Very nice hotel near the train station. Great staff and great ocean view from our balcony. Breakfasts were really excellent (lots to choose from—be sure to ask for eggs). Within walking distance to a very nice area with shops and restaurants. you will have to take a train or bus to Sorrento—-the staff will give you a ride to the station

The stuff were so nice and welcoming, they helped us with anything we needed. the view was amazing, and all the of the hotel facilities exceed our expectations! the breakfast was great and the room was clean. highly recommended if you planning to rent a car for the Amalfi coast but visiting Sorrento only for cupule of nights, they have plenty of parking spots around the hotel. it's a bit far from the center of the city, but we had a rental car and its a short drive

Great spot and views are stunning. Staff were really welcoming and helpful (they dropped me to the bus stop for transfer to Naples airport after I checked out!). Building is a little older, but was very clean and everything comfortable. Some lovely restaurants / pizzerias nearby. Handy to train station where the train was only 4 mins to Sorrento. Great value for money (when compared to Sorrento).

The hotel front office staff were great, nothing was too much trouble, etc directions, additional items required for the room and even different room options. Liked the personal touch at breakfast. Beautiful location. The hotel could do with modernisation, however it does have character.

The view is nice if you get a sea view room Old furniture, old everything in the room, but in a bad way. Very poor supplies for bathroom, no place to put things in there. Not recommended.

Please note this review is for the Britannia Hotel (same company) we were transferred to. Firstly, all the staff here were wonderful, and couldn't have been more responsive, helpful and charming, getting our stay in Italy off to a great start. We had a spacious, super clean room with seaview balcony from where we could see Vesuvius. We enjoyed the welcome jacuzzi and lovely terrace and it was nice to be able to have a drink, hot or cold during the day. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food with again, very lovely staff. The wifi was excellent. Also great was the location with a bus stop right outside with 15min journey into Sorrento centre or station, and a very reasonably priced and lovely restaurant about three doors away. Very highly recommended. We would have loved if the jacuzzi had been available after 6.00pm as well.
