Hotel Cosmomare

I loved that the hotel started on the 5th floor. Great views from our balcony and the restaurant. Very easy to find, great signage.

We bookd room with mountain view, friendly staff ofer us sea view and the view was perfect. location of the hotel is excelent. Staff 10/10. very pleasent hotel there is no balcony in the rooms

I didn't like that I had to leave.

The view from the balcony was fantastic The unit claims to have air-conditioning, but the AC was shut down for their winter season, we were there early October and it was still warm and the AC would’ve been nice. Also, the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Everything else was great. Our unit was very clean and staff were pleasant

VIEW EXCELLENT

The property’s location is decent, and the ocean view is definitely a highlight. However, it’s farther from the ferry terminal than we expected. We had to take a taxi from the ferry, which cost €35. One major issue was the payment for the city tax. The staff insisted on cash only and wouldn’t accept Apple Pay or credit card, which was very inconvenient since we didn’t have enough cash on hand. I had to go find an ATM just to pay the tax — which felt unreasonable. Also, there were no clear directions to the elevator, which is extremely small — it barely fits two people. There were no instructions on how to use it either, so I ended up walking all the way to the fifth floor, exhausted and confused upon arrival.

The room comes with the balcony and a very spacious room. It was a great location and the staff was really, really very helpful. They provided and explained with the map and how to travel. Excellent support from the team. Kudos and thank you. Location is amazing. A kettle in the room should have been a help for some late night coffees and snacks if we want.

We had a great time staying here because it was quiet and well located to Sorrento. The room was a good size and it had excellent views of the harbor and sea. There was plenty of restaurants and a beach within walking distance of the hotel. The staff were helpful and breakfast was good. Nothing.

Great location for a relaxing time away from the heavy crowds but close enough to all the great attractions like Capri, Pompeii, Amalfi, Napoli.

The front desk staff were very friendly, and helpful. Angela was very knowledgeable and professional. The view was stunning. You have to walk 30 min from downtown Sorrento, however, the streets are so lovely to walk through.

My sister and I very much enjoyed our stay here. The view from our room was spectacular, and the location perfect for us. It was a short walk to the station to us get into Sorrento. The staff was especially kind and helpful in terms of booking a boat tour for us, as well as transportation. We had a great trip!

We had a very pleasant time here. The room was clean and tidy, and it was as comfortable as living at home. The staff always greeted us with a smile and actively communicated and solved any problems. The breakfast was also very delicious. The view from the sea view room was amazing!

This family run hotel felt like a cozy home away from home. We were so impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. Angela, Stefania and others staffs were accommodating, friendly, and helpful. We booked a balcony room with breathtaking sea view which was spacious, beautiful and clean. We loved relaxing and winding at the balcony with drinks and cocktails after a long day excursion and sightseeing. Strongly recommend book your home away from home now with Cosmomare while you in Sorrento.

We had a lovely room with a balcony! Our view was amazing of the ocean, hawk in the tree and sunsets! The Breakfast room had the same amazing view. The food and coffee were good but no hot food was offered which was fine for me. The room was cleaned everyday. The Hotel is up on the fifth floor which was why the view was so amazing. The Elevator is small but worked very well. We booked a tour of Positano, Amalfi Coast and lunch in Ravello with the hotel and it was amazing. There are a few restaurants close by. The Train station is about a 10 minute walk. So easy to go to Sorrento or Naples/Pompei. I walked into Sorrento one day and it took about 35 minutes. Our area (Piano di Sorrento) was a little quieter than Sorrento but the price was great!

It was good location and safe & quiet. Extremely beautiful view and staff Antonio, Maria, Angela and Stefania were all super helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. Here are photos of the hotel view
