Was very disappointed that there was no coffee pots in the room. Also for the price of the room I exspected a little more than a very slim continental breakfast
-
I arrived prior to the change of ownership. However the signs were Hilton. Interesting to hear if prices will rise?

Property was undergoing construction and renovation. New carpets, paint, etc and updated amenities were nicer. Pool was closed due to renovations and there was some confusion on which breakfast items to put out due to some being for new name to be revealed later that day.

Stayed for a night. Overall good. Breakfast wasn’t that great as my family mentioned . Plus, Auburn place changed its name and we had no clue about. Ended up circling and holiday inn mentioned now it’s Spark

While the breakfast that was provided was typical, the room we had was quite nice and newly furnished. The biggest problem we had was finding the hotel. We had not been informed that the name was changed from Auburn to Sparks. Spent over an hour trying to find the place. Luckily, a nearby hotem employee helped us out.

Very clean Everything was great. No complaints

Clean Location
-
room, location, staff The place was under construction, and dry wall dust was everywhere in the breakfast area.
-
Hotel 1st floor was doing remodeling. They did a great job making it comfortable while people were checking in, having breakfast. If we are in the area again when traveling we will definitely return.
-
It’s easily accessible. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I Love we can bring our little dog. We always stay here when traveling to NC. Staff is kind and friendly. They changed the name of the hotel so it took nearly an hr to find it. We had to go in and ask if it was the old Auburn Place? It was under construction to change to Spark. Very frustrating.

Construction in the lobby. Pool closed. No workout room.
-
Room was large and clean. Bath was nice Currently undergoing renovations. Name outside was not Auburn Place. Arrived after dark and entire lobby is under renovation. Not what I expected but stay was ok
-
One bed not two and hot tub
-
The hotel is under construction. I didn't even think it was open. You had to dodge construction workers and debris everywhere you were. We didn't know it changed owners or was under construction till we got there. It was a different name!

Rooms Breakfast was cold had to go to bob evans ?
-
Good location, well lit parking lot, spacious bathroom Was not told the property was under construction. The sign did not reflect the name of the hotel we booked which was confusing and frightening after a 10 hour drive pulling up at midnight. Also the carpet was very stained in our room and it smelled bad.
-
Great location and friendly staff. currently remodeling.
-
Having a real breakfast was nice. If it was just a muffin or bagel I would not have stayed. it was under construction so there was dust.
-
Everyone was extremely nice and my room was clean. I didn't like that the tv didn't have the HGTV channel

The building was under destruction to become a Hilton hotel. Amenities that were offered were not available, like the fitness center. Additionally the building was hard to find because it no longer had the signage of Auburn Place but said Spark
