Everything was good The room had no window, and they charged me €1.50 for a bottle of water. Raise the room rate, but don't make me pay for a bottle of water.

Good place in Sorrento, the hotel is incredible and the staff as well. They have a very complete breakfast. Our shower was blocked and the location is not in Sorrento but in Piano, but you can get there by train.

The parking and the staff Asked for another bed sheet since the blankets had no cover. The receptionist checked with the general manager and told us that he refused to give us the additional sheet and that we will manage. The location is far from the center, had to drive there 13 min and find parking every time.

Nice room and bathroom, continental breakfast, close to some options of pizzeria. Stairs to reach the room. Regarding transportation, there is a bus stop in front of the hotel but we rarely see any bus there

It was very good value for money . The bed was very comfortable. The shower bracket was broken, it had a temporary repair but that was broke too. Felt as though we were being watched by reception staff whilst eating breakfast as in same room.

the food, coffee is good, not crowded location with very big parking lot with extra fee just next to the accommodation my room has no window, so there is no view to see

The property was very nice but they did not have shampoo in the room to wash hair. The only issue is we had a problem with the lock of the room but or else everything was okay

Great location for visiting Sorrento, only 2 stops away. Close to shore line. The staff was very helpful. Great breakfast.

The room and terrace were great. The restaurant opposite is fantastic if you like meat and there is a lovely bar a short walk away to watch the sunset and drink a glass of wine. The staff were also very accommodating and we would stay again. It was easy to get around by bus or train. We couldn’t leave our bags early as reception is shut between 11 and 3. We would have liked fresh juice e.g. fresh orange juice at breakfast, but realise this might just be us.

The property location is perfect. 5 minute walk to Piano di Sorrento Marina, 12 minute walk to Piano di Sorrento train station. Close to good restaurants as well. The small shower

The unexpected veranda was lovely, staff were very helpful and offered assistance wherever they could. Choices at breakfast were good and everything was fresh. Nothing, we were more than happy with everything.

Good hotel, conveniently located in Piano di Sorrento at 12 minute walk to train station. Breakfast offered sweet and savoury options. Big bed. Nice view from corridor. A bit dated.
