breakfast meat-heavy, lacking vegetarian variety. limited amenities (no plastic knives or spoons, chopsticks only available during breakfast). concerns about smelly air-conditioner weren't taken seriously until I looked inside and saw that it was full of mold. at that point, we got a new room, though.

The staff was gentle and very helpful.

The bedroom are too small, the bed was quite uncomfortable, no cushion

Honestly, the breakfast didn’t have much variety, but it was still good and tasty.

Rooms were bigger than I expected, I just had a single room but there was lots of space for me and my luggage. Bathroom also had a good amount of space as well. They gave me clean towels everyday and cleaned the rooms once every 3 days. Location was good, like a 2 minute walk from the nearest train station and like 10 minute walk to the big malls and restaurants. Lobby provided free ice and water and had lots of seating and tables. I don't really have any complaints about this place to be honest.

Excellent location few minutes walks from metro. Good breakfast, different choices every day. Many restaurants nearby. The room was cleaned and good temperature control. Nice room but hard bedding

A beautiful start to each morning with a delicious breakfast. This hotel is a great hub for moving around in Osaka! The staff was very nice and greeted us upon every arrival. I can't wait to return.

Almost perfect location, near the subway and just 10 minutes away from subway to Shin-Osaka, so bringing luggages from shinkansen train to the hotel wasn't a problem. The hotel staff was really helpfull specially with luggage transfer and any doubt we had. The room was a bit small but comfortable

Loved the breakfast included in the morning. Place was clean, we were able to store our luggage and location was super close to the subway station

Staff on reception were friendly and helpful Room rate was competitive for the area. The bed was rock hard. Our room window looked at the fire escape and the next building. There was no natural light at all. Not good as we stayed 7 nights. Breakfast ran out of items and things weren't replenished (unlike the previous 3 Toyoko Inns we stayed in).

It was centrally located and had easy access to the subway system. I also really appreciated that there was storage underneath the bed for luggage. I felt that the bed was very uncomfortable. I could feel every metal spring. I recommend that the property put up signs to stay quiet in the hallways. I was disturbed one morning by some guests waiting for the elevator, having LOUD conversation at 8 am.

Breakfast is great, every day something different, many propositions, strongest point of the hotel. Locations is good, close to metro and Osaka stations Standard room which was cleaned every day No possibility to check-in earlier than 4p.m. which is quite late for me and world standards

Location was pretty good. Walking distance to train stations and lots of restaurants. Family Mart is just 100m from hotel. Lots of food and snacks. The egg sandwich is delicious. Ate it everyday for a week! The breakfast could have had more varieties. I stayed for 7 nights and had same breakfast every morning
