The hotel itself is incredibly old and outdated, with zero maintenance. To make matters worse, breakfast was basically non-existent: just some juice, milk, and two boxes of donuts that looked like they were bought the day before because they were completely stale and shriveled up. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The guy working the counter was so unwelcoming and very rude. I wasn’t even in my room 20 minutes and i decided to leave. And didnt get a refund. I paid for a room i didnt even stay in because i felt so un welcomed.

The room had a mildew/moldy smell that someone tried to cover with incense. The “free breakfast” didn’t exist and the place as a whole smelled of weed, incense, and mold. Do not waste your money here truly it is disappointment after disappointment.

Nothing I didn’t even stay 20 minutes. I left because the customer service made me feel so unwelcome. I didn’t even want to stay there after the way I was treated. I slept in my car that night. The guy working the counter was so unwelcoming and very rude. I wasn’t even in my room 20 minutes and i decided to leave. And didnt get a refund. I paid for a room i didnt even stay in because i felt so un welcomed.

The rooms were very clean, employees were very courteous and they went the extra mile to assist me with Uber. Great selection of ontray breakfast and not far from the shopping area. Five minutes ride. Cant beat that Deal.

An individual identifying themselves as the manager asked me to pay an extra amount per day when I went to check in. Based on his wording, it was a suggested charge. When I inquired further about it, I was offered a 30-minute early check in in exchange for the fee. He explained that the fee was to offset fees and rates incurred from my booking through a third party. I refused to pay this fee but it made me wary my entire trip and had that damper hang over my stay.

Terrible. Extra service charge if you use Expedia, extra charge per person, coffee maker was broken so no coffee in the morning, alarm clock randomly making noises in the middle of the night. Save your money.

Staff was friendly, I had to fix a clogged toilet, sink drained slow, light switch didn't work, come back from work and my door was open, didn't find anything missing. Hope next weekend is better

It was hot in the room at first. There was trash under the beds. The shower head was unclean. The customer service rep charged me a $12 service fee because I used a 3rd party booking site. So I basically paid full price for the room. They also wouldn't give us enough towels for thw amount of people in the room. There was 3 people and we would've had to use the towels then go down stairs and switch them out

Blankets was dirty/Marks on blanket. Oven was not working. TV was not working. Breakfast. I saw clearance tags on the donuts boxes. After all the above things. They Charged extra $30 per night in the name of service charges.

Unfortunately, the problems didn't end there. The room itself was subpar. The AC was so loud it was impossible to sleep, and the bathroom door didn’t even lock. On top of that, the room had a terrible smell, making it even harder to get any rest. I honestly couldn't sleep the entire night. To make matters worse, there was another couple at the reception counter going through the exact same issue—they were also asked to pay extra because they booked through a third-party site. This seems like a shady practice to me, and it feels like they’re trying to take advantage of people. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Asked me if I will be willing to pay $10 more for an upgrade to 2 queen beds room even though I placed the order for a 2 queen beds room. When I refused to pay extra they then said that I have to pay $50 for deposit which is unfriendly to me. It took six days for the credit to show up in my credit card.

The hotel was better then I was expecting. The room and bed sheets felt clean and over all was good, I was not disappointed with how hotel felt. Although for a smoke free building it certainly smelt like previous people had smoked in it. The real issue I had was the surprise $20 fee I was charged for booking through hotels.com instead of directly through them. I am not sure if I missed that detail when I was booking it, but was still an unexpected addition to what would have been a pretty cheap hotel stay.

They charge extra at the counter if you book through a 3rd party service. The free "breakfast" was just old donuts that were rock hard as well as hot milk and stale cereal. There was no toaster, no cooler to keep anything cold. Almost forgot... There was one rotten banana if you were feeling adventurous. Don't stay here. Even if there are no other vacancies. Horrible experience.

Beware/Be careful. This hotel will charge you 15.99 a night in extra charges because you booked with a 3rd party. When Expedia calls them to ask about it they will tell Expedia that it’s “service fees/room upgrade.”

The property manager asked me to pay $16 (other than $50 for the deposit) and he said it is because I booked through Expedia rather than Wyndham!!! Later when the Expedia agent contacted him, he told him that the fee was for late check-in. He literally lied either to me or to the agent!

