Recently completely renovated. Rooms are great, clean, spacious. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

The pool was shut down and the fold out couch bed was dirty and uncomfortable. The breakfast was awesome and the staff was very friendly. But there was a suspicious man in the lobby and stairwell all hours of the night and 3 am that followed us.

Loved the shower, suite was nice. Location of our room was aweful. At end of hall (room 101) Heard doors slamming when people were going in and out of building. Plus up and down the stairs right above room. Doors of other 3 room that were all right together, so hearing them also. Faucet in bathroom sink was to far back, hard to even wash your hands without putting them way down in sink. The piece around faucet in shower was not secured you could move with your hand. Shower/ toilet room entirely to small.Reviews online were a 9 out of 10. Our room had stains on living room carpet, always a turn off. It looked like the room had a rush vacuum job, there was still stuff on the carpet. The door to our room was not hung right. Big gaps on both sides, light shining through from hallway.

Our stay was wonderful, the only issue was the pool was not open due to repairs

Room although supposedly remodeled but appeared identical to its state when not yet remodeled a year ago.

The staff at check-in was helpful and the lobby was clean. I can’t say enough good things about the room….we had a suite with a full kitchen and it was stocked with the cooking utensils, an oven, and a microwave that we needed for our stay. Given our days started at 4 AM and ended late afternoon, we chose to prepare our meals in the room rather than having to go out to eat after a long day. I’ve never commented on a shower before on my hotel ratings, but it was excellent. Instant on hot water and the best pressure out of the faucet you could ever hope for. We used the gym and enjoyed it, but left every morning before breakfast was served so unfortunately can’t give it a rating. We would stay here again if Paducah ever is in our plans again.

The place itself was very nice. Our room was great! Bed was so comfortable! But there was spoiled milk, to go box, and butter left in fridge. Also on the website they said there was a pool and hot tub, but it was under construction. But other than all that it was wonderful! breakfast was great!

The room was fantastic! Great receptionist.
-
Rooms were nice but we stopped after 13 hours of driving so our child could swim and the pools are closed for remodeling and that isn’t mentioned on the site.
-
Even though the hotel was going through renovations, the staff was friendly, efficient, and accommodating to our needs.
-
it was under remodel and the pool and hot tub was closed

The property was under renovation the second floor was completely closed. It was dangerous going up and down stairs. The work out room and the swimming pools were closed! It was very muddy out front because of the construction work, which meant we tracked dirt into hotel and our room. We were told we could not use the work out room in Marriott because of safety reasons….

Got downstairs and breakfast tasted like it had been sitting around for a while.
