I asked in advance if I could have an "unscented room" since I have allergies to most fragrances and laundry detergents. I didn't think it was possible, but they were able to accommodate me and I was so grateful! My room was clean and fragrance free (my friend didn't make that request, and I could definitely tell the difference when I walked into their room). The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and kind, and check in/out was quick and efficient. I called in advance to see if we could get rooms next to each other, and they were able to set that up without any problems. The hotel was very busy, but the rooms were super quiet. The only complaint was the elevator. It was very slow to arrive.

I loved that they had fountain drinks and popcorn for us to have and enjoy within our stay. i also like the kickback hours and food they had during our stay. breakfast was also great!

Our room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the several different breakfast options. Our check in and check out process was very smooth. Would 100% return and recommend to a friend.

Location was great. Food was good. The price was high for a Tuesday night. Only 2 jets in the hot tub were working.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. I wish you would get rid of the rug in the rooms. It would be better to have all tile. The mattresses are not very comfortable. The breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet is always delicious. If they had more comfortable beds, it would've been perfect.