I had the worst experience of my life staying here for 4 nights to attend my graduation. I booked paid on expedia to stay here from thursday to Monday. I arrived Friday early morning to checkin. They asked for security deposit which i gave cash. Then they said they'd charge extra 15usd per night because i booked on expedia. I have never heard of such. This information was not written anywhere on their listing on expedia or even on their website. I reached out to expedia who called them, then they agreed to waive it. Unknown to me, they already decide to not return my 50usd deposit. Couple with the fact that i had a terrible experience with the management, one of which is named "Sonny", the property smells like smoke and the rugs smells like its never been washed. Early morning on Monday, i was ready to checkout. Met Sonny at the lobby, i handed him the room key. He refused to return my deposit on the excuse that a used face towel was dirty. He called the police to threaten me and i had to leave becaise i had a flight to catch that morning. I have informed the expedia to retrieve my deposit from them and i hope they will do the needful. This is my personal experience and i can only warn you not to go warn this property. They trick people into booking online only to request for more money on your arrival. Be safe y'all.

Manager was rude and insisted that I pay for another day before I leave to go to the hospital to see my daughter. I checked in after midnight and had to go to the hospital about 8 am and he asked me what time would I return? I stated, I was unsure 🤔. But I Did have a cash deposit put up and my husband was still in the room. I also let him know that I would take care of it when I return. But he insisted that I had to pay before I left!!! I feel like that was totally out of line... I felt that he also done that because we're from out of state... They charge you a $50 deposit at the time of check in, which is not disclosed when booking. They then check the room in the morning prior to check out and return of deposit. They also charge you an extra $15 (nonrefundable) at the time of check in when using a 3rd party app like Expedia. They do allow early check ins, however, they charge an extra $10 per hour. They have no plugs to connect cell phones. The manager advised me to look for a "spare" outlet or "just inplug something". No visible outlets so I would have had to look behind something. Overall I would not rebook again.

Dated facility. Lavatory faucet handle worn out. PTAC a/c unit lacks contineous fan option to off and on all night made for disruptive sleep. Walking around in room above quite audible. Place is okay. Not dirty but charged a $50 deposit to room on card instead of just keeping card on file in case of incidentals.

I should have read the reviews before booking this motel. Because it was a Wyndham property I thought it would be passable for a couple of days. First, they would not honor the pre-paid rate I booked on Expedia. To say some of the staff is rude is an understatement. They advertise that breakfast is included but I don’t consider a stale donut breakfast. The motel is in need of repair. The furniture is old and outdated. The room had a mildew smell. And the toilet backed up. I actually received a call from the front desk telling us not to use too much toilet paper. There was not enough hot water for a quick shower. But this is the kicker-one morning I received a hysterical phone call from the front desk-I think the employee was Sonny-saying he had gone into our room while we were out and the room reeked of urine and we would have to move out immediately and pay a cleaning fee. He also asserted that my husband smelled of urine. I can assure you that my husband is toilet trained and does not smell of urine. No, do not stay here.

It was dirty, refrigerator wasnt working and stunk when opened. Comforter was dirty woth multiple stains and cigarette burns on it. Room smelt like cigarettes and was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. I was supposed to be there 3 days. I cancelled 2 days and Orly stayed the first night because it was late and i did not want to try to find another room.

During check in, the guy at the front desk asked me to pay an additional $5 because I was having company over 12oclock. Which I didn’t understand. Then, fast forward to going to my room let’s just say there is no air in the highways nor in the elevator they have fans all through the place. Going into my room, they had the air conditioner off so it was mighty hot in there , with a little of a smell. Cool I brushed that off by turning on the A/C and leaving for bout 15 mins to let it cool down. While I was laying down sleep I felt something crawling on me and let’s just say it was a COCKROACH, yes I said it COCKROACH. i instantly got up to make sure I wasn’t going crazy or anything and I wasn’t the big was crawling up the way. Going to let the front desk person know and he tells me that it’s nothing he can do. I showed him a video of the bug crawling up the way and he goes to say what would you like for me to do. So I asked him for a refund and he told me to call Hotel.com to get my refund I did that just for this guy to tell the agent at hotels.com that I lied about a COCKROACH being in my room when he seen the video. Then goes to say I never showed him the video. YALL PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. EVEN A LADY THAT IS STAYING THERE TOLD ME THAT I WASNT LYING ABOUT THE FACT THAT THEY HAVE COCKROACHES PROBLEMS RIGHT ALONE WITH BED BUGS.
