Me and my friends loved this property!! Perfect for 2 and perfect location. Breakfast was amazing and always felt welcomed. Staff were all friendly and amazing and quick to offer a hand!

The views from this property are incredible. They have a garden area out back that backs up to the water where you can see the water. The place itself was so clean. The breakfast was incredible and the staff was so kind! N/a

The staff were very amicable, friendly, and welcoming throughout the stay. The views were impressive, and the garden areas were beautiful, relaxing, and well kept. It was a very nice place to chill and unwind. Although I did not use the pool, it looked really nice, especially for a hot day. The pool café and bar were also a pleasant surprise, with very good lunch options at better prices than the main restaurant. The room was cleaned every day, and the cleanliness was excellent. The property overall feels well maintained, and you can tell the gardeners and staff put a lot of effort into keeping the grounds looking nice. The room size was my main complaint. The bungalow felt very small, especially compared to the porch, which was almost twice the size of the room but mostly empty and not very usable. It felt like the space could have been designed much better. The lighting in the room was also not great. There were only two lights plus the bathroom light, so the room felt quite dark at night. However, it became very bright in the morning because there were no proper shades on the windows. Air circulation was another issue. The bathroom really needs a fan because it gets very muggy after taking a shower. The room could also use more shelves, hooks, or furniture to place luggage, clothes, and personal items. The dinner restaurant was okay, but overpriced for the quality. I ate there a couple of times, and the food was not the best. Some dishes were undercooked, and the options felt limited. In my opinion, the food at the pool café was much better and more reasonably priced.

Absolutely clean, comfortable bed! Need a few hangers on wall to put on coat for example. And unfortunately we had to have a packed breakfast.... That was a disaster! 2 slice of bread, inside 2 slice of tomato and a tired looking salad leaves...no butter or salami... My friend requires a gluten free food...and she will much happier if she gets a muffin, croissant and a mini jam with it! But must say when we were able to sit in for breakfast there was enough choices. And the rose orange juice was brutal nice!! Five star!

It was close to piano di Sorrento Station, easy to travel to Sorrento Center. The rooms were comfortable and the personal was very very nice! They took us with the luggage to de station when we leave The breakfast was pretty basic but not bad at all

The staff/reception was very friendly and helpful at checkin. The grounds of the property and the garden are lovely. The property is not in Sorrento town or close to it, which we didn't realize when we booked this place and we didn't have a car. My room was cleaned well - there were hairs and leftover tissues in the bathroom from the previous stay and one of my bath towels had a red mark that looked like blood. :(

Dinner timings mentioned on the reception were 7-10:30pm but the kitchen was closed at 9 only. It was 15 min walk from the train station. Pool was open only from 10 in the morning.

Fresh and convenient room with terrace. Great communication with staff and stunning view. Breakfast was awesome. Nothing

I had a great stay here. My room was clean and had great air conditioning, which was amazing. The staff was really nice. Everyone was friendly. Cobwebs could have been cleaned better. It would be nice if there was a do not disturb sign for rooms, as I did not want someone to clean my room.

The property itself is beautiful. Wonderful setting overlooking the bay of Napoli. Very nice pool, with a pool bar (pool attendant, big Napoli supporter, was awesome - I think his name Gianmichele maybe?), restaurant where breakfast and dinner are served was very nice as well. Nice location, a bit outside of Sorrento, but with really nice beaches and restaurants close by. Nice breakfast (but some daily variation is always good :)) Wasn’t a very warm welcome at check-in like we’d had in other areas of Italy. The room I was in was quite basic. First impression, having to struggle with the door scraping the floor was disappointing. The bathroom floor got totally soaked by the shower (shower “box” only has glass blocking half of the shower!), and there was nowhere to hang towels either. Also, charging for parking just feels like we’re getting nickel and dimed- just include the parking in the room rate!

Isn’t a great location.

The steak house gusto which is half block away was best meal on a month long trip. Don't miss it!!

Location is not great if you don't have a car. Public transportation is not good to go to the location. And we couldn't find where or when the busses pass. You need to walk 15 minutes from the train station. If you want to go to the sorrento port, taxi might be the best option and it can take 15 mins I guess(we didn't use it). If you use the train to go to sorrento port, considerind the train hours and walking distances, it can take up to an hour or a little more than an hour. There are also electric bikes to rent, but they were a bit pricey.

Everything was fantastic! The accommodation - small individual cabins/bungalows/villas (only approx 50) - no large buildings with hundreds of rooms - so it did not feel overcrowded. Hotel grounds are expansive, very well kept, with stunning views of the sea and mountains. The pool - large and clean with enough loungers and umbrellas, never overcrowded. Although we did not travel with pets it is lovely to see that the hotel is pet friendly - all the dogs seemed very relaxed and comfortable - so did all the adorable local cats! All staff (reception / restaurant / pool area / cleaners / maintenance) very polite, helpful and friendly. We especially liked Valentina (pool area) and Natalia (cleaner). The food was lovely (a bit pricey, but similar to all nearby restaurants). Any minor issues that we had were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Our front door handle broke but was fixed within minutes, our friends' minibar was not cooling - it was replaced immediately... The location is very convenient to settle if you want to explore other areas - Sorrento, Capri, Pompeii, Amalfi Coast (Positano, Amalfi, Atrani, Ravello, Minori etc) We are DEFINITELY coming back to repeat and expand on this wonderful experience. The photos on the website do not do it justice - everything has exceeded our expectations! Sopramare Resort - thank you for having us!!!! Can't think of anything negative to mention....

The reception staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They responded quickly to WhatsApp messages, were always a pleasure to talk to, and ready to help. The pool was great and clean an clean. The rooms were large and in good condition with all the necessities. The restaurant for dinner the first night was quite pricey and we had to wait a very long time for our food. The breakfast was okay but it was the same selection every day so it got quite repetitive. There are two restaurants across the road: Retro Bottega and Gusto, both of which are better and more affordable options if you want to eat out!

Good: - nice garden, nice location - good bathroom products - good breakfast - great pool and great beach nearby Bad: - very bad house - you had to use AC all nights otherwise you get extremely hot, basically the house is like a hut , and AC blows directly to the kids beds - kids beds are a mess, 90cm width size and cheap structure, one being 2 cm from ground, very uncomfortable - 200 euro for a night is overvalued for this tiny house even with the good location and breakfast

It’s very neat and clean it’s resort vibes The bikes they have has nothing to do with the property just don’t take them they are for rent we did 4 blocks the bikes stopped working right away turn off alarm would sound non stop since we roof it out just bad. The porch area is bigger than the room itself,

Everything about our stay was excellent—from the super friendly and helpful staff to the high-quality breakfast each morning. The property was beautiful and well maintained, with comfortable rooms that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. N/A
