I also want to add that I made one call regarding my room and my service dog, and Chin was absolutely wonderful. There were no issues at all, and everything was handled with kindness and professionalism. Shout-out to Chin and everyone else who helped me during my stay. Between the great service, everything included, and how well we were treated, all I can say is this hotel was great in almost every way. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was very good and the 5:30 meal was a treat. We were at the end of our vacation and were getting tired. It was nice to go down stairs have something to eat and drink and relax.

Very clean hotel and updated rooms. The staff was amazing. The people working in the breakfast area were very friendly and worked hard. The breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel, so much variety and options. If coming through this area would stay here again.

Make sure you do not stay anywhere near the lobby or pool. Thin walls and extremely loud.

Great staff. Good breakfast. Room was very spacious and had awesome sheets and pillows. Bathroom had a hand held shower head. I'd stay here again in a heart beat!

Quick overnight stop on travels. Easy to find and be on our way the next day.

I was very clean, which is out of the ordinary for Paducah! No dust, grime or hair anywhere! The bath was spotless! The linens were fresh! Breakfast was fantastic. It was also a very secure hotel. It was quiet in the room. Slept very well!

The evening dinner and drinks was a nice surprise. After a long day it was nice not having to go back out for dinner. Ashley at the front desk was thorough and very polite. I think her name was Ashley, her hair was covering part of her name badge.
