Great value and very clean.very nice staff

This hotel is wey well located and offers nice amenities and views of the Bay of Naples from the sundeck. The lady at the desk was super nice and helpful. Breakfast had yummy choices and free parking in the courtyard a real plus.

Staff members were very helpful and nice, breakfast was good, and plus that there were gated parking. Location was ok, but street is very busy. Everything is old, furniture falling apart: the bunk bed almost collapsed as my son attempted to sleep on it, other bed was wiggly and squick every time you turn , air conditioner leaked water down the wall and made a puddle on a floor (we told the front desk they come and turn it off ) , it was too hot in a room (4 of us without air conditioner running. The shower leaked all over the floor as you take a shower because shower cabin has a gap between wall and shower and doors aren’t shut well, so water leaks all over. Towels looks gray (as whiteness lost, not smelling good) No soap was given, likely I had my own . After I told them about all of that issues they haven’t done nothing and still charged us whole price for a night. Never return and do not recommend unless you desperate . Food for breakfast was ok. Tasty coffee .

We liked the spacious room, large shower, rooftop terrace with sea view, excellent breakfast, and private parking. Facilities were outdated but functional; the toilet flush was fixed with lubrication, but the room smelled like chemicals all night due to it.

Friendly staff. It was a comfortable place and a charming one as well.

We had several issues while there, some to do with the room, others of our own cause, the staff were polite, helpful and kind at all times, and the things they could help with were sorted without fuss while we were out for the day. Very professional. Great breakfast! Room was really spacious, had a high ceiling and functioning air con! Beds were comfy. Fridge was incredibly useful for chilling large bottle of water. TV was small but smart. Shower Room was clean and tidy. View from the balcony was beautiful! Local grocery shop owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, as was the train station attendant in helping us buy the right, cheap, tickets and inform us of which platform etc 10 mins walk from the beach, wish we'd remembered coins to pay for the shuttle bus back up the slope though! It was not a quiet location. The first night we were exhausted so we fell asleep anyway, despite the sangria party right beloe our window. It was loud enough to drown out the movie. The second night we managed to ignore the karaoke from a nearby venue. Didn't spoil our trip, but might if I'd had young children. Not close to facilities. Small Spar and grocery shop (lovely owners!), one pizzeria and a restaurant specialising in meat. The hotel kitchen closed at noon, so when we returned after having eaten a slice of pizza for lunch we were a bit at a loss for dinner. Again, not a deal breaker, just be aware.

This location was beautiful and helpful. I loved the location.

I enjoyed the properties cleanliness and location. We were able to walk to the beach in 10 min. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony. N/A

Very clean and the staff was very friendly

Beautiful chapel onsite, the hotel is a converted convent, the chapel is s peaceful place to pray and meditate, would make a great wedding venue! Driving in Italy was very difficult, but that is not the hotel’s fault.

Location is good for the short train ride to Sorrento. Secure parking, wide range for breakfast. Big high ceiling rooms. Friendly helpful staff. A little dated and tired

The view from our room of the bay of Naples was wonderful. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very tasty. Hotel reserved tour to Capri very good. The party at the hotel was amazing. Terrace was very nice.
