Hotel Klein Wien

The room was very good and the view was exceptional. The breakfast was very well set up with just about everything covered. I would recommend this place to anyone that is visiting Sorrento. just outside the Sorrento with easy access to the train station. I do not have anything negative to say.

Very nice folk and flexibility and great views. When there are groups in it can be quite the adventure and wasn’t expecting that many kids. Just a heads up it is what it is when it is.

Location was perfect. No internet though it was something that they said the whole town was suffering. No parking (street parking is not easily found as described. Under construction and no info given!

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They speak many languages. The roof top terrace has an astonishing view. The breakfast is very good for the price. Not a very big selection of goods, but everything is fresh and high quality. The location is also good, 5 mins walk to piano port (Ferry to Capri) and 15 min walk away from Piano train station

If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! Yes, the building is older, but its charm, the fantastic location, and—most of all—the wonderful people who work there more than make up for it. You truly get what you pay for, and in this case, it was worth every euro. From the very beginning, communication was smooth and helpful. The staff made a genuine effort to accommodate our needs. We were even able to upgrade to a sea-view room, and the view was simply amazing—it made our stay even more special. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, with enough variety to start your day right. It’s not fancy, but everything was fresh, clean, and well-prepared. The manager and front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. On the day we were leaving, we couldn’t find a taxi—but the staff kindly drove us to the train station themselves. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and we appreciated it more than words can say. We stayed for 9 nights, and not once did we regret our choice. I’m genuinely happy we chose Hotel Klein Wien, and I would definitely return.

Views were absolutely incredible and the balcony was very spacious, staff were super friendly and attentive :)

Great terrace view, highly recommend having dinner at the restaurant or the free breakfast there. The room was simple and about 5 km from Sorrento centre, but the price and view was exceptional.

Big room Mouldy bathroom - other people’s clothes left in the room - balcony door doesn’t lock - towels don’t dry - restaurant not open - breakfast in pizzeria poor

The location and the view was awesome. The bed sheets seem dirty. And there was no hot water in the shower. The breakfast is okay.

lovely location. Great view from Balcony. Evening food was good in Restaurant or Bar downstairs. But found the Breakfast poor. unless you went down very early around 7.30 there was no food replenished. It looked dry and cold. Not much choice and same each day.

The view was incredible. Welcoming staff, comfortable beds and tasty breakfast with various options. On the second day of our stay there was a heavy rain and the entire floor in the bathroom was covered with water (photo attached). Also there was no hot water in the bathroom, just slightly warm.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with a stunning location. The train station was only a 5 minute walk away. The breakfast was fine, and the staff polite and very friendly. The stay was extremely enjoyable, and we would certainly stay there again. The accommodation represented very good value for money in the Sorrento area. Just a point for travellers with a car, parking is not on-site, and the area can be busy and therefore convenient parking at certain times may be problematic. We enquired about a taxi to take us the port on the day of our departure, and was informed that we should do this at breakfast the following morning. This turned out to be incorrect. The problem however was quickly resolved by the manager.

Breakfast very good with eggs, sausagges, bacon, pastries, croassants, fruits, yogurt, cereals, coffee, juce. Excelent view from the balcony, and from the breakfast restaurant. Very large room with confortable beds. Near the beach, and the port. Personal helpfull and very sweet. Nothing
