with concrete, so do not look forward to that either.

I like the bed that I can really relax and sleep, but I don't like is the water shower is not very good even though the hot water is not very good, the water is not stronger when coming out. The morning breakfast not too much choice that I can choose.

A/C system and fridge NOT working!

This property needs to be updated for the price they are charging for the rooms. Halls smelled like weed, person at front desk was barely there. Soda machine outdated. Hot tub n shower had dead flies. Was here for graduation party in town and I will never come back to this place.

Good location right of the hwy. Checked in late and was very accommodated by the front desk. Was surprisingly VERY clean. Kudos to housekeeping, kept it very clean during stay. Did miss their breakfast but heard good things. Only thing is that their ev charge is quite costly with low current.

The sheets were dirty, the breakfast was less than average. There was no fresh breakfast such as eggs, bacon, toast, etc. The juice was watered down and the coffee was as though it had sat there for days. For the price of the stay it was not worth it.

I arrived earlier than my reservation allowed, my fault and no one else’s, but in his explanation the gentleman laughed in my face about it instead of trying to find a resolution. Mind you it was 1 in the morning and I’d been driving for hours. When I returned the following day, check in was incredibly smooth, but the room smelled of urine and the bathroom smells like an ashtray. The doc I signed mentioned the property is smoke free. . . Not so much. The room is equipped with what’s needed for a quick stay, but I won’t be returning. Only here to not waste the money I’d already spent.

The management called me twice to confirm my room and then threatened to give my room away if I wasn’t there in 20 minutes. I offered to pay for the room over the phone and he declined. I will not be back to this hotel

Nice place to stay. Hotel sits back from Busy Hwy 75. Very little road noise. Location is near to everything. Only problem I experienced was the refrigator needs replaced. Water pressure in shower could be better. Staff SUPER friendly. Would stay again.

The room was standard, had a lot of space, comfortable beds. Room service was good, great little fridge. TV was in the room. But not a lot to choose from, that was okay , we were not there to watch TV. The woman who was at the front desk in the morning was so nice. Breakfast was cereal and or waffles, coffee, juice ,milk. You got full. Husband and I both said its not a 10, more like 6 but would stay again..

I didn’t like the fact that when we got into our room the door was wide open and the latch was broken other. When down for a new room for the inconvenience but overall it was an okay stay.

It was a good stay. The bathroom could have been cleaned a little better in the corners. They need better handicap accessories that will hold any size of person. Breakfast was ok but not alot was offered. No eggs or breakfast meat. We would stay here again.

Pool wasnt filled. Breakfast was either waffles or cereal. Not a lot of seating options for breakfast. Room was not made up when we entered. Was given another room that was supposed to have a king and pullout -- no pullout. Had to wait 30 minutes to have first room made up. (We arrived at 8:30pm after driving 12 hours. They came in and cleaned the 2nd day, emptied trash, but d9dnt make up beds.

Next room over woke is at 6am fighting and slamming door

The staff was not friendly. Only the one at the check out was friendly. the tub was very slippery. No water or ice available. very poor breakfast. the a/c was not working properly. I was expecting more as this is a Days Inn by Wyndham.

You get what you pay for. I stayed a week for work and tried to go cheap and that's what I got. Stains on every sheet,blanket and towel. The rooms have been recently renovated so they are not bad. Don't count on much for breakfast, cereal, fruit, and small muffins.

Front desk were very nice

The room beside us blared music and were doing rap battles until 4am. When I complained the desk said they had no other rooms. Then a couple came in and paid for a room. Also the people in room smoked so much weed it billowed into mine and hallways. I got three hours of sleep. Worst hotel experience ever and they didn’t care

Staff over the top helpful. Very clean I love rooms without carpet. Bed very comfortable. Lamps at desk and by bedside perfect. Walking distance to restaurants. Quit. Enjoyed my stay just one night will stay here again. The only request is to have some kind of protein at breakfast thank you for the fruit.

I stay at the hotel on a regular basis. The staff has always been curious and extremely helpful. The rooms are always very clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Everything inside was clean and ok for the price. just don’t get room 116 or you get to listen to some type of pump going off every minute or two for about 4 seconds or so.

Had a very pleasant stay at Days Inn, Plano, Tx. Not very pleased with the breakfast offered at the hotel but that did not really bother us that much as there’s plenty of places to go for breakfast nearby. We would definitely come back and stay again with this hotel for other trips in the future when we’re visiting family in Plano.

This is the best days inn I have ever stayed. Renovated, clean and quiet. The check in staff was a very polite young man. Breakfast is ok. Great location with lots of eateries and grocery stores. You won’t go hungry.

Breakfast is awesome and I/We felt in love the bathroom and the outside view by the pool and the staff were very friendly and helpful and we mostly enjoyed our stay!
