The hotel was clean it smelled wonderful. We didn't get to eat nothing at the kitchen because it closed at 10.But it looked very delicious. Staff was friendly. Very clean room and the restrooms was clean.Very satisfied.

Drinks from the hotel bar. $9 for a bottle of cider. Way too expensive. Last time I stay here, I will take note for complimentary Breakfast in the future.

Our room was disgusting. It had a real bad musty smell as soon as you entered the room. Dirty old trash that looked like it’s been there behind the tv stand. The bed has something all on it. Looked liked crumbs or something else wasn’t sure. We ended up leaving and asking for a refund which they gladly did so that I do appreciate! Not one to usually complain but it was horrible.

Really nice remodel hotel. Location was great for the quilt week in Paducah. The cost of the room’s breakfast should be part of the package. If it had not been quilt week , I would have had to pay for meals. Booking . Com said that a small cost for breakfast and another small cost for dinner was incorrect. But because of quilt week the hotel was gracious enough to provide breakfast.

Pool and hot tub were clean but floor paint was peeling and two wads of gum were stuck to the edge of the hot tub for three of the four days we went to the hot tub. Outside firepit was very pleasant.

Food and drinks I don’t appreciate that Booking.com quoted a rate less than I was charged by the hotel. I called the property ahead of the visit to confirm the price and was told it would be in excess of $100 more than the booking.com quoted rate. I then called booking.com to let them know. The associate was on the phone with me for an hour then confirmed I would be charged the quoted booking.com rate. The hotel charged my card in excess of $100 more. When checking out, the hotel employee said “it’s not that much more” and couldn’t do anything about it. Further, the room was not cleaned ONCE during our entire stay! Terrible service!!

Place is in a great location, however very poorly cleaned. Our room smelled like a locker room. There was lipstick on the window/balcony glass . Hair on the bed. Unacceptable.
