I was waiting to write a review because they charged me $50 for each of the two hotel rooms as a deposit and they said they would refund it. I just got the refund. The hotel was being refurbished and so it didn’t have an ice machine and the outside was pretty in need of repair but the beds were amazing. The bedding was the best I’ve ever slept in the pillows were great. They redid our rooms that had fresh paint and it was very comfortable. In another few months, the place will be terrific.

This hotel was under renovation and we was not told that the tvs were not working. Areas under renovations were very trashy. Would not recommend.

When I showed up to the property, I couldn’t even tell if it wasn’t open hotel or not. There was so much construction that the lobby was basically a bunch of ladders with people working and a plywood front desk. People worked into the night, even doing jackhammering of concrete. There was a table outside of my room that had a plastic bag tied to it with something in it that I chose not to inspect. In the 10 days I was there my bed was not made once. The trash was not taken out of my room even though somebody came to check the towel situation. The kitchen sink doubled for a bathroom sink thought that I was spitting my toothpaste straight into the garbage disposal. And because of the construction unusual smells that I did not question. Luckily, I was only there at night. I probably would’ve moved if I hadn’t prepaid.

There was nothing to like. The office was under construction. There was no kitchen or dining room. There was no breakfast. There was garbage in the driveway and broken furniture in the lawn. The room smelt horrible. All the garbage left int he driveway and broken furniture in the lawn. The furniture was not even part of the construction. I am a General Contractor and I would never allow one of my sites to ever be unsafe and dirty

When I first walked into the room 134 it smelled like smoke. This was a non smoking room. The room was not cleaned thoroughly either. The floor was dirty and still had dog hair, bugs and footprints on it. The toilet was never cleaned and still had piss/poop splatter on it. No extra toilet paper or plastic cups. Had to go down to front to get extra. Sink not clean. Top of refrigerator was so dusty I wrote CLEAN ME on the top of it. The walk in shower had no shelves to put your soap, shampoo/conditioner on. Had to put on floor, yuck! No closet to hang up clothes if needed to either. I did say something to Sean about how housekeeping didn’t clean the room and hopefully only change out the sheets and towels. I was very calm about the situation and he apologize and that he would give me some wyd rewards towards a free night somewhere else. I’m not sure if this happened because I didn’t see anything on my account. Needless to say I will not be staying there again. Who ever now owns it needs some training on how to run it. Also need to have a housekeeper manager to inspect rooms after they are cleaned.

The hotel was under construction. There was no breakfast, and no compensation or apology. I had to ask for the wifi password multiple times. The staff was rude in every interaction. The ac is plane engine loud and i could not sleep with it on.

Got there and the lobby was under construction. Checked and was told no breakfast. Had to ask where are room was. Front desk person must be living there. Had his dinner on the desk when we checked in. Came back in the morning you could tell he just woke up and his shirt was wrinkled his hair had not been brushed. No pool towels or enough chairs. Contractors everywhere parting. Pretty sure we had a drug dealer next door to us. Charcoal dumped in the ground and beer bottles laying around all over the place. Will not ever stay at a Day’s Inn by Windenham ever!

Nothing. Under construction, which was NOT noted online. Unable to accommodate handicapped guests; no first floor rooms with refrigerators available. AND…it looked like a dump. Outside was VERY trashy.

The property is under construction. the air conditioning did not work well. The bath tub leaked and room felt very crowded. No chairs were provided in the room. the pool was out of service. the ice machine did not work. In addition, I was billed at check in for the room and and asked to post a $50 deposit. My card was charged twice for the deposit. A total of $267 over charge, since I had prepaid for the room in April. All attempts to correct the over charge with the staff has been futile. I will have to dispute the charges through my credit card. What a pain!

Exceptional

Once all the renovations and updates are completed, the motel could be average.

The facility was upgrading its rooms and we had the opportunity to stay in one of the renovated rooms which was very nice. The staff was terrific. Breakfast was Continental. We enjoyed our stay.

Not what we expected from a Wyndham hotel. The property was being remodeled, dust and debris everywhere. We had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper and washcloths. There were no working ice machines. They did not clean the commode or remove the trash. The only positive was that the beds were clean and comfortable.

Location was excellent for this trip. Rooms were nice and clean staff was very nice.

Hotel is doing a remodel. Only bed, table, frig, and a dirty microwave in the room. Breakfast was bad. Milk, cereal, juice, banana, first we had yogurt. Cats everywhere outside. Staff was no where to be found. Don't waste your money.

This was the worst hotel I have stayed in in my 83 years. The hotel was in the process of a giant renovation and it is not ready to be rented. The rooms were clean enough but had a bed, small round table and no chairs. We asked for chairs to be delivered and were told they would be. They never came. When we checked out, they denied promising to deliver them and told us tables for all rooms "are on back order". There was no microwave or small refrigerator and the reception on the TV is far worse than 1950s rabbit ears. There was one towel. The door into the room from the outside barely locked and there is a 1/4 inch gap all around the door. The room where the inoperable ice dispenser stays will not pass public health codes. They told us they would try to have ice delivered in two hours. The business room in the main lobby is filled with large refrigerators. They made us put a deposit of $50 on the room for theft and damages which we got back, but there is nothing in the room worth stealing. Hotels.com should do better due diligence before representing a dump such as Days Inn in Paducah.
